The things that interest me: Well, obviously I love art..>.> Ever since I was little, I did. Of course, I didn't think at 6 years old my art was that good so when my mom asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said, "Coloring artist." Heh, what? Color in coloring books for a living? Anyway, drawing's just a hobby for me. I'm in to medical stuff and want to go in that field job-wise. But I like video games and manga/anime. Though for video games, it's mostly Pokemon...heh.
About my art: I started out with anime ( DX ) but just recently got off of it and decided to do animal realism. I'll still draw in anime sometimes but it's not my main focus now. I got a tablet for my birthday but I can't use it until my birthday. >.< I wonder how I'll do with digital art.

About my art: I actually got interested in art through one of my friends, Kain (I believe he has a Gaia too) he showed me how to draw anime characters for the most part, as he actually got a deal made and has had his own anime put on the air in Japan, though it took a lot of help from me and our friend Tony XP. Anyways...I usually don't draw things off the top of my head, I have to see something before I can draw anything, or it's just "Why am I doing this?"

criticizing movies is fun... I'm not exactly interested in movies, most of the time they don't satisfy me...Y.Y but i like to critique them. i like to read, fan fiction is usually my poison, using other peoples characters to do evil just gives me an odd sense of fulfillment i guess. i do read real books though...lots of them, but not recently...Y.Y i make anime music videos and post them on youtube, i of course, like to draw, i like to write, -and critique others writing- i like to repel/ but i dont like the sun and i tend to black out a lot... i like the human mind and complex things that make my head hurt, i like to rant on online journals, i like rp-ing, even though it fills me with 52 different flavors of angst, oh and i like to watch as other people flounder in confusion, like a monkey. (me the monkey, not the flounder-ers. monkeys don't flounder, they are too dignified for that.)


About my art: my art started out kind of realistic, since my elder sister taught me first, and she was in a bunch of different art classes, so i got those stick figure rules and such drilled into my brain...><(they refuse to leave, they claim the sudden air pressure difference would make them explode, though I'm convinced they only want to stay because the apartments are roomy and cheep up there...) then i was schooled into anime submission by my buddy, and so i drift between the two mostly a lot. for right now I'm kinda stuck on drawing guys...(i wonder why that is....XD)unfortunately I must admit that my drawings aren't very original, (unless you call taking other peoples styles, tracing them and mixing them with my own touches and, even more bits of other peoples styles , original. )

About Me: I'm currently a biomedical researcher working in alternative medicine. That's herbs for all you folk out there who don't know medicine... Specfically chinese and aryuvedic medicine, but now I'm confusing you even more. I'm studying to become a neuroseurgeon, but I'm an artist in my spare time. Art to me is therapy. Whenever I can't stand the world, or when I get frustrated because something we med people have to face is the fact that we can't save everyone, I draw.
Other things I've done: I was a professional editor for two years, and head of graphic design at a local literary journal for three. I'm a decent art critique, and a decent editor too.

About My Art: Though I started as a manga artist, and my style is thouroughly manga based, I do have some borderline realisim traits to my art. I am a pencil and paper girl at heart, pure black and white, but recently I have aquired a tablet, and have been improving my digital works. My latest project is actually some animation work upcoming in flash. As far as subject matter - i generally prefer females, or fantasy females, and am still working on my background abilities. I'm decent, but I still have a lot of improvements to make.
