I think it depends greatly on your personal play style too. I heal best with my Resto Drood.

I'd go with Shaman. They have Totems that even help the other players how I can use in Flametounge or Magma Totem for Fire, Haste Totem for Wind, Strength of Earth Totem or Stoneskin for Earth and either the famour Healing Spring or Mana spring/Mana Tide Totems for healing. But it's depended more on your skills. Enhancement pays off because of the reducing of like your shock spells's mana cost, weapons and attack. But with healing and maxed out, better reincarnation, mana cost reduced on Totems, when healing you can aggro less and boost that rating and then crits for it while getting a new shield of nature.

VexVishnu I think it depends greatly on your personal play style too. I heal best with my Resto Drood. i know there was a class missing in this list! We all FAIL for not adding the most OP pvp healers the Resto Druid!

I left Druid out on purpose, I get bored lvling them lol
Though I'll probably make one anyways whee
BTW Update: My Shaman is 66 now, dual-specced for Elemental / Resto, and pretty damn badass for having pretty garbage gear still. Eff Blizzard and the 2 hour wait on instances... Eff them. scream

Priest suck to level.
Paladins actually are worth leveling now since they remastered their mechanics, so they actually live through crap and can heal themselves and do stuff.
Shaman has the same appeal as a Druid but not as fun in my opinion.
So I personally would roll a paladin. In the end you could do all three aspects of the game, and very well.

The stats aren't really right but my heals are so amazing...
They're definately underestimated.

But I recommend shaman
If you spec in enhancement it can be SO fun <3

Having a Shaman, I'd go with Shaman healz.
Not only do we have totems, we got Earth Shield and CHAIN HEAL
It's fun seeing what designs it makes while spamming the move :3

Mayev Reanne If you want a single target healer (and an easier character to level up) go with palandin or shaman. Haha, while I agree that the paladin lacks in aoe healing (beacon of light doesn't really count), it's safe to say that a shaman's jesus beam is amazing. I love healing on my shaman and would completely support that class for healing. Leveling is hard, but not as gouge-your-eyes boring as autohit pally or priest.

I love being a tank pally, think about it if you're really good or even just a normal tank every raid or hardcore raid needs tank, but i highly suggest you level Ret pally! then switch once u get to 80 ^.^

for healing go priest : D i love preist heals stam+ spirit buff is just godlike.
if you want versitility go with a pally, tank and duel spec healer
and shamans... shoot there great all there own, it's all based on personal playstyle though.

Personally I love Shaman. The totemes are a godsend and chain heal is good for those pesky down times when lesser/healing wave is just way to much over kill.

I've played all three classes (all 80s) and honestly when raiding
I feel more confident with my priest and priests in general are a lot of fun.
With that said they're a pain to level!
so if you're not really into leveling I'd go with a paly.
I personally don't like playing a resto shaman =/
