The first that comes to mind is Ivalice, though not sure when... probably TacticsA2 / FFXII Ivalice. It is by far the most interesting; no other FF game has as many rich and various races and cultures, both current and historic. Not to mention the Airships are soooo various and commonplace! all the other games has airships too, I know, but they are really limited in appearance. only 1 or 2 at best. Not to mention the positively endless freedom.
Besides... i'd probably like to hang out with heaps of non-hume chicks... lol

I'd have to go for Gaia and be with Zidane and the awesome party of Final Fantasy IX. Yes, their world is actually called Gaia.

I would go to the world of FFVII and side with Zack....
Then maybe i could keep him from dying! Doubtful but well.. i can dream right? XD
If he still died, i'd follow Cloud *nodnod*
Though working with the turks would be an adventure and a half xD

This one is easy, I've already worked it out in my head before hand.
FF IX, Gaia, after Kuja's death. Lindbulm, and I would join Tantalus. They would accept me because, while I would not be that good with a blade I would be scrappy, and willing to learn, plus they would be a member short, with Zidane gone, and hell Ruby is no longer there since she started the theatre in Alexandria so they would really need some new blood, and I'm older than the two kids they got as recruites so I say give me a month of nonstop training and I would be ready for the field and after some real world experience I would be the next Blank, or Marcus, only better looking. Plus that world in general is cool, from the clothes to the people to the cities, just the best.
Close second would be Spira, Zanarkand during Tidas' time (Not gonna say Shuyin's time), or Luca. Once again its just a cool place, again nothing beats the life of a thief, but getting someone to train me would be harder in Spira...

so i would side with...Zack apparently...oh and i would kill cloud and id be the main character >D
