Soutaichou is a high rank, to say the least. I myself can think of only a few people who are deserving of that, and I assure you Veer is on the list.
I myself think Veer's Cuchillo profile should be 'suspended' for the time being as we are still trying to fill up the vacant Captain and Espada slots. Then the Cuchillo can make a comeback afterwards.
As to Veer using both Cuchillo and Soutaichou profiles, I agree on his last statement. Leave the Cuchillo account for now.

I second Dante on the suspension of the Cuchillo character until we fill up all the Captain and Espada spots.
And of course we'll make sure to let you know if ever your crossing your bounds. :3
I still say no to Animi and Rukia, but it seems that the rest of the crew say yes so do they both get spots?

I still say yes to both Animi and Rukia, as for the other crew members... well it's better if we wait for the others first before deciding on the matter.
Animi has yet to change his profile, my character is currently interacting with his character and if he still shows to go by his original unedited profile, then... well I'd rather not think about that yet.

I'm not sure how many times he's been told. Although if he wants to be captain, after reading the thread about knowing your limits, he should have changed that on his own. xP

Some people are bad at telling such things by themselves, but that doesn't make them bad for the spot.

Ushinawareta tsubasa wo sageshite... I voiced my opinion on Veer, though you haven't yet, Renji (refuses to call you Radio). Or at least I didn't see it... nor your opinon on Levits...
As for Levits or whatever, I see no problem with his Sample and I know not what happened in Bleach 98. But if Zique has a problem with him, then... maybe he shouldn't get it.
I also asked a friend earlier if he wanted to join and he said probably, so I'm hoping he goes for a captain's spot as well. X3 ...in search of lost wings.

As for Animi I'll try and get his and my character to spar. If he doesn't go by his profile then that means he just hasn't had the time to edit it. If does go by his profile, exactly, then that proves he ignores the notices. If however he goes by his profile, but shows some limits such as 'can only be done once a week, takes a great deal of time to execute etc.' then I will just state in an OOC to him, directly, to include that.
As for Levits, I haven't really gotten the chance to know the guy... so can I just cast a null vote?

Don't judge too fast Kyoka.
I was going to add my thoughts on more things to be added, but I had difficulty getting to a computer in time.
With Rukia, she is already involved in ten guilds, but how many is she actually active in? She might get side tracked by another and what not.

and what is Animi's join date?
I am trying to figure that out.
=^.^= I am only active in a few of them. This guild, Exhalted (sorta), Shinka and A shadow in the light XD I just joined to many lol.

I myself only heard what happened with Levits from Gorobei. However, I wont judge him on that. I think his RP sample is well put together. I'll say he passes. I'm not to keen however on Animi, now that I have taken other things into consideration. I'm not very sure, I guess someone whom has been his higher authority would know more about the facts though.

I have no idea what happened with Levits O.O which is surprising to me I should have known something lol. But yeah whatever did happen in my opinion I do think he would do well as a Captain. The past should be pushed to the side and we should worry about the present. Has he done anything since?
