I personally love Rose, and don't like Martha much.
Part of me would LOVE to have Rose come back, but the other part is kind of fed up with the hope and then having the Doctor be a dumbass again. I think it's also getting a bit hard because it always gets the Doctor so down.
So yes, Rose should show up again.
But not for a long time.
I think it's never really over between them, so she can't just disappear, but I do think once Matt Smith comes she should not be so important.
Even though, as you can tell from my post format, I am very much a Rose fan. xp
