Ivy felt the soft, warm kiss and let her hands wrap around him. She put one hand behind his head as she kissed him back. She thought it would feel wrong kissing someone else, but it didn't. If felt wonderful and she lost herself in it.

Ever so gentle, the male continued the kiss when he felt the return in pressure. His heart raced as he held her close with the arm around her shoulders. Bliss. The male slowly broke the connection, opening his eyes so he could look at her face. "Thank you for watching a movie with me." He softly whispered, offering a small smile.

Ivy was sad at the end of the kiss, but smiled anyway. It had been so nice. "No, thank you for setting this all up. I had a wonderful time." She hoped that he wanted to see her again, she knew she wanted to see him again.

How could he not? he wasn't like his brother who kissed and ran. He slowly pulled back so she could sit up if she'd like. "It was my pleasure." She was so...beautiful when she smiled. "If you would be interested, you could come back to my place for dinner. My daughter and I are mainly carnivorous, but tonight Dyas was planning her special wild-grown salad." He couldn't help but be proud of that. Dyas had managed to find some wild radishes, berries, and nuts and combined it with lettuce grabbed from HQ.

"That sounds wonderful." She loved salads and wanted to spend more time with Raken. Was she up for meeting his relatives? Would they like her? She got just a bit nervous. "Do you think they'll like me?"

At that, he lightly laughed, shaking his head. "They'll? Don't worry...I'm not exposing you to the entirety of my family quite yet. I live only with my daughter Dyas in my cave down south from here. And I have no doubt she will love you."

She felt a little embarrassed at her assumption, but didn't show it. "I hope so." Meeting just one right now was probably best. "Do you want to go now?" She had been relaxing with him and was very comfortable, but at the same time she could use a bit of non-popcorn food.

Oh his daughter would certainly love Ivy. The relationship would be the proof she needed to know he was done with trying to tear Azure away. And possibly could begin to repair their own father-daughter relationship. The male stood to offer his hand to help her up. "I suppose now is as good of a time as any to warn you. Dyas is mute. She is very intelligent however." So she got her point across fairly easily.

Ivy took his hand and stood up. "Really? I'm sorry to hear that. How did it happen?" Ivy didn't hear of too many pae with disabilities. She hoped it wasn't something terrible.

He kept her hand in his as he sadly smiled and shook his head. "She was born mute. In a way it's a saving grace. She didn't have something taken away from her. But I've never been able to hear her laugh. Until recently." Time for the second bit of news. The male turned off the t.v. before beginning to lead Ivy towards the exit. "Like my power, she can control shadows, only instead of animals, she makes pae. She can project what she always thought her voice sounded like from the shadows. But only in emergencies."

"Oh, wow." She then counted her blessings as all her children and grandchildren hadn't been born with a disability. Ivy nodded at the information on his daughter's power. "Well, that's good. It's good she can make it around. It's sounds like it's not a bad thing."

He quickly shook his head. "Not at all. She is very well behaved, and loves to learn. Its not a disability so much as...something to caution visitors." The male stepped ahead to open the door for her.

Ivy went through the door and then waited for him to show her the way. "Well, that is wonderful to hear." She was glad for that. "Some people don't realize how good they have it until they see someone like her." Ivy was sure she did as well.

For some reason, her second statement irked him a little. No matter how much he tried to explain Dyas, some people would always think of his little girl as disabled. Raken took the lead, heading towards where his cave lay hidden. "What are your kids like?"

Ivy stopped and put her hand on his shoulder, his mood had changed she could feel she said something wrong and was now embarressed by it. She looked at him and decided against saying anything.
"They are good. I had one grow up off isle and she well...she doesn't understand pae life." She laughed, because it was a big problem, it was just hard to believe anyone couldn't understand pae life.
