more or less that about sums it up.
BTW I know I have a habit of coming up with a new Zelda ideas. And heres another one.
Legend of Zelda mixed with Star Wars. With Link as the last Jedi. Too much Starwars already? What do you guys think?

Hmm, LoZ in space... Interesting... Maybe the three pieces of the triforce end up on different planets and it's a race between The Royal Family and The Dark Side (Ganon). That would be kinda cool.

thats brilliant, the only thing is you cant overdo it, but i could be like a super mario galaxy, and all of ganons monsters could be spread all around the galaxy, except not as confusing as super mario galaxy controls, but it needs some transportation to how he gets to planets, levels etc.

beastlychildman thats brilliant, the only thing is you cant overdo it, but i could be like a super mario galaxy, and all of ganons monsters could be spread all around the galaxy, except not as confusing as super mario galaxy controls, but it needs some transportation to how he gets to planets, levels etc. Yea owo. That does sound like an idea mmLINKmm but Navi only apeared in one game and left him. crying
I would suggest something named after Epona since she has been in the Zelda games like forever. Maybe the E Cruzer?

Well think about it, this is a zelda game. The first zelda game was about a boy named link who was a warrior in medevilish times who had to save Hyrule and a princess named zelda from Ganon. Its the same concept in every game. No ninjas, star wars, etc. But maybe you could change zelda to modern times about a boy who is from a small town/village who's related to link (like link is his great great great great great gtreat great uncle or something like that). But again this is zelda, not naruto or star wars

Jeez I know that about Link I am not an idiot. All i am saying is that it would be kinda cool if they had changed the setting for the Legend of Zelda.
Another idea I had was that Link has a brother and he turns out to be the holder of evil. And that it seems that Ganon was no match for him and was slain. And Link and his brother fight it out only for Link to find out that he was fighting his only brother. And it turns out that the so called sages (the old ones) that sent Link on his journey secretly wanted to get rid of Links brother becuase he had posed some kinda threat to the sages so they sent him to destroy the evil power. But it turns out that the power consumed his Brother and corrupted him into the new king of evil.
What do you guys think needs work? What would Link's brother name would be?

Well how about this idea:
Link starts off with a family in the middle-class but one day his villiage is burned to the ground by warriors that have sworn loyalty to the King of Evil: Ganondorf. Link survives the attack but is separated from his family and is in the middle of no where. He picks a random direction and trys to find a villiage to take refuge at when he collapses from a lack of energy. A random traveler happens to stumble on the young child and takes him to his place. Then the usual happens he learns he is the only hope for the land and goes through the legendary temples to get the power and strength he needs.

I've always had this idea about Ganon of couse escaping the evil realm but he knows that the hero will somehow return, so he decides to find him and kill him before he becomes a threat. So he sends Dark Link to go and eliminate him as a child for his own shadow will surely be able to track him down. Dark Link turns on Ganon and kills him in his sleep and decides to take over from there.
Link is actually about ten years old and the last one in the line of the Hero. His parents dissapeared somewhere a long time ago, presumed to be dead. He lives in the palace, always training to be stronger and to someday become a legend himself, for he must if he has the holy mark on his hand.
Dark Link attacks and attempts to kill Link first but can't get to him when Zelda takes and casts a golden barrier in the shape of the triforce and escapes with him. She knows what is happening.
Several years pass and Link is now about sixteen. Dark Link has caused havoc, and most people think that the hero has betrayed them, for he takes the exact form of Link. The Master sword has been destroyed and they must find a new way to defeat Dark Link or else doom will come for the whole land. Zelda discovers that if the seven sages like so long ago could defeat the king of evil with the help of the hero, maybe the seven sages could help now.
So Link sets of and finds the seven sages. Rather than coming with them, they add a new seal to his sword each he gets through a temple. Hoping it can match the power of the now lost master sword they had forged so long ago.
After he gets the sword he seeks out Dark Link for the duel they had been waiting for. Dark Link is eager to finally finish what he had begun. (I have writers block for how this will go.) After the first two rounds Link gets mortally wounded and Zelda comes in, taking Links triforce as well as her own and Ganons which she had taken after he died secretly, and trapps Dark Link in a pyramid of light. Link manages to get up and peirce through the top with his new blade of the sages.
The end is happy but of course he and Zelda don't get together. They never do.

I think that a game where you get to choose to play as either Dark Link or Link would be awesome!! whee You would play normally until you get up to a certain dungeon. There are two doors to this dungeon. One is visible only during the day, and the other only at night. If you choose the sunlit door you kill Ganon and there's a happy ending, because Link was good. However, if you choose the path of Dark Link when you go to stab Ganon he stabs you too. You both lie dead in a heap with the image of Hyrule burning in the background.
