Personality: Protective, Loyal, and stubron. he is a joker most of the time.. and he is quite gay. he never flashs it, but when near friends like Shay he teases just as much as they do.

Background: Born a lithire, or egyptian vampire, Jack has no idea where his family or kind is. nor does he care, he is content to look after his friend Shay and do his job. he is actualy a hunter for the hire.. though Shay argues with him often about it. He met Shay years ago when a group of kids had her cornered, and though he was only a few years older he beat them easily. now he is her room mate and friend, seeing it as his job to look over her.

Appearance: usualy he has a violin in his case, but thanks to his shadow magic he can change the contents fairly quickly. his eyes are blue.

Status: fairly insaine.

Abilties: Psyc, as his name shows, can fool others into seeing what he wants them to. he is fast, deadly clever, and is a master at rigging things from chemical to emotional. though he doesnt look like much, Psyc is a mad genius.. he can hack a computer or any security system. if he bites someone he can control them like a pupet, or simply syphon information off of them without their knowledge. it takes a strong psycic to feel his presence in their minds. when aggitated he will mutter quietly in Egyptian.

Personality: Deffinently not someone to turn your back to. though he is tame enough to Riley, his friend, to others who tick him off he snaps quickly. holds a deadly loyalty to Asa he has no humanity in him, only his personal code and the idea that science must go on. a major goth punk, he loves fights and is oddly loyal. very laid back, and impersonal in most deals. finds great delight in messing with people.

Background: not much is known about him, other than he fallows Asa as his alpha and quite often gets caught causeing problums in puplic places. Few ever realize that Psyc had died once, and was brought back one hundred and eighteen years ago.. and even fewer know that he is Asa's son from Egyptian times. known for createing things such as a pain killer to help convert werewolves safely, and a synthetic blood that boosts vampiric abilities for a time.. his stock is much hunted on the black markets. though he appears young, there is nothing innocent in the way he kills. a weak link, he is not.. even when tired, he can slip a knife between someones ribs and not bat an eyelash. if he ever appears harmless, its just that.. an appearence. he has an attiude that clearly says ' dont know, dont care'. however.. offer him something nice and he will do what ever you ask. as long as its in his reason, anyway.

Appearence: his eyes are brown, and he gave himself most of the tattoos on his body.


Wolf: because he is a young wolf, he still holds alot of rebelion issues. he is a wolf, but only half.. the other half is like his father, a Jackal. though he enjoys becomeing a werejackal ( humaniod wolf) to scare humans. he has a silver colored peirceing in his ear, even in wolf/ jackal form.

Abilities: Turn into an eight foot jackal were. change parts of his body at will between his two forms. he is very strong in magic, and can use mind touch on others. though he doesnt abuse it, if he needs to he can take memories from people or erase them. very sensitive to emotions of others.

Personality: Calm, preditory, and fair. he enjoys this new age, but yearns for the old times in his home land. he is an ancient power, a creature long in the world with much knowledge of its workings. usualy Quiet, its easy to tell when he has stirred. he is honorable, loyal, and deceptively laid back.

Background: Born in the beguining of the Egyptian Empire, Asa was thought to be the son of the god Anubis and an egyptian queen named Ilaisis. in reality, his mother was the consort of a Were Jackal.

Jackals, Werewolves who evolved to fit the desert climate, lived as high preists and gaurdians of the tombs.. seen as divine creatures. when the time came that their kind had to hide, Asa allowed himself to be burried for thousands of years.. awakened from his sleep by a thief named Quin, only months ago. he has found this new world pleaseing, and is determined to make his mark in it.

Abilities: able to talk telepaticly with his brother, and is able to feel others emotions. he uses telekinesis to control where his bullets go, though it is limited. this ability is shared with his brother. good hand to hand combat.. and has the startling ability to control dream magic. with this he can counter his brothers magic, travel into the dream realms, and sense emotions/emotional bonds of those around him. this also works in the way that he can control spirits and heal.

Personality: like his brother he is a joker, but he holds a very violent edge. his brother Darian keeps him in balance, but its hard for him to keep a positive outlook at others. he is usualy the one that starts trouble, and the first to jump into action. he is loyal to his brother, but dead set on doing what he sees as his job. he is actually terrified of himself, of his talents of light and dream magicks.. he is a person bred in shadow, and has no idea how to embrace the light within. like his brother, and a mystery to everyone around them, he speaks with a brittish accent.

Background: Sense they were young, both Abel and Darian have traveled alone. as children they were taken into the thieves clan and taught how to fight.. but later moved on to make an honost liveing. or so they say, but they are often seen in the Howlers lower levels.. running errands for Asa and the thieves. Both cannot remember any parents or home they might have had, and they dont mind that.. Abel, the oldest twin, has always been the gaurdian. he found food and fought off threats to his brother, and made sure no one could harm them again. later on he found Tempest, bringing her to the city. he never tells about her past... but he helped her find a home and visits often. of the brothers, Abel was the one to do the dirty deeds.. he insured that Darian gained a education and held decent jobs, while he himself took the risks of protecting them. he took to this role very well, killing and fighting is in his nature.. as is protecting.

Appearance: his eyes are a kobalt blue, and usualy seen as cold or emotionless.

Abilities: Skilled with a scythe, but prefers never to carry one. He uses small knives that he conceals in his sleaves, he calls them 'Wax' and 'Wain'.
Personality/Background: Six years before, he lost his memory, and was taken in by a hunter, who raised him as a son and partner. He never kills for free, or free will. He's a shy kid, but warms up nicely. He harbors no grudge for any werewolf or vampire; he only does his job.
He now is using his skills in the RCS, waiting and searching for his master.

Abilities: like the being who saved her, she may use mirrors to travel from place to place. hidden in the reflected world, she can simply wait and listen to others.. or play with what appears on their surface. she can change her own appearence at will, and is strong in illusion magic. uses a clear crystal sword, and has a few unknown abilities. she is learning how to form sunlight even in the night time, and can light things on fire if she focuses. she may heal with this ability, and now has a strong connection to death magic.

Personality: at first glance she will seem Young, curious, and kind. though a darker, more aware nature lies under that temperment.. she only lets the act fall away when she has no choice, she may prefer to be kind but its the heart of shadow that rests in her chest. focused in training, and deadly when she must fight, Miri is nothing like she appears to be.. she is a demon princess and she acts like it. she is brilliant at battle and orders.. ice cold when she is on a job.. and loyal to the death. Word to the wise.. never insult her father.

Background: the unborn child of Andarabain, Miri died the same night as her mother.. yet she was saved by a woman named Zoey, her soul locked in the mirror realms as the woman focused on bringing her full life again. any part of her that would be vampire was chased out by the wolf inside of her. she is a full blooded wolf demon, though her father was a vampire of ancient blood. awake and aware, Miri has started to explore this world. she has found that, thanks to her rebirth in the land of light and illusion, she was born to be a creature of sunlight.. her demon form's fur is shades of sunshine and her wings give her flight.

She has been changed by Cassus, a darker nature rising to fit her new abilities. she is, in her mind and bond, Cassus's child.. willing to kill and die for him. Seting out on her own Miri has gained a job as a stealth killer, earning her own money and experianceing the world as she has always wanted. thanks to her birth mother she inherited the royalty of the solar demons, her mother the New moon and she herself the Sun. because of this she holds a very high standard for herself, always pushing herself to be better.

Appearance: may have wings in this form, and at times her hair and eyes will be pitch black.. though due to her connection to Cassus her natural hair is blond, and her eys a dark violet.


Wolf: Appears as a young Timber wolf. Grey white and silver.

Demon: because of her odd recreation she is a sun demon, her fur and demon form a creature of light. in this form she is the size of a large horse.
