Kojak was finishing off his drink, but he nodded to say yes to what Hitomi was asking before actually speaking. "Sure," he finally responded, licking his lips to get the last of the smoothie. "I wouldn't mind seeing it, since you're likely to see my room if you ever come to visit me." Though at the mentioning of her own bed being made by herself, he was reminded he still used the basket that Wren had carried him around in as a bloom.

... then again, it really was comfy, so he didn't mind.

"Okay!" Hitomi stood up and jumped from the tabletop and caught herself with a deft flap of her wings. How she ever timed that one was beyond anyone. She fluttered over to the drawer and dropped inside. Her head poked back over the top and she waved him over.

Inside the drawer, a string of Christmas lights has been strung along the ceiling. A large round switch is mounted to the wall, apparently for control of the lights. The walls are painted a pale teal color and elementary pictures of various family members are plastered around the drawer. A large bed made of sculpted styrofoam and cloth is pushed into one corner. A small desk sits along the back wall with an isolated christmas light with a shade acting as a lamp. On the desk lies a small little pink book with a piece of string tieing it shut.

"This is my room!"

Kojak lifted himself up a bit before floating and then darting after her, granted he couldn't match her speed. Fast wasn't something he was, exactly. He landed a few moments after she waved him over and he carefully wrapped his tail around his body to make sure that it didn't hit anything.

"It looks ... more than nice." He couldn't think of the proper word to describe it. It was bright. Cheerful. He paused for a moment to get a closer inspection of the Christmas lights before turning to look at Hitomi. The room, it -- "It suits you, Hitomi," he said aloud, looking towards her and that charming smile of his in place.

Hitomi smiled widely, "Thank you Kojak. Thank you very much. I worked hard to make it my own. I went through a lot of paint. But Mamma has plenty so it wasn't that big of a deal. She helped getting it up here all the time though. Mamma bought a new frame for a picture she made and it came with this stuff around the corners so they didn't chip," She motioned to the flakey white styrofoam, "So I took it and got one of Mamma's spoons and made it so that I could fit in." The fact she was avoiding was that the bed could easily be sculpted out to fit another however. "And then Mamma made me some blankets! She cut of pieces of her blankets so it's like we are using the same blanket. Which makes me feel safe."

Kojak looked to the bed when she motioned to it, no longer paying attention to the lights or the other items around the room. It looked quaint. Fitting for a feien, all most, in it's size.

"It's good to feel safe," he spoke quietly, looking at the bed and then at Hitomi. Was there something she wasn't saying? He couldn't tell and let it go. Though, actually, he probably could agree about the blankets. There was something about the weight and the feel that was good, though his bed was more of a pile of different clothes that he could burrow into -- made it easy to sleep and no one know he was there sleeping to be bothered. "I really need to start decorating my own space up some. If only so it can look and feel as if it belongs to me, like your room does." He smiled at her charmingly, before adding in, "And you're very welcome, Hitomi."

"I'll make you a pretty picture that you can put on the wall! That'll make it feel more homely. That's why Mamma puts so much art all over our house. She says it makes it feel more homely." Hitomi looks hard at Kojak to try and get a permanant mental image of him so that she could remember when she went to make the picture. Hopefully Mamam could help with that.

"You don't have to," Kojak offered, but he hardly minded having something to hang around in his area to make it feel like his own. Living with both Valsharess and Gallium, well, things hardly felt like his own yet -- but he was working on it, never mind the two had left him alone so far. "Thank you, though."

Stretching his arms out above him, he folded his hands behind his head and held them there for a moment. It had been a while since he had come here and he had said he'd be back home before it go too late. "... you wouldn't happen to know what time it is, Hitomi?" Though she looked intent on studying him. For her picture she was making? He smiled at her, regardless.

Hitomi turned away, with some self turmoil (she liked looking at him!), to look at a digital watch she keeps stuck to the wall. "It's 7:13 and 47 seconds. Why? Do you need to get going? I suppose you do though, you do have your own family to be getting back to." She sounded very sad, she honestly didn't want him to go. With him here it felt normal. Everyone at her house is so much larger than she is that it's easy for her to be overlooked. But with someone her own size there it made her feel a little less alone in the world. Seeing other Feien at the shop was nice, but it wasn't home. "I'll walk you back to the door if you want. We can take another ride in the basket!" She smiled widely, she was happy to have him here, and sad to see him go.

For just a moment there was a brief frown in place of that smile, and even when the smile came back it was toned down a bit, partly because of Hitomi's. "I do have to be home soon, but only because I said I wouldn't be out late." Part of him didn't want Wren to worry himself that much, though he didn't quite know that a good part of Wren's act was overdramatics.

Granted, he did wish he could stay longer. It was good to get out of the house and to visit a friend. Hitomi was, for lack of a different word coming to mind, sweet. "We can do that, and if you get me something, I can write down my address." Kojak had learned it previously. "So you can visit me in the future." And maybe Hitomi wouldn't frown as much before he left.

"Okay! I like addresses!" She looked around herself and rushed to her desk to find a piece of paper. She searched frantically before she gave up. She made a little whimpering sound before spotting her girly pink diary. She picked it up and laid a finger over the keyhole, whispered a barely audible sylable, and it unlocked itself. She took the fragment of pencil lead she kept stashed in the book's biding. She turned to a blank page and walked over to Kojak with the diary and lead held out to him. "You can write it in this. That way I'll never lose it!"

Kojak was about to say something in question to the whimper, but when she brought back the journal he merely smiled. "For a moment, I thought you might not have something." He took the diary from her and in very neat handwriting wrote his name along with his address below it. "That's it," he said, full grin returning, and handed the diary back to Hitomi.

Hitomi took the diary back, placed her figner over the keyhole again and whispered a different syllable, apparently locking the diary. She put it back on the dresser and as she was comming back towards him she said, "Thanks! I'll bring your picture by your house when I get it finished! And maybe we can go PixaPet shopping sometime too!" She fluttered to the ledge of the drawer and waved him up. Almost as soon as he landed she flew to the table. She rolled one of the Hacky Sacks towards him, the magic 8-Ball, "Here, take this with you. You can put it in your room at home. It'll make it feel more homely." She picked it up and tossed it over into the basket. Her strength was average so it just barely made it.

"You could've asked me to do that for you," Kojak spoke to her, on the table and making his way over to the basket now that the hacky sack was in it after Hitomi tossed it over. "I wouldn't have minded, and, you're being too kind to give me that." He smiled at her regardless, noting that he'd have to get her something in the future. Maybe when Wren took him shopping like he promised, he could pick something up for her? "... but thank you," he spoke warmly, charming smile back in place.

"I didn't even think to ask. I'm sorry. I'm so used to doing things on my own." His smile seemed to have this calming effect over her. It made her feel a lot more comfortable being around him, like she didn't feel that way already. She flew over to the basket ready to set it off back down the chain. Once they were both nestled in place she pulled the pin out and it started chugging along back down the banister. It moved a little faster this time as they were going downhill. Hitomi had to shove the nail back into it very quickly and with a bit of force to et it to stop without tossing them into the floor. The hacky sack added a little extra weight, and for that she was thankful. She fluttered over to the door, "I had a really good time with you today." Hitomi pulled on a chain next to the door and it slid open. "I hope I can come over to your house sometime. I'd love to see it and meet all your family. They seem really interesting." She leaned towards him and gave him a little peck on the cheek and then smiled to herself and blushed as she started messing wih her fingers.

The fact that the ride was faster made Kojak grateful that he had held onto the edge of the basket as they went down. Once they were back on the bottom floor and and out of the basket, he lifted himself up into the air to get the hacky sack and carry it. Thankfully, he did have a little more strength than most did on average.

"So did I." He moved forward towards the, hovering in the air near Hitomi and turning to look at her. The hacky sack was carried in both his hands, keeping them full. "You --" and for a split second, Kojak actually paused because of the kiss to his cheek, but he quickly caught himself and kept talking "-- you can come visit in the future then, but I'm not sure if you can meet everyone in one trip," he finished, smile back in place and eyes focused on Hitomi.

Turning towards the door, he was about to go out and head home, before he stopped. "Don't be so nervous, Hitomi," he spoke easily, giving her a half-smile. "And take care, it was good to see you." Moving to hold the hacky sack against his side with one arm, he used the other to wave at her good-bye, before heading on his way.
