Riley paused as he moved to eat a bite of scampi, and smiled brightly. I love you...and you can count on me being next to you til ... he paused a moment, smiling still as he leaned forward. Until the end of time.

Arashi giggled softly, nodding a bit as she stared to him still. Anou... you have a piece of noodle stuck to your chin... she smiled softly, moving to eat down more of her soba, giggling madly as she thought of one thing, which rang in Riley's head as well. Rough noodles.

Riley made a disappointed face before bursting into laughter, having to cup his hands to his mouth to prevent his food from falling out. This caught the attention of a couple waiters, who laughed at his actions, but Riley shook his head and wiped his chin. That...was funny...he managed after a moment, reaching for his soda. I liked that movie.

Arashi giggled softly, nodding as well as she swallowed a large gulp of her soda. That it was... and it is a good movie... she giggled more, smiling to Riley. I'm sorry for making you choke a bit, love... I just couldn't help sharing my funny moment with you.

Riley finished his scampi and moved the plate aside, sipping his soda again before moving to his ebi. It's okay...he laughed, shaking his head as he situated his chopsticks. It was worth it.

Arashi giggled softly as she nodded, setting her plate of soba aside, looking down to realize that she had finished all of her food. I guess it was, wasn't it? She smiled to him, sipping her soda when the waiter came and bowed to the two, asking if they needed anything else, or cared for any dessert. Arashi ordered a cup of green tea icecream and a small portion of chilled lychee.

Riley hadn't quite finished his dinner, but the thought of dessert made his eyes gloss over. Oooh...he cooed, glancing to the little flip-menu on the table. Raspberry cheesecake and the apple-crisp avalanche, please! he chimed, anxious to taste his two favorite treats in the restaraunts style. He paused a moment after the waiter nodded and made his way to the kitchen and looked to Arashi, blushing softly before looking down to the last bit of ebi he had.

Arashi giggled softly, shaking her head at Riley's appetite. The waiter returned promptly with the dessert, setting it on the table. Arashi smiled and nodded to the waiter, who turned and left. She giggled softly as she picked up a piece of the fruit with her fingernails, popping it into her mouth and melting in her seat. Nnn... soooo good....

Riley smiled in a sort of hypnotized way as he watched Arashi before shaking his head and looking from his cheesecake to his pie. Hmn...what to eat what to eat...he said, laughing softly as he reached for a fork.

I'd suggest the pie, Arashi commented, smiling widely to him, her eyes shining brightly as she popped another piece into her mouth.

Riley's eyes returned to gaze to Arashi while she ate. He smiled some and laughed softly, nodding. You're right...Cheescake is better than apple pie...he giggled softly, moving his raspberry perfection aside to start into the massive apple crumb that was topped with a scoop of icecream.

I don't like either, much... Arashi said, making an odd face as she dipped a piece of lychee in her green tea icecream, putting it in her mouth, her expression turning softer, more thoughtful.

Riley looked to her and smiled, shaking his head some as he dug towards the cinnamon apple slices that hid under the whitecake crumbles. But you didn't grow up with my dad...He used to get me this cheesecake that you buy in a box that comes with other flavors...and it's all wrapped as one so the flavors sort of mix even though it's not supposed to...and his dad made stuff like this allll the time! he said, sort of stabbing at his apples. Only, he had a tendency to add beer or cheap wine to it... he laughed, shaking his head as he lifted a spoonful to his mouth, his eyes sparkling as he savored the flavor. This...is so much better than Papa D's though...

Arashi frowned slightly, then giggled. I suppose so... she said, smiling. No, my father always made me eat this sort of thing for dessert... I remember often I was the only one who enjoyed it, as well as the veggies we'd have for dinner rather than greasy pizza or tempura. Taji hated it, and still does, so she like, lives off of the candy he sends her or something... she added, frowning slightly.

Riley tilted his head slighlty, another spoonfull in his mouth as he looked onto Arashi. He set his spoon down and sipped his soda, leaning forward and smiling softly. I love you...If talking about our parents makes you sad, then lets not talk about them, ne? he suggested, moving to brush her hand. After all, we came here to have a nice time to ourselves, right?
