I just finished typing out the introduction. Munsehr's aboard the Diamondia along with Matsu and the rest of them. I'll probably be altering the format to reflect the fact that I'm RPing both Matsu and Johann.

In 666 Satan, characters have weapons that have individual powers, or "effects". One of the characters, Jin, has a weapon with the effect of "fire". It is a flame-shaped blade named "Asura" that is normally wrapped in bandages (which also disguise it's flame shape). When he is ready for battle, he will simple use the weapon to burn the bandages away. However, he usually starts out each fight by fighting with the bandages still on the weapon. Now, the effects of these "weapons" are said to change based on individual person who wields them. In Jin's first appearance, he is out for revenge against the main character for killing his parents when Jin only tried to befriend him. Unbeknownst to Jin, it was not the main character who killed his parents, but the demon inside of the main character, who did so because he did not want the main character to have any friends and wanted Jin to grow up strong with a heart full of hatred. However, the demon's plot worked, and Jin is fueled purely with immense hatred for the main character. Due to this immense hatred in his heart, the effect of his "weapon" is slightly altered. Rather than just the conventional red/orage/yellow flames, the flames of his weapon are black. When something is set fire by these black flames, the flames cannot be put out until the object they are burning is reduced to ashes. This is shown, but not fully explained, in Jin's first appearance, where he is called on by his employer to "punish" some of his previous minions that had failed. Later, at the end of the story arc involving Jin, the demon in the main character is brought out, and Jin realizes that it was not the main character who killed his parents, but the demon. He realizes that it was not the main character's fault, and no longer holds any hatred for him. Jin is presumed to have sacrificied himself to save the main character at the end of the arc. A few arcs later (and also a year or two later due to time progressing during the travel not shown), Jin shows up at the Rocbird tournament, but is only referred to as the "mysterious youth", and even wears a hood to hide his face (though his weapon proves to the reader who he is). His identity is revealed to be Jin, still alive. Jin's internal dialogue reveals to the reader that he no longer seeks to get revenge on the main character. Instead, he wants to free the main character from the demon's control, though his methods are somewhat questionable. Jin enters combat in the tournament, revealing that due to his heart no longer having hatred for the main character, the flames of Asura are no longer black. Instead, they are blue. The "sensei" character of the series, Kirin, explains the process of fire turning blue when absorbing more oxygen, becoming much hotter. It is stated that Jin's blue flames are much more powerful than his old black flames. At the end of the Rocbird Arc, there is a four-year time-skip. During this time, Jin has traveled around with the questionable warrior Futomomotarou, due to being indebted to him (despite Jin not being particularly fond of the questionable warrior, making them quite the "odd couple"). Over the four year time skip, Jin has further improved his skill with his Asura blade, his flames becoming white and as hot as the surface of the sun. This has actually inspired me for a story I am working on, where the main character fights with a fighting style imploying fire to boost his attacks. Normally, his flames are red, but at the right times, he can tap into "Level Two", where his flames become blue. Later in the series, this mostly becomes his default state. At rare times, he can proceed to "Level 3", where his flames are white and as hot as the sun. At other times, when his hatred overpowers him, he will degress to "Level 0", where his flames are black and will not be put out until what they consume is burned to ashes. What I am saying is that a similar thing could be done with your character, as he definitely seems the typical "badass full of hatred" type that we see so often.

Johann was placed into Cypher Pol No. 9 extremely early in his childhood. He was strange in that he didn't speak his first word until he turned seven, and then it was only 'good-bye,' after which he left CP9, having learned the techniques but not mastered most of them. He joined up with the Marines, the choice being the only one available to him since he'd never known life outside the Marines, so he figured he might as well become a real Marine. Chapter II Johann's history was not lost on the higher-ups, who started him out as an Ensign. His easily-diverted attention is always a hindrance, but he somehow managed to become Commodore in the intervening thirty years. He is extremely lethargic, giving the impression that he's half-asleep even when he's in the middle of battle. Long nights of 'research' involving a rubber apron on Johann's part and screams on the part of... someone else, usually, have left him with permanent bags under his eyes and an extremely pale complexion. I must say, it is quite inappropriate that he knows Tekkai Kenpo. That is a fighting style that only Jyabura knows. He is the only one that can move while using Tekkai, which is something not even Lucci can do, the man who claims to have mastered every single one of the Rokushiki Techniques. Not to mention that Tekkai Kenpo is Jyabura's signature fighting style. Giving a fan character Tekkai Kenpo is the same as giving a fan character Santouryuu.

Santouryuu is a fighting technique that is, while extremely difficult, a possible technique to learn if you have an instructor that knows it and if you dedicate enough time to learning the technique. Similarly, Munsehr dedicated his entire life up until he was 7 years old to his Rokushiki training and medical training. It's feasible that he learned Tekkai Kenpo during that time.

I'm afraid you do not understand. The point is not whether it was possible for him to learn it. The point is that, like giving a fan character Zoro's Santouryuu, giving a fan character Jyabura's Tekkai Kenpo is cheesing.
Also, I am a bit confused as to how he could learn all he knows of Rokushiki along with his great medical skills in only the span of barely three years.

He didn't learn it in three years, he learned Rokushiki in seven, since if you read the bio he was born into CP9, and his medical training continued even after he left CP9.

Very well, but how could he have learned Rokushiki before he could walk? And even past that age, how could he learn it before he could run? Before he had the mental development to understand the concept of the training and the speech of his instructors?

Drawing from a different manga source, Yoh [from Shaman King] was training in shamanic techniques as early as age 4, and text within the manga hints at his training beginning even before that. Plus, Johann's a really smart kid.

You need to be realistic here. I can understand being a smart kid, but we're talking about being the age before you can even fully run and completely pronounce words. Otherwise, it's godmodding.
