I used to be scared of vomiting when I was younger, but know I somewhat encourage it.

I used to be scared of vomiting, too.
And I pretty much convinced my body that I can't do it.
So yeah... I can't puke.
It sucks sometimes when I'm feeling sick.
Because if I could puke, I would feel better.
But I can't. neutral

I have a phobia of open high places. It's called areoacrophobia.
I used to have a fear of thunderstorms until one day when my dad and I were sitting in the car and looking at lightning jump from cloud to cloud without touching the ground and I forced myself to watch. I was shaking a little.
