Are you willing to run contests and help with events? Heck yes!
Do you have any skills making banners and graphics?Does paint skills count?
Ideas to make BHG better: Maybe make a forum or thread for rants and a section for gamers (nice home for teh pokemans)
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? Explain to them that even if they see themselves as joking they are harassing a fellow member and need to stop before they are banned
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? Let them know that a few swear words is fine but Gaia IS PG-13 and they don't need to out-swear a sailor.
How are you good at relating with people? For the most part
Are there members in this guild you dislike? That pineapple_07 chick, GAWD she's such a newb
If so, how do you handle interacting with them? I put spiders in her hair (LAWL)

Past crew experience: The Gaian Retirement Home - VC ('06 - '0 cool . .Pfft to your Polls - VC ('07 - present). i was also VC in a pirate guild in 2007 but the guild fell apart after some drama between the captain and his other VC...
Amount of time you have to go towards being crew? i share a computer with my mother and work 5 days a week, so my time on the PC varies, but i'd probably average 2 hours a day most days.
Are you willing to run contests and help with events? absolutely. i can't say i'm very good at coming up with these things, but i'm online regularly enough to help out/run things.
Do you have any skills making banners and graphics? i have some skill, but for banners i mostly work in MS Publisher
Ideas to make BHG better: none currently. i think it's just fine.
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? i would PM the person "victim" and ask if they feel harassed. if they do, i would then PM the harasser (is that a word?) and politely ask them to stop.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? send them a polite PM reminding them that, while we don't mind the occasional expletive, excessive swearing is not acceptable within BHG
How are you good at relating with people? honestly, i'm more of an admin person, but i seem to be ok dealing with people online
