A small breeze carried several hundred grains of sand with it as it blew through Hueco Mundo, bound for places unknown by anyone. In its voyage, the sandy wind passed an object not belonging in the desert under the eternal night sky. Namely, an Indian-style padded bench, on which lay a blond man of 5'3", seemingly no older than twenty four winters. The man seemed to be vast asleep, a faint smile noticeable on his unshaven face.
But the bench seemed almost trivial next to the colossal building next to it: Las Noches. The immense white construction was built by Sousuke Aizen, the ex-captain of the 5th division iof the Gotei 13, and leader of the first Espada. The many towers that used to stand tall around the dome-like center of Las Noches had crumbled down, only their base remaining. However, the dome itself seemed intact.
In the meanwhile, it had been unnoticed by Hornerio that the bench in which he lay had sunk into the sand, himself sinking along with it. By the time he realized he was no longer lying under Hueco Mundo's night sky, he was already at the bottom of Menos Forest, a 'secret' area underneath the desert, in which both Gillian-class and Adjuchas-class Menos reside. Getting up from the now broken bench, Hornerio stretched his body as if he had just taken a nap, not showing any sign of injury after the fall. "My, my. I haven't slept so peacefully in ages."
