Kai went in for the lock up, not expecting Jed to fake it and was soon taken down by the single leg take down, this was unexpected in Jed from Kai's opinion. Meaning he would have to expect the unexpected from now on. But right now there was nothing he could do other than squirm to get to a rope as soon as possible.

Jed went to stand up with Kai's leg trying to kick it and stomp on it before he could get to the ropes!

The kicks and stomps connect and Kai is held back from the ropes and in the center of the ring.

Jed went to raise his leg and tried to dropkick it.

The raise and dropkick on Kai's leg connected. He was of now help to himself at the moment. But he did carry on to keep struggling in pain to get to a rope.

Kai kicked out quickly at a one count and went for a roll out of the ring and to his feet where he would keep from Jed for a little while.

:: There seemed to be a slight commotion in the crowd as the long-unseen figure of Ryuu Sakamoto strolled on down the ramp, fixated on the match in the ring. Rubbing his jaw a bit as if in thought, he continued toward the ring at a slow pace, just watching. ::

Kai caught up on his breathing as he was outside the ring. And then rolled straight back in after not to long pacing around the outside of the ring. He then quickly went for a lock up into which he would jump up grabbing both Jed's shoulders, fall down to his back and flip Jed with his feet on his stomach in a far turnbuckle.

Jed and Kai had been in the lock up for a second or so just moving around the ring. Jed was near a turnbuckle when Kai jumped up and hit a Hurricaneruna. Jed was flipped and landed on the turnbuckle Back first. Jed lower back hit the second turnbuckle as Jed then dropped down to the canvas below..

Kai got back to his feet and ran at Jed before jumping in the air as high as possible and going to land a missile drop kick to Jed.

Jeds legs were under the top rope as Jed was hit in his chest by Kai.

Kai soon got back to his feet again, not letting the assault stop whilst he had the upper hand he needed. He was concentrating only on winning now. Nothing else was on Kai's mind but always what his next two steps would be.
He began to start taking sharp kicks to Jed's chest.

Jed was still in the ropes when he kept getting kicked by Kai. The ref began to make a 5 Count!

Kai carried on digging into Jed's chest getting to a count of three from the ref.
