You can call it unfair all you want, but when it comes down to it I was following your rule on the front page. Before she was banned, she never put any effort into improving her level of literacy and she quoted me on multiple occasions without adding any content to the post, if that's not legitimate enough for a ban you really need to lay down some ground rules. Moderators have no guidelines, regular users have no guidelines, no one knows what we can or cannot do but you.
