A hand! Vasu was now fully awake and was now sitting on Azumi's head. Seeing the other hand had excited the odd primate and he leaned forward, one hand on the werewolf's forehead while the other one was placed in Kani's hand.
"Uh...Well, that's Vasu," Azumi said while looked up at the monkey," I'm Azumi and this is Osso," she placed a hand on her charge's head before looking fully at the woman named Kanilea. "I'm really sorry to have bothered you. We were just going around and well, yea...We can leave if you're busy or something though!" she added the last part hoping to not have appeared rude in anyway. black wolf ears twitched as the monkey on her head moved again. 'god I must look weird..' she said silently.
Osso could sense this new person's uneasiness without having to have watched her jump. This reaction made the boy scoot back slightly. Putting down the once more squirming pup he clung to his mother's bushy black tail. His hollow sockets would flick back and forth to the woman and the upside down boy who continuously reached for him.
Ginji, the skullwhisp pup who had just been in the boy's arms, plopped her chubby puppy self down next to to boys feet. She could sense his uneasieness and looked up at him with neon green eyes.

Osso wasn't listening to the other woman anymore. Looking from behind his mother's legs he watched the odd boy with some interest.
The Noir made her way into the darkend room, dragging in her charge by means of her tail. Wine hued eyes were busy examining everything and she almost didn't hear Kanilea's question,"uh? Oh, tea please!" She was a sucker for the hot beverage. Looking down at Osso she asked, "would you like anything, dear?"
Osso the shook his head absentmindedly. The boy's sockets were still on the child perched on the pile of toys, but strayed when her noticed his "puppy" wandering off. "Ginji come," he said in a shy, hushed tone.
The chubby skull faced animal looked up from her ground sniffing and gave a sharp yip but didn't come to the boy's side.
"Ginji come!" Osso repeated.
the skullwhisp just looked at him and then to the bat kid in the corner.

A finger pointed down to the "growth" on her tail as she took a sip of the hot tea without problem. The hotter the better. "This little mister decided to go to random doors are well, here we are," she said while still holding the steaming cup just in front of her face, the steam fogging her glasses.
The boy tore his attention from his pet and the other boy to briefly look at the other adult. his only response was a blink before taking a step away from his mother's legs, but one hand continued to cling to the end of the fluffy tail.
"Ginji...uh?" Osso looked over to the babbling boy who appeared to be making his way over towards the chubby pup. The blonde child titled his head and took a few more steps. Before long the boy was just inches away from Ginji and his mother's tail was straight out behind her as he refused to let go of it.
Ginji plopped down at looked to Osso adn then to the crawling boy before starting to pant, long pink tongue haning lazily out of her small mouth and a "grin" on her face.
"Osso, you're hurting Momma's tail," Azumi looked over at her shoulder and down towards Osso, but the boy hadn't heard her. Wine eyes rolled and she looked back to Kanilea,"so..how long have you been a guardian?" she asked before a tiny monkey paw started flailing in front of her. She watched as the paw traced around the rim of her cup, Azumi's own expression looking more like "-_-;" then anything else.

It didn't took long for Jabir to find the room, but he wasn't expecting to hear voices coming from inside. Most of the time the rooms were empty when he delivered the quests
"Well, might as well give it in person" he though
He knocked on the door, before entering "Sorry if I'm interrupting anything, just came to deliver this"
He grabed a note from one of his pockets and put it on Kanilea's hands, before leaving the room and closing the door with his tailQuest Dear Kanilea, You probably have noticed Aladon's sleep hasn't been peaceful for quite a while. He's constantly changing position before he's asleep, and even then he hardly stays still As his guardian it's your duty to find out what is causing this. Feel free to visit the infirmary and ask the other guardians for help -The Mishap Staff

Azumi watched Kani go and come back with something in her hands. From behind her glasses she made studing glances at it, but didn't know what it was until the other woman had lean down to help her Mishap. "Kani, that's Aladon's growth quest!" The werewolf replied and plucked the envelope from her hands and ripped it's seal. The folded letter came out with ease and she flattened it out before handing handing/holding it in front of the her.
Vasu had long forgotten the cup of tea and this new thing that crinkled has now grabbed the winged monkie's attenion. A small paw was just about to grab the paper, but was swatted away by the blonde.
Osso, meanwhile, hadn't payed any attention to what the adults were talking about. His black and white hand had let go of the soft black fur and he sat himself next to the pudgy puppy. 'This boy was...odd, but...' Osso thought and he leaned closer to the Mishap to inspect the thin membraned wings.

"Well, I've never heard of children manifesting from messed up spells, but we got two in this very room as proof. The growth quest is given when your Mishap seems to be ready to take the next plunge into the whole life expirience thing...I'm not really sure what determines it though...." she put a finger to her lower lip while staring up at the cieling, trying to remember one thing or another.
"Uh? Oh, yes, I got one for Osso as well...He's always been a little more mature for his age though. No idea why, but I'm not complaining. Maybe he'll be able to do the taxes soon and I won't have to scurry around looking in my junked up office," a laugh came from the woman. "What's the quest say?"
Osso looked to the grapes in the small outstretched hand and then back to the odd looking child, though it seemed that all the Mishaps here were odd looking. It took the bone-child a couple minutes before he finally gave in and hesitantly took a grape from the boy. Popping it into his mouth he continued to study the boy...he reminded of, what was it? A bat? Yeah...that seemed to be the correct name. "Bat," osso pointed to Aladon befor pointing to himself and saying,"skeleton."

April 5, 2006 The Return
The door slammed shut behind the cloaked figure burdened by some unseen parcel which could only be diserned as an odd shaped lump in the black over shawl. With no visible light the figure shrugged off the cape revealing a cloth wrap a sort of makeshift carrier for an oddly formed baby completely upside down and silent in his sleeping state. Kani couldn't help but smile at the boy's drooling gape that made her think of the innocence of sweet dreams that were beyond her grasp.
It had been an auful sort of luck to have to leave after Aladon's creation, but the war had called her back, and Aladon with her. Much had changed since they left. She was lucky to have found the room with the house changing as much as it had. Hell, she went to the wrong floor twice.
She covered the sleeping childs eyes with an extra bit of cloth on the carrier before striking a waiting match and touching it to the candle wick. She opened the large journal a layer of dust falling to the unlocked desk and began to relay the monthes past...

January 1, 2006 A Call to Duty
The letter crunche in Kani's hand as she whipped the bit of bannana from the seemingly emotionless child.
Ow, don't be so rough woman. The boy thought squirming against the less tender hands. The few candles lit for Kani's light were hurting his eyes, but he couldn't bare to close them. He was torn between the fasination witih the light wanting him to keep his eyes open and the pain pushing him to close them.
"Damn." Kani said finally realizing her mistake with the sublte change in Aladon's demenor snuffed out the the fire with a licked finger. She was too new to this...too new to mother hood...she was screwing up left and right, and now...now the war was on the walls of the Block, her long time home, and all were being called to the duty of Hell. She was not above her station as a warrior of her people and Such a letter from Zar would not let her decline it.
With barely a sound she stood and picked up the only thing she truely needed, the boy on her hip, she was out of the mansion. The final step from the door wrenched her heart, she had finally felt at home again...finally felt safe. "Damn." The word was echoed back to her from the lips of babes.

January 20, 2006 Into Hell
The strong strides of the horse set the tiny boy bouncing off its bare back held losely by the loving and desperate hands of his mother or the woman as his thoughts perceved her. After a few hours of exploring the new use he for his mouth repeating the one and only word he knew. "Da--amn." The small mouth formed the word with a little difficulty, as his voice went up and down with the bumps in the horse.
Kani was torn between the happiness in her young son. He was growing, and maybe with the new found use of his voice would allow her to understand him better, beyond his only slight changes in modd that were supposed to tell her so much.
Kani was also feeling a forboding doubt growing within her spirit, what if her hesatation to help caused the death of her homeland, what if her homeland wasn't worth saving. What if she was putting Aladon in unessesary danger. What is Zar or her friens, her family, her people, blamed their misfortune on her leaving, why did she have to leave? The three week journey was almost over they would soon be in a warring zone, if they weren't already. Maybe it was her fault...
Tiny hands squeezed the fingers of Kani's hands, entwined with the blck horse they guided.
The first smile since the letter had arrived escaped from her lips as she wrapped her arm around her child pulling him in close as her heels motivated the horse faster.
Both minds were set at ease as they speeded on, Aladon's face lit up unaware of the dark thoughts in Kanilea's mind.
