"I live on my own," Dahih said, chuckling, "Its nice for the most part, but I do like company, I have to be honest. Even if its just someone else living close enough to see every day. Like, a neighbour. But I haven't had one of those since I moved." He made a thoughtful noise, "Maybe I'll move again..."

Aislia nodded, "I dont remember ever having neighbors. Its always been just me and my brother." She smiled, looking at Dahih with hopeful eyes. "Maybe we could be neighbors; at the end of everything." If they ever found her brother was more like it.

Dahih looked at her, surprised, then grinned widely, the most genuine smile he'd given all day, "That would be awesome," he said, laughing lightly, "I'll warn you though, I have this habit of coming over to borrow a lot of sugar. So you'll be seeing a lot of me."

Aislia giggled, covering her now flushed cheeks with her hands. "I would like that" Her eyes scanned the surrounding, searching for any sign of a house, shak or cave. "Where do you live exactly?

"Not far from here. About five minutes," he said, nodding, "Close, but not too close, you know? I like it quiet," he glanced at her for a moment, then smiled. It was nice to see her act so pleased. And the fact that he'd caused it made him feel pretty damn good.

Aislia smiled, playing with a few strands of loose hair. Her eyes continued to check for a house, cave, anything. "It's nice to be away from the noise of the city." Closing her eyes, she was thankful they were infact far from the town they had just left. A bit of panic went through her for a moment. They would be back in a town again, the same drunken men yelling vulgar threats, the horrible smells of days waste. Hopefully the traveling would be nice and slow. Aislia noted the hue of the sky, suttle pinks and purples invating the clouds. "Its getting darker.

A few moments after she said that, a house came into view, and he turned to look at her. "It is...would you like to rest here for the night, before we set off?" he pointed to the house, "Thats where I live. Its small, but it does the job."

Aislia smiled at the simple house. "It's wonderful." A blush arrose to her cheeks. "If...if you dont mind." The thought of traveling with him for a extended period of time had never bothered her, but the thought of sleeping under the same roof as he brought a blush to her cheeks.

He noticed the blush and grinned, "Don't worry. I'll sleep on the floor, you can have the bed to yourself," that was just adorable. His usual, flirtatious self was wanting to kick in, but he held it back. It was very inappropriate right now. He started towards the house, "I'll make dinner if you're hungry."

Aislia waved her hands before her face as the blush deepened. "No no no..That's, that's not I was worried about. I was just worried about putting you out..." Her voice was squeaky and high pitched, her eyes wide with shock. Turning away, Asilia kicked a nearby rock. "Dinner would be lovely. I can help you if you want."

Dahih just grinned as he watched her, crossing his arms across his chest, "Help would be lovely, thank you. Anything in particular that you'd like? I have a chicken we can roast, if you'd like."

The pangs of hunger ripped through Aislia's stomach, a small grumble telling her that it was almost time to eat. "That would be great. I haven't had chicken in forever." Truthfully, she had never eated chicken. A thought crossed her mind...if everything tastes like chicken, as she has heard, what is its real flavor? "I'm not much of a cook but I can try" A confident smile spread across her lips.

Dahih grinned, "I'm sure you'll do good. I'll be helping you. And chicken is always good, no matter what," he said, laughing, and opening the door, holding it for her.

Aislia hesitated at the door, looking back once more on Dahih. The building was simply furnished, yet seemed warm and inviting. She walked in slowly, eyes obsorbing every detail. "It's lovely." In fact, it was the most wonderful house she had ever been in, seeing as she had lived in a cave all her life. Clapping her hands infront of her, a huge smile spread across her lips. "Okay, now how do we do this."

He chuckled, and moved into the kitchen area, with the fire pit. "Here, I'll grab the chicken. You want to grab some of those veggies?" he asked, pointing, "We'll throw those in too. Pick whatever ones you like."
