I would say Sephiroth ^__^. HE's super strong and he's so cool! Plus, his whole story is amazing and sad at the same time.... b/c of his past (and everything he finds out abotu himself) he becomes insane and completely cold...making him the most awesome bad guy around!

sephiroth is the best villian because is is to strong. Even in games he's hard to beat. Kingdom Hearts 2 you can fight him but he has 15 heath bars and he can make you health go down to almost dying with 1 attack

The best scene in Advent Childen was when that dude turned into Sepheroth, and that freaky music started playing... SO AWESOME!
