emorockerrox xXGaspXx emorockerrox xXGaspXx Trumpets are the laziest in most all of the bands I've seen or been in myself. stare you got that right. my BD has to yell at them to wake up. Haha. One of my band directors used to be in the Marine band or some shizz, so when one of the trumpets fell asleep, he did what his band director used to do, and threw his little conducting wand thingy at his head. It was great biggrin lol. mine goes.. like this. daily convo. BD: so..in measure..*looks down and looks up at the trumpets* JUSTIN! Justin: eh? yea..wat? BD: WAKE UP! Justin: yes, sir! *after 2 mins* BD:JUSTIN!!!*louder* Justin: WAT??? BD:WAKE UP!!! YOU DON'T WANT ME OVER THERE!! justin: eek YES SIR!! lol..daily waking up convo. haha wow that sounds amusing (at first anyway, I'm sure it would get pretty old very fast thought xd )

I feel like crap for saying this but the alto saxophone section I'm basically the only one that plays when they just talk or sit around. And when they're done talking, they don't know where we are in the song. And I also sometimes think that they count on me to find out when we come in the song. It sucks. neutral

For laziness, it's the percussion with clarinets next. To put it bluntly, every day our director has to call the percussionists out of the drum room when we're ready to rehearse music (they're supposed to be getting ready for rehearsal). The flutes and oboes get sectionals cut in half because the clarinets need A LOT of work.

Laziest would be the drummers, most of them forget about our concerts and don't come. worst are the trumpets because they like to blare. Most annoying would be the baritones. They have a tendency to make fun of people, they like to be rude, talk in high pitched voices, and think their better than everyone else. (well at least in my band their like that).
Also the low brass is egocentric.

Also the low brass is egocentric. I strongly disagree, the baritones are the most AMAZING section in the band, and trombones are just misguided baritones. And we dont think we are the best, we know we are the best. anyway in reality, our laziest section is the is the percussion, they try to stay in the instrument room under the pretense that they're working on the music but they arent. However, due to rivalvry i must say that the worst section in our band is the french horns. We baritones dont like the horns

Hmmm, the worst would probably have to be pretty much all of the brass. In my opinion, our flute section is /wonderful/, but I might be a little bias. whee

Well of COURSE percussion is lazy. Usually there more of us then there are for parts in the music.

uhm.. i actually think all the sections in my band [or orchestra, w/e] are awesome!! violins [my section lol] are the best, and the cellos are super funny.. since there are only 3 violas, they're like a little family :3 and the one and only bassist is amazing mrgreen

ugh... the clarinets, only because they are the teacher's pets and they're stuck up (except one-she's my best friend); the one of the trumpets is a pothead & the percussionists are always sitting their big butts down.

Ahh... Anyone in our band would probably say that my section is the laziest. But were not exactly lazy, just preoccupied with our own affairs. We know our music and what mot, but were all girls and a rather close group so on more than one occasion weve collapsed into giggles on the field or felt the need to put our heads together in furious whispers about new developments concerning our social lives
