She nodded happily, and turned the cover page. It was good cream paper, and her neat and delicate writing flowed over...not. It was a binder, with cream paper towards the back. But the first was average notebook paper with the scribbled on words of a child.
I met a friend! Daddy don't like him tho. I don't no why he can make noise. May-bee he's older? I hope to see him again. Daddy wont let me play with pae.

"Hey that's me I bet!" Azure said excitedly as he read the first sentence, he frowned slightly about her dad not liking him, "Man... even when I was a cute, innocent kid?" Azure remember the first time he met Dyas, "Playing in the mud, I guess dirtying you up couldn't have made a good impression." Azure smiled at Dyas.

She nodded happily, before reaching over and hugging the male. She turned the next page.
I saw him again! Their was anoder pae tho, tray...tray-sumtin. Daddy said sumtin 'bout rules and Azure. Wen I'm a teen, Daddy says we can play together! Azure is fun, n he don't care that I can't speak like my sis! I left Noirem outside for him to find. Come visit me soon Azure!
The female grinned at her missing doll. She remembered that the male did in fact bring back her treasured toy. From then on...their relationship grew like a wild fire.

Azure hugged Dyas tightly, kissing her shoulder lightly before turning to read the next page Dyas had turned for him. "Trager..." Azure mentioned. He couldn't even remember the exact set of rules Raken had given him on this occasion since he had been given a new set just about every time he saw her over-protective father. Azure told that to Dyas, "That was only the beginning of the rules."

Her grin widened as she nodded. The following time she saw him, the rules got even more intense. She flipped the page.
I kissed him! I honestly kissed him! Did I just kill our friendship? As if thats not bad enough, he's a taken man. Dating Adora. Why do pae have to be teenagers? Our emotions change about as frequently as rainstorms in the rainforest. what am I going to do? What ever am I going to do?

Azure sighed as he read the next page and felt sorry for making Dyas feel that way in the past. "Hey... I didn't want to be taken, I wanted you. It was your dad who made me date Adora, she made a better friend. Though... I don't think we are friends anymore after everything that happened." Azure quickly flipped the page backward to the happy and less dramatic part of their childhood. "I want you to feel like this forever... excited, not hurt anymore"

She reached over to cup Azure's face, looking earnestly into his eyes as she smiled. She knew. She understood. The female leaned forwards to claim Azure's lips, closing the book with one hand. No more memories. The female was now interested in only the present. They were both grown pae...and nothing was going to seperate them ever again.

Azure looked deeply into Dyas' eyes before she kissed him. He pushed deeper into the kiss, lifting up his hand and running it through her hair. When he pulled away, noticing she had closed the book he asked, "Well can I still read when I broke your father's rule and chose to be with you?" with a chuckle.

Another grin. It was the closest she could get to laughing. The female flipped open the book, and turned to the page of the halloween bash.
He picked ME. Azure is in love with me. After a jumble with daddy, tristen, azure and adora...in the end, he picked me. And Adora was okay with it. And I finally told him, that I loved him too. On a pumpkin. I've never met anyone like Azure...I think he's the one I want to be with forever.

Azure smiled as he read the page, his eyes were glistening with the formation of tears, but he didn't want to cry. "Yeah... I used to think I wanted to be with you forever too..." he let that sink in for only a half-second because he didn't want Dyas to get hurt, "But now I know that I want to be with you forever." He turned to her and smiled, ah, screw holding back the tears. A tear slid down his cheek and he set the book aside and pulled Dyas into his lap and arms.

the female sharply looked at him, pupils widening. Half a moment later, she had the most gorgeous smile on her face as she was pulled into his lap. Dyas wrapped her arms around him, letting her own dual colored eyes shine with moisture. Shifting her weight forwards, she pulled the both of them into a laying position on her bed. The hybrid buried her head into the crook of his neck, rubbing her tears against his skin. She loved him more then words could ever express.

Azure's smile couldn't help but grow just from seeing the expression on Dyas' face. He laid a hand on her glowing cheek just before they laid down and then he held her close, kissing the top of her head that he could reach. "Dyas... do you remember when your father mentioned us getting married..." he certainly wasn't going to propose now, it wasn't the right moment, he wanted it to be more special, but he did want to feel her out in case he decided to ask in the near-future.

she froze, her entire body going stiff before she nodded into his neck. she remembered. Why was he bringing it up though? was he going to propose? Her face began to redden.

Azure could feel her body stiffen in his arms. He wasn't 100% sure what that meant, but he thought he'd explain what was going on in his head. "I'm not asking you to marry me at this second, just asking what you think of it now that we're older." Azure explained, really hoping she'd call on her shadows to answer since he felt like he needed words for this one. He took a deep breath.

Slowly, she looked up to blink her dual colored eyes at him. A smile graced her lips as she nodded, and almost telepathically knowing, the shadows began to gather by the side of her bed.
I love you Azure. With all of my heart. Your the one I want to be with forever, and marrying you could only complete me. Even if you asked me right now...how could I refuse?
The female deeply blushed as she quickly dispersed the shadows before she became out of breath again.
