Mine isn't exactly that great of a combo for competitive play but it was a funny little idea i had back when i ran my spellbomb deck.

Start it off with Auriok Salvagers + Spellbombs,

W1: Return an artifact with 1 or less mana cost in your graveyard to your hand. spellsbombs all had 1 mana cost, pretty simple to understand recursion deck which did fairly well in tournaments for me and was at the very least a pain to deal with because of Aether spellbomb/blue control.

Now toss in March of the Machines, Mana Vault, and Dross Scorpian.

March of the machines makes all spellbombs 1/1 Artifact creatures, Mana vault has the effect of paying 3 and taping it to double all mana colors in your mana pool, and Dross scorpion everytime an artifact creature goes to the graveyard from play, you may untap an artifact...continuously recur spellbombs while using their effects and after each one use dross to untap mana vault then double your mana again...infinite mana and spellbomb recurring, instant victory (can just burn them to death with pyrite spellbombs/Disciples of the Vault)

this of course might not work, im unsure...if it doesn't because of spellbombs not being creatures in the graveyard or something like that you can always add in the 1 mana cost myrs and pyrite them to the graveyard if need be...ups the required starting mana before you hit infinite but yeah...you'd need about 7-8 mana with 2 vaults in play to hit infinite.

Your art combo reminded me of one my friend made. You need 2 myr retrievers, a grinding station, and 2 eterium sculptors.

Have the 2 sculptors and the grinding station out. Play a a retriever for free, grind it. Play the other one and get back your other. Grind the one in the play and repeat...infinite mill.

sounds alot like bomberman .... salvagers+black lotus for infinite mana of any color

insert magma mine or rocket launcher = win

i was going to play this at the mana drain last weekend , ended up missing it though

Panoptic mirror, Shahrazad, Paradox Haze.

To truly make it fun you need an arbiter of knollridge in play and something like a momentary blink on the mirror also. It can make a game last a while.


The only thing that I'm curious about is how the losses interact with the game in progress. I'm not sure if they'd trigger a blood tyrant.



I've used a hurkyls recall on a isocron scepter to kill an entire table before. I had a mycosynth lattice and a megrim out. Nobody played with me for a while after that.

pentavus+blasting station+disciple of the vault
in a modular deck if you can boost the pentavus up and have the mana so spend it's an easy way to ping till they die and because the vites are artifact tokens they take 2 per sac bc of the disciple

People quit playing with me for a while after I used Burning Sands + Night of Souls betrayal + Kamahl, Fist of Krosa = tap one green mana target opponent loses a land.

thats obviously the better way of doing it but only available in vintage, plus not everybody has a lotus. hell you can turn 0 infinite mana with a black mana, a lotus, a dark ritual and a salvager. throw in a fireball or one of the other x mana burn spells for instant winning, or door to nothingness or really any instant win condition at this point...you win and your opponent can't even have a chance to counter.

There's actually a video on youtube explaining a way to get a turn 0 win, but it'd clost you like 200 bucks in cards if I recall. sweatdrop

Looked on Youtube, couldn't find anything aside from the Flash/Hulk combo. The problem I'm seeing is how one could get those artifacts out so soon.
