winry can go jump off a cliff i mean seriously she hits ed with her wrench in almost every episode she is in!! i think she is whiney annoying and evil . my poor ed heart ( eek that didnt happen). stare stupid winry, and she could at least wear more then that freakin' tube top!! scream ITS BARELY CONSIDERED A SHIRT AT ALL!!!! talk2hand

ChibiAngelwolf Hagane_no_Winry Yeah, Winry can sure as hell be annoying... (which is why I play her... 'cause I can be annoying. v__v; I don't intend to, I swear!! *flail*) ....but overall, I think she's a pretty cool character. She's not nearly as... damsel in distress as most anime females are... (She's not another MIAKA!! THANK. GOD.) Yes, she is probably the best female character ever made... She really is! Especially putting up with all Ed's crap... biggrin

They weren't invented in 1915 you know. Now I consider Winry a whore for the tube top AND the mini skirt. I don't like Winly much. Sometimes I want to bash her with my pile of scrap drawings. {I'm not pushing people off a cliff. Some-one purposely fell off a cliff and dived into a lake and he was still alive. Winry would still be alive beacause of her tools.} sometimes I want to hit her with the new book of Harry Potter (Which shall be thick)

I HATE Winry.
She is evil, greedy, mean, spoiled, and im glad that [SPOILER TAKEN OUT] killed her parents!
I wished she could of died at the end of the series!
Envy should come and kill her! Do us a favor!

Winry...
I don't know why any of you consider her annoying. Personally, I consider Ed annoying(alot). Of coruse, both Ed and Winry ahve their good sides. Winry is compassionate, doting, and loves Ed and Al like brothers. Ed has strong morals, a good head on his shoulders, and some kick-a** fighting moves. Overall, both of their pros and cons balance them out.

I cant believe I am reading all of these stupid reasons to hate Winry. Its childish. Yeah, she hits Ed with a wrench. SO WHAT? Its not like he gets HURT in the end or anything. He never has to go to the hospital, or get any kind of medical treatment. I am just hearing from a bunch of FANGIRLS.
Yeah, its a tube top and miniskirt. WHO. CARES. Its an anime, dearies. It doesnt have to be 'educational' and it most certainly doesnt have to go with history. Cuz it doesnt. Maybe in Ed's world, girls wear miniskirts. Just because not a lot of girls wore such skimpy clothes around that time in our world, mean the same thing in THEIR world.
If you have seen teh whole series, you would understand where I am coming from. Oh and, for those who only watch [adult swim], heh, just stop complaing about Winry, k. Funimation made her sound like a preppy cheerleader.
OK, my opinion. I do not like Winry because she is a stereotypical character.Quote: What does that mean Enbi-sensei????
I say that because.... I have seen A LOT of anime, a list so big that I cant remember half of it. A lot of characters resemble Winry in some way.... and after awhile, that gets old and you get tired of seeing so many characters act thesame way.
*ahem* HOPEFULLY, everyone read this. I will be watching this thread from now on.

i think Winry is cool, but in that one episode when she wasnt comforting them and insteaed spending their money i was like "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
