Criofan glanced down at her finger as she tapped it against the center of his chest, pointing out the shamrock on his chest. That was what he was mainly concerned about covering; if Magnus could see that, it would give him away in a flash. The leprechaun then glanced back up at her with a charateristic smirk. After a few seconds of simply looking at her like that, he said, "Blue? Well, alright." Back into the pile the faerie went, digging around for something a light blue color that wouldn't make it obvious he was Criofan.

"Ah." The faerie plucked up the first lighter blue dress he saw; a slimming dress that hopefully wouldn't make him look so broad. Thankfully, faeries in general were a tad more effeminate appearing as they were; it wasn't all that much of a stretch for Criofan to make himself appear a little more womanly with the right choice in dress. "This good?" The lucky boy hoped so; he wasn't much for fashion and was simply relying on lucky guesses in this particular case. "Ya' think it'll make me look attractive or somethin'?"

A heartbeat passed. Two. Deep amythest eyes locked on skylit blue. Three. The female nodded, repressing the rising urge to blush when the male finally looked away. What was wrong with her? After a moment she regained her composure, flashing the faerie a devious smirk herself. "Why Criofan, with that dress, a spot of makeup, and a few curls in those goldy locks, you'll drop my suiter list by at least half." With that, she walked to the vanity table to the side of the room. This room was used mainly for plays and what not that the more artsy pae used. So in addition to costumes, they had a set up for stage-make up. "Now that we know what dress, we can paint on your face. Then get you dressed, so that we don't get makeup onto it." One could possibly say that Erylia was an expert on such matters. Certainly no prep fluff female, the demonic often liked to dress up nicely. It made pae a load easier to manipulate.

Criofan smirked in turn. "As long as they're attractive, Ah can't say Ah'd necessarily mind." That was another odd statement from him. With a snicker, the faerie set down the dress over a nearby chair and went to find himself some of the make-up that Erylia had suggested. Shortly, he returned with some make up and set it on the table, grinning at her. "There. Now, would ya' mind making me that drop-dead goregeous? Can't say I'm particularly good at this, luck or not."

He definitely didn't wear make-up, after all. "Besides, Ah don't think ya will need to do this yourself." Then, he winked, before resuming shuffling through the make-up. It was hard to tell if Criofan was just in a jolly mood and that was making him unusually flirty, or if he really meant the statement. No matter which it was, one of his mischievous snickers followed. He certainly seemed to be a good mood today. Erylia might've not picked it up as unusual, but these days, the faerie was mostly this cheerful only when he had succeeded in increasing the size of his stash of riches.

...Then again, this was a particularly good plan of his.

"It would be an honor." The female spoke dryly as she walked over to sit in a chair beside the table. She guestured Criofan to do the same with the opposite chair. Her pupils widened ever so slightly at the flirtatious comment. Very likely it was simply because Criofan was an adult that he decided to flirt with her in such a bold fashion. But all she could think about was how for that one night...that one single night at the masquerade...he offered himself to her in the form of a kiss- At the sudden flush of heat to her cheeks, she stopped the thought process. She...was...BLUSHING! The female carried on like it wasn't there, picking up a container of red eyeshadow. Hopefully he wouldn't think that his comments were actually getting to her. One was only embarrassed when they cared about the subject. And the thought of him thinking she actually cared... "Close your eyes softly. And try not to blink." She'd get the eyeshadow done and have him stop looking at her so intently. Two birds with one stone!

Criofan had to wonder. Did her cheeks look unusually red or was it just him? They were unusually red. He wasn't going to let her know he knew, though, and instead he chose to close his eyes like she requested. "Alright. Make me beautiful, Erylia." The faerie hummed a tune to himself, oddly excited about getting his face made up to look more feminine and gorgeous. But, of course, he also just made Erylia blush, and he was going to get Magnus with a fantastically good prank.

The faerie was pretty good at following directions, despite how rebellious he naturally was. His eyes stayed closed, and they didn't seem to be fluttering all that much. "Ah should probably make my voice a little higher too. Ah don't think this voice will pass all too well, especially with my accent." The leprechaun couldn't help his chuckling. "How should Ah speak?"

"Pretend to be mute?" She shrugged to herself, even though the male couldn't see it with his eyes closed. Delicately she applied the bright red makeup on before picking up a darker red and applying it to the bottom of the bright red, giving Criofan an almost oriental look. By the time that was through, the blush had receeded. Thankfully. "It worked with my neice Dyas. Born both mute and impossibly gorgeous. She's got a boyfriend that would skin his own hide for her. You can open your eyes now." She pulled out the black eyeliner. "And keep them open. Its important not to blink."

That could work. Criofan could be perfectly charming without talking, right? Of course he could. If anything, he could just take cues from Erylia. The faerie opened her eyes when she commanded. His eyelids felt heavier than usual and she was probably about to make them heavier with whatever she was holding now, but that was okay. He would doll himself up as much as necessary to get this prank to be absolutely perfect.

"That's definitely devotion." Criofan wasn't sure if he would ever be that devoted to anyone. If it was possible, it would certainly take some time before he ever got to that point. The faerie blinked once before forcing himself to keep his eyes wide open. "Alright, ya can do whatever comes next now. Tell me, do girls do this all the time? Seems ta' be a bit annoying." He laughed, but forced himself not to close his eyes when he did, a bit of an awkward feeling. "O'course, Ah suppose ya' wouldn't need too." There came a similar comment again. Now it was becoming obvious; he did want to see her blush.

"Often, personalities aren't enough to be noticed by guys." She carefully applied the eyeliner, being careful not to poke his eye. When done with one eye, she laughed merrily. He wanted to see her blush! But the same compliment wouldn't work twice. Her amethyst eyes flashed brightly, gems more precious then any jewel. "What do you look for in terms of looks then, Criofan?" She finished up his second eye before breaking out the mascara. Almost done with the eyes.

Criofan, the kleptomaniac he was, was surprisingly patient. Perhaps it was because the best plans tended to take time, and this one was definitely taking plenty of time. Recruiting Erylia to help him with this make-up thing was definitely a good idea, though. She had a lot more of an idea of what she was doing when it came to this make-up thing than he had, no questions asked.

What did he look for in terms of looks? The lucky fae grinned brightly, teeth shining in the light coming from the ceiling lamp. "Wouldn't ya' like to know?" He asked, before snickering quietly to himself. "Ah don't know, 'lia," he used the unusual nickname again, even though it probably wouldn't throw her off as much as it had the first time. It was still fun to be unexpected never the less. "What do you look for? Great eyes, good bodies, personality, clovers," that last one didn't seem to fit, "there are a great variety."
PostPosted: Wed Jun 03, 2009 6:28 pm

"Clovers?" She raised an eyebrow. She had caught the nickname again, giving him a quick look in response as she opened the mascara. But again the male seemed oblivious to give it any sort of merit. "Any ol' man'll do really for a one nighter." She gave a smooth curl with the brush up his right eyelashes. "Dated this one pae for a week once, just to see what dating was like. He was a sweet, blond haired angelic. Strong hands though, when he wanted to be." She swept up the other eyelashes. "For permanancy though...Dunno. Haven't found anyone to come close yet." With that, she looked almost seriously into the males eyes. Just for one heartbeat though, and then she was trading mascara for red lipgloss.

While the faerie still had her eye contact, he commented, "Same here." Assuming that it was alright to blink now, he gave it a couple of seconds before blinking his eyes a couple of times. This make-up thing was a pain! His eyes were almost watering because they hadn't blinked enough times in the past two minutes, but he knew he couldn't let any of the tears fall out of his eyes or that would just ruin the work and they'd have to start over. Therefore, Criofan blinked his eyes a few more times to dry them before he puckered his lips in some what of a joking manner.

"I assume that's something for the lips?" He asked, before puckering his lips again. Criofan looked a bit like a fish waiting for a kiss from a beautiful royal or something of the sort; it looked a little goofy and he almost hoped that she would get a laugh out of it.

She snickered at his puckered lips, almost feeling the urge to kiss them just to make him stop. But for once, Erylia refrained from what she wanted to do. The consequences were great enough for even her to care. Ontop of that...why was it so unusual for her feel disapointment that he showed no jealousy? There was no reason for jealousy...there was no reason for her to want it. And those two words from earlier, stung. "Soften your lips so I can put this on before your face freezes like that." She chuckled, grinning.

Good, she laughed. The faerie snickered as well, before following her directions to soften his lips. Honestly, he didn't know what that meant, but he thought that meant he should lick his lips and then smack them together like he had just put lipstick on. "Like that?" He asked, before puckering his lips slightly in a less dramatic way this time. "Hope so, 'cause Ah honestly don't know how ta' soften my lips."

He found no reason to be jealous. Why would he be jealous? So Erylia had a lot of men trying to go after her. That didn't mean anything. She had seemed to reject them all in any case; if anything, it was better for her stash, and Criofan was always a fan of having a big stash. He wasn't worried about anything! The leprechaun was still flirting with her, wasn't he? "Ah probably shouldn't make a habit of wearing make-up, but ya' know, this doesn't look so bad," he was glancing in the mirror.
PostPosted: Wed Jun 03, 2009 7:55 pm

"Close enough." She spoke dryly as she started to apply the makeup. "You make a very pretty girl. Its a good look." Joking of course, in good humor. He was handsome as himself, good body... "Are you just going to flirt with him or you want me to join? To make it more believable." Random fancy woman flirting with him, strange. Flirtatious unknown pae with mute friend? Plausible.

After she was done, Criofan pressed his lips together one last time and then fluffed his hair slightly to make it look a tad more feminine. Then, he grinned at Erylia. "Well, thank ya' Erylia," he was back to the full name again. Criofan began to put some of the make-up aside as he assumed that Erylia really didn't need it. Honestly, she looked tempting enough on her own, but of course, these days, he found a lot of people beguiling.

Right? Oh, never mind. "Magnus? Please. He'll jump anything with two feet." Criofan paused. "Although sometimes... Oh, never mind. It would definitely be even better if we both did it, though. And it would be even more fun, wouldn't it? Especially when he reacts doubly as hilariously." He winked at Erylia, before asking, "So, anything else need to be done with my face?"
