As the girl run of the bus Spooky thought about following her, but felt a presences from the area, so him went of looking for the weird feeling.

Amelia saw one of them board the bus. She flew after it, waiting until it stopped once again, and flew unnoticed into the bus, all the way to the back. She crouched down in an empty seat and morphed back into her previous human form, then sat back up, as if she was there the whole time. From her seat, she watched the other natural, planning a way to meet him and explain things.

Kikyo sat in the back of the bus. She looked out her window, bored. She was on her way to another boring meeting about another boring crisis that she had no interest in. She sighed and moved her attention to the people in front of her on the bus. She started silently lecturing them that she was in charge of them. That is, if they weren't different, like the people she wanted to find. She'd feel special if she found the different races on her own. Oh, how Kikyo wanted to find them and know their ways and rule them too.

Your not nuts or on crack. Rin informed him through thoughts pleased that it had worked. I am in your head. Sorry if that freaked you out though. she added as an after thought. Rin soon reached the other two guys.
"Do I know you?"She asked bluntly not sure which one she recognized more.

Xanthos watched the girl walk towards them and frowned, the dream he had before with her in it running through his head. He shook his head and started walking the other way, pulling Jaxxon with him. At least attempting to. The much stronger brother held his ground. Xanthos looked at Jaxxon desperatley and shook his head. "C'mon Jax. I feel really uncomfortable. We'll just keeping walking until we find someplace to eat..." He gently tugged on Jaxxon's arm.
Jaxxon frowned at Xanthos, and, knowing his brother wouldn't give up, picked up the boy and threw him over his shoulder. "No. We are going to ask her where can find something to eat. My kill and I can tell you're hungry because you're getting whiny. When was the last time we ate? Like... two days ago? No. We're asking." Jaxxon turned around to see the girl standing in front of them. He chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Ah, I don't think so but you might be able to help us. You see, were trying to find a place to eat and I wonder if you know one cause we can't find anything."
Xanthos blushed, frowned, and fell limp on Jaxxon's shoulder. Stupid Jaxxon. Stupid jerk. Stupid stupid brother! He growled and shook his head. "Stupid Jax! Put me down!" He started beating at his brother's back with his fists.

Kikyo stood up and walked to the front of the bus.
"I need off now." she said to the driver. The driver nodded and the bus squealed to a halt. "Thanks." Kikyo said, walking off the bus and heading down the street.
"No way on earth am I heading to that meeting." she grumbled, walking into a McDonald's.

"Hey!Um...so ah.....where are you going?"She asked the two boys when she caught up to them. Once again she felt a feeling deep inside that even though she was sure they had never met they had something deeper than interests in common.

Jaxxon looked at the girl and smiled. "We were just looking for a place to eat. Any chance you could show us like, a nice cafe. Someplace with vegetarian meals at least. For Xan." He shifted his brother on his shoulder and looked around.
Xanthos growled and bashed Jaxxon in the head.. "You big lump let me go!" Xanthos was soon dropped to the ground, at which point he quickly stood up, pulled his hood further over his eyes and examined her. "Who are you and why have I been seeing you in my dreams? I dream a lot but I only remember the things that are real, that happened and for some reason I dreamed of you which means there's something important about you, but nothing bad..." He looked at his brother's confused face and rolled his eyes. "It's her idiot you idiot. The girl I saw." Idiot!
Jaxxon gasped and looked at his brother, shocked. "No joke? Damn, you were right, she is cute!"

"Ladies and gentlemen, this great land is suffering from an epidemic. This great nation is being harassed by freaks. From Mutants to Psychos, it isn't even safe to let your cat out at night, was that what we were founded on? No! This nation was founded on freedom and prosperity and can anyone feel free with freaks running around our streets fighting one another? As a member of the PAAB program, I seek to find a solution for this disease infecting so many of this nations and one isn't even a disease at all, but an invasion."
A man in heavy armor stood behind a pedestal, speaking into several microphones. As part of the PAAB program, some members of PAAB were assigned to do public speaking and assure that the regular humans were feeling safe. Anyone was allowed to attend this public speaking, but usually only regular humans attended them. Tylor continued speaking; this speech was far from over.
"Upon studying those infected with this disease, we found there are three known types. The first we like to call Psycho Syndrome and causes brain mutation to a point where the infected have increased mind capacity. Now this disease sounds good and even a step up for humanity, but really it causes the infected to invade the personal thoughts of others and destroying the walls of sanity! Can you really imagine a world where you can even be safe in your own mind? Insanity! Next we have the Element Disease which causes the infected to be able to control a certain element like water or...Fire."
Tylor stumbled a bit upon mentioning fire, most likely a personal issue he was some connections to, but no one was sure on why he was so startled by even the mention of fire.
"These freaks are dangerous since they can cause numerous crimes that could be mistake as natural disasters. Next is the Mythical invasion, which is a revealing nature of so many creatures we thought to be not of this plain of existence. These creatures are welcomed by PAAB with open arms, but will have to be included with the regular Freaks till further notice. The final disease is the Physical Virus which increases abilities to the point of denying gravity. These freaks are dangerous due to the mortality they can cause to regular individuals."
Tylor was almost finished his public speaking; he had plans to attend to and couldn’t stay for long, so he needed to finish this up just in case Kikyo needed him; the leader of the human race was a target for many freak gangs.
"PAAB plans to create quarantined cities for all the abnormal humans in our nation so that we can look to find a cure for their afflictions. Till then, PAAB is starting the Registration Act that requires all abnormal human beings to register. After a thirty day grace period, it will be illegal for an abnormally infected human to be unlicensed and they will be captured on sight. Along with the Registration Act, the mythical beings we have in our lands will be offered a two month grace period to register. Due to their nature as not being infected, they will be less reacted for not being registered. I thank you all for listening to me and I hope that this crisis can be put to rest."
Tylor waved and started to walk away from the stage, while quite a few of the audience started to clap for him. Many humans were sick of living and fear and were glad the government was stepping in to correct the problem. In truth, PAAB didn't know what these abnormal powers were, but a disease solution made their cause seem more justified and Tylor knew this. Tylor's own experiences with these 'freaks' made him very hateful towards them. One case in particular was when a teacher was brutally punch by a Physical and permanently handicapped in a wheel chair. Tylor was just sick on how so many regular people had to be in fear everyday because of these freaks making it hard and PAAB was going to fix it all at any cost.

Kikyo walked around the McDonald's play room for about fifteen minutes before leaving the restaurant and wandering out side. She intended to get lost and, in high hopes, run into a person with supernatural powers. It was one of the things she liked to do in order to not attend meetings.

Kikyo wandered the streets, still having no destination.
'Maybe I shouldn't have taken over the world...' she thought to herself. 'I mean, I don't even take charge all that much. Who wants to listen to a 16 year old?'
'SHUT UP!' Kikyo snapped at herself, shaking her head. 'You run this world better than any idiot could. You're still a kid. Wait untill you're older. Then you'll be unstoppable!'
