Sniff, sniff. Yep. He was getting closer. Iku picked up his pace to a slow trot as he followed his mothers scent. It was true, he loved Rai, but after a few weeks of being in one spot, Iku had begun to get antsy. He needed to get away, see new sights, smell new smells. Yes, he had way to much of his mother in him.
And so, Iku had set off in search of his mother to ask her elder, Miss Rina, if he could travel with them for awhile. It had taken him awhile to track down her scent but he was definitely on the right trail. And by the smell of it, he was getting close. Very close.
Now excited on finding his mother and his tribe, Iku broke into a run... But Iku was never the brightest of foxes and ran with his nose to the ground following Aki's scent rather than watching where he was going.... Thus ran right past Dancer, Shori, and Katie.
And ran smack into Aki as she sat beside Rina.
"Hi mom!" He exclaimed as he rolled off of her.
Aki had been so lost in the commotion with the dark red male and now the new blue one popping in that she didn't pick up on the sound of approaching paws until it was to late. Her son's scent hit her nose right before his body did. She let out a groan as he rolled off of her but she couldn't help but smile, happy to see her son.
"Hello Iku." She said before turning to Rina sort of sheepishly. "Rina," the she turned to her other clan members, "Everyone, meet my son, Iku."
