Talos found himself at a lost for words. His appearance changed into a more humanoid appearance as he took the woman in his arms and the both of them rose to the surface. He cared not if it made him a spectacle as put the woman on the ground.
Talos's attention went to the man he knocked out of the water and his eyes began to glow a vibrant blue. He rushed the man like a savage beast.

“I’ll not fight this battle with a beast…” Calyph would vanish from sight not wanting to fight with Talos as he just teleported instantly before being reacted. He’d take the initial damage given.
Ellyia would lay where she was place as she sputtered and coughed up the water that was vile. She hadn’t had a real chance to breathe in pure water yet as coughed out the putried air. “He’s gone Talos.” Her words came softly as she continued to choke trying desperately to get her breath back.

Blade lifted his upper body up in a disoriented fashion. Elliya had been taken before he could effectively move and this nearly struck Blade to tears, he aged slower than a human, and would be blessed with longevity when he finished growing, but he was still young for a naga. By no means a child, but he had lived in his village his whole life, the only outsiders he had communicated with, or even seen, were mer-people. "I failed.... to protect the lady Elliya." He said softly. "What kind of Naga am I, if I cannot protect the Guide?"

Galahdwen shook her head, "There is nothing you can do, even someone like myself couldn't stop her." Galahdwen sighed, trying to figure out how that happened. She looked at Blade, "Do not feel bad, too many things happened at once." She too seemed very disappointed.

"Ashu.... I mean uh... Thank you, G-Galahdwen, was it?" He asked nervously. "I owe you my life. I am in your debt eternally." He said with a bow, accentuated by his snake-like lower body.

"That is my name." She chuckled softly despite the sadness of the situation. If only he knew. "Please do not worry about it. It is the least I could do, and you did save her, so don't feel bad." Galahdwen looked to the sky, she noticed the clouds were thinning. "Darn," she hissed, "I have to go." She said turning and began walking away, off towards the woods.

Cyreen reached the group that was with Ellyia and looked arround. Giving a growl she made eye contact with each person and stopped when she saw Talos. Knowing a little about the demon she knew that there had to be something drastic to pull the demon out of his prison. Seeing Ellyia she knew what had happend and said to the demon, "Welome to your freedom." She said nothing more as she walked over to where Ellyia was to check on her, knowing that getting her to her home would not only help her but also her worried parents.

Ellyia continued to choke on the air she breathed as she tried to regain it. Her eyes looked at Talos as she seemed to be in love with the previously imprisoned demon, but said nothing about it. The time was not now to present her heart to him. He did not share the same feelings for her. He was wild and untamed. Ellyia just remained where she laid as she was unsure what to do. Her entire body was soaked to the core. From head to toe, she was soaked with the vile waters and needed to reach the lake at her home to wash the vile waters off. “Talos…Cyreen…I must make it to the other lake to wash this vile water off. It’s making me feel impure. I need to be laid in the waters and observed for any dangers…” Ellyia knew what she needed to have done as she pleaded with the two of them to please do as she asks.

Talos growled as the vile man managed to escape. He wanted to kill the man for violating the water with his impure taint. Finally Talos calmed slightly and he began to walk away.
"Freedom? Yes I will seek out those I consider worthy and test their metal." Talos said loud enough to be heard by the others. His mind was set to get away from his prison as possible but as he got further away from the river he felt somewhat drained the farther get away.
Talos returned to the river to test his theory an found the closer to the river tge stronger felt again. He sighed as he turned to Cyreen and Ellya.
"On second thought I will hang around her for a while." he said trying not to show his new weakness.

Cyreen carefully picked up the injured Ellyia and said gently to calm her, "Relax Ellyia, We're going to get you there quickly." Walking with her she looked over at Talos and the others saying, "I'm getting her to the other lake so she be heal herself." Smiling at Talos she said seeing something in him but not taking the time to focus on it, "Care to join us Talos?"

Ellyia laid where she was before. Her eyes would follow Talos’ movements and on Cyreen’s. Her body would be picked up by Cyreen as she couldn’t reject the offer of help. Her body was too tired to move on its own as she looked at Talos hoping he would join us. “You have a new home with me.” These were her words to Talos hoping he heard them before giving Cyreen the nod to take her to the other lake as fast as she can so that she can begin to get the vile water off her. She needed the pure water to survive. ‘Talos follow Cyreen to the other lake, it is crystalline water. You can live there now.’

Talos growled at the thought of being confined to the water like some pitiful pet and now others would were taking pity on him. He sighed and followed after the others. He had nothing better to do for now until he could figure out how to break whatever is binding him to the water.

Ellyia eventually would jump from Cyreen’s arms the moment they were at the crystalline lake. Her body would instead dart into the waters below. ‘I will find a way to free you. My oath as guide.’ Her words were gentle as she sank beneath the water’s surface. Her body just sank down further till she laid resting upon a crystal that began to glow wildly purifying the lake on command. Her body began to finally become freed of the vile waters that had otherwise begun to kill her. Her eyes would close as she laid in the water just taking in the purified water as it was.

Talos was taken off guard. Did she know about his sudden curse? He jumped into the lake to find her. Under water their words would not travel to teh land dwellers.
"What do you mean? Do you know what has happened to me? I want this blasted curse removed from me as soon as possible!" Talos said annoyed to Ellyia as she was relaxing.

"W-Wait!" Blade said to Galahdwen, but it was too late, she had gone of into the forest. Blade's shoulders sagged and he sighed. He was alone again. Why did she run off? He wondered. He looked around at the others and saw that the other walked on a pair of extra arms, rather than on a proper tail. Maybe that's why she went. He thought, self consciously.
