Tima let her mind wander back as far as it could, stepping carefully over the many gaps and holes her memory had. "Well.....I think we did. It was a person we were running from; someone else was with me; and I don't remember him ever catching us. I think......I think he died, somewhere."

Jinx nodded. "Really? Well, I guess if that means you and whoever you were with are now safe then it's a good thing? Right?" Jinx wasn't sure. Jinx had thought she had problems.

Tima nodded, uncertainty still plain on her face. "Yes, it was a good thing, but I don't know for sure what happened to him. The boy with dark glasses......" This was by far the fuzziest part of all of the memories she had. All she remembered was........"Angry.....I was angry at something. I think it was the only time I was ever angry. But I don't remember what I was angry at or what I did." She looked at Jinx with a completely nonplussed look. "Isn't that strange?"

Jinx nodded. "Yes, I guess that is a bit strange. Maybe it was something you really don't want to remember. But seeing that you are here now and fine maybe it worked out for the best?"

Tima smiled a little as she scratched her head. "Then my mind does not want me remembering a lot of things." Looking more sad than uncertain, Tima crouched down and began drawing letters in the snow with her fingers. "I want to think it did, but I can barely remember anyone from back then, when I was somewhere else. It was even as though I was someone else. Does that usually happen when things turn out for the best?"

"I don't know. Maybe if that someone you once were wasn't a good person? Not that I'm saying you weren't. I just don't know." Jinx frowned at the younger looking anthro. She didn't know what to say to make her feel better.

Tima's eyes widened a little at the possibility. "Could be.....I could have been someone else; I have heard of such things happening. It's just that.....I'm so different; sometimes I don't think some things happen to me the way they happen to others."
She brushed the lettering away with her hand and stood up. "Well, I don't want to think too long about them; I did that once already with someone. What shall we do now? Play another game?"

Jinx nodded. She fully understood why Tima didn't want to think on it too long. It was like her thinking about being a jinx for too long. It only made her feel worse and how did that help?

Tima looked around at the piles of snow. "Well, we could...play in the snow? The last time I was around snow, I didn't get a chance to play in it, and I've heard the little ones speak so highly of playing in the snow. Although.....I don't know many snow games. Do you?"

"Snow games? Hum... I'm not sure I know any either." Jinx walked over and sat down in the snow. She figured the ideas on games would come to her if she was in the snow. "how about this." She fell backward and made a snow angel

Tima watched Jinx for several seconds as she made her snow angel, then she simply tipped over backwards and fell down into the snow, moving her arms and legs rather mechanically back and forth, imitating Jinx. She smiled a little as she felt the snow pile up around her ears and tiny snow crystals dropping into her ears. "What are we making?"

Jinx got up to see. "I think they are called Snow Angels." She nodded as she looked at what was left. It did look very neat. It helped that they were anthros. Regulars might look a bit more strange.

Tima rose up out of the snow and looked down at her own shape. Her hair had made it look a little odd, but other than that it looked like a smaller version of Jinx's. Turning to Jinx, she cocked her head. "Snow....Angel? I don't think I've seen or heard of an angel; what are they?"

"Oh, well they can be like us or the four legged ones or even the human types. They have big bird wings on their backs. The myth of human ones live in Heaven, a place where the dead live, and watch over us. The ones like us are no different, that I know off, besides the wings." Jinx rambled as she tried to explain angels.
