Kicking the door open to her bedroom, she glances back at Zhane as a blush forms over her cheeks "Its nothing really, I don't mind staying up." setting both Seiji and Nirendra down, she arches her back as she moves towards the bathroom.
Seiji made a beeline towards the bed, only to pause when he looks back at Nirendra. Waving his hand at her, he giggles as he points towards the bed.
Nirendra stays where she is for a moment, before she too moves towards the bed. Taking a seat down next to Seiji, she looks up at the bed. Didn't Tinania just tell the both something about the bed.
Pushing the bathroom door open, Tinania leans against the wall for a moment. Her eyes falling close as she takes a deep breath. She look sleepy, and the way she was moving showed that also. Opening her eyes slowly, she gives a small smile to Zhane "Here you go, she should be okay in the water."

He spared Tinania a sidelong glance even as he moved into the bathroom past her. There was no way she was staying up.....he knew it, and he had a good idea she knew it as well, even if she was telling all parties interested otherwise.
He wisely kept quiet, however, his attention hurriedly refocusing itself on the now-wriggling infant in his grasp. As if she had sensed the nearby water, the finned child scrabbled at the towels and writhed like an eel.
"Hey...! Easy, you're gonna--" he started to say, even as, with a flick of her tail, she slipped free of his arms.
SPLISH!
....well, she had good aim, at least....
Using the now-empty towels to mop water from his face and hair, Zhane watched as the child sank to the bottom of the tub, laid there a moment, and then began to swim slow, lazy laps in the water.

Tinania watches the little girl for a moment. Pushing herself off the wall, she moves towards Zhane's side "I think she will be okay now, most mermaids tend to be happy when in water." she was hoping she was right, that this little one was a mermaid. Shaking her head, she blinks a few more times before she looks at Zhane "Why don't you go lay down for a couple of minutes?"
Seiji looks down at Nirendra, before he plops down next her her. Folding his arms in front of him, he arches a small brow "Ren no up?" he would figured she would want to jump on the bed with him. So to have her just sit on the ground, was a new thing to him.
Nirendra looks to Seiji, before she simply just shakes her head. Tinania asked them to be good, and for some reason, she had this feeling they would be in trouble if they didn't.

He stood where he was for a moment, watching the little one swim, making sure that she really was all right, and wasn't going to pull any sudden turnarounds on him.
Satisfied for the moment, he lifted his eyes to look at Nani. "I think you need the lay-down more than I do." he told her, offering her a half-hearted chuckle. It was true, though....the bathroom's fluorescent lighting did nothing to hide the haggard edges of her complexion, making her look much older than she was.
Seiji and Nirendra must have been running her straight into the ground...

Tinania looks away for a moment, only to look towards the two sitting near her bed. Lifting her hand, she brushes it through her hair "I would if I could find Rose. She hiding, and without her to stay up during the night I can't sleep." she didn't know how to explain it any further. Looking back towards Zhane, she did the one thing she really wanted to do. Stepping towards him, she wraps her arms around is waist, as she rest her head on his shoulder.
After a moment, Nirendra yawns herself. It was about the time she would be sleeping. Wrapping her wings around her shoulders, she lifts her hands to rub at her eyes.
Seiji laughs alittle before he pat's Nirendra's shoulder. He wasn't tired at all, as he slept during the day. At night he like to roam and follow after Rose. Glancing around, he frown as he was hoping Rose would show up again soon.

As Nani stepped in close to rest against him, Zhane blinked, a bit startled, but quickly reciprocated the gesture, holding her to him gratefully. As always, and in spite of everything going on for the both of them, he'd missed her. Having her close was almost enough to erase the shock and stress of the last few hours, in fact.
Nuzzling the side of her head, he lowered his voice to a whisper as he held her "I could put in a movie for Seiji and watch it with him while you rest, if you want." he offered, a hand straying up to stroke idly between her wings.
It would only be a couple of hours of sleep, but it was a couple of hours that she looked like she could badly use.

Tinania looks up at Zhane, before she lowers her head "I...Zhane..." she only pauses as she hears the tap at the bedroom door. Glancing over, a small smile forms on her lips.
Standing there was Kaela, a weak smile on her lips "Zhane you need to rest also. I will look after these two little ones. Beside, I think your the only person that will get her to rest. Sadly we haven't been able to the past three days." moving towards the two little ones, she leans down to pick up Nirendra.
Seiji giggles before he stand up slowly. Clapping his hands, he gently wraps his small fingers around some fur on Kaela's leg. Looking up at Kaela, he tilts his head from side to side.
Nirendra curls close to Kaela, with her head resting on her shoulder. Yawning once again, her blue hair drifts down into her face to mask how sleepy she really is.

Three days....? No wonder Nani looked like death warmed over. He'd not even been able to form coherant sentences after being up for 28 hours once when he was younger after having far too much soda and being allowed to watch a horror movie marathon...
He gave Kaela a grateful smile over Tinania's shoulder before drawing back to meet her eyes.
"Let's get you some sleep." he said softly, the hand on her back reaching up to wrap around her shoulders, his weight propping itself against hers to hold her up as he gently steered her back toward the direction of the bedroom.

Tinania shakes her head before she looks at Zhane "I'm fine really, beside your the guest. You need the rest, I will be okay." she knew she was going to lose this battle, but damn if she didn't at least try to hold off alittle longer. Giving him a weak smile, she leans up and brushes her lips across his cheek "I promise you I'm okay."
Leading the two kids away from the room, Kaela hums to Nirendra as she makes her way towards the living room. Setting Nirendra on the couch, she moves towards the dvd rack to pick out a movie.
Seiji slips up onto the couch carefully, not to disturb Nirendra. Looking over at Kaela, he sits there patiently as he waits to see what movie she would pick out for them to watch.

He smiled at her, though was insistent. "I don't doubt you are." he assured her, resting his head on hers. Clearly, there was going to have to be some sort of compromise here...
And if Kaela was going to be watching the kids....
"Tell you what..." he whispered, giving her a squeeze. "I'll lay down if you lay down."

Tinania looks up at Zhane, chewing on her bottom lip she closes her eyes. After a moment, she takes a step closer to him. Laying her head on his shoulder, she doesn't say anything. Instead she just holds him closer as she gives in to him. She was extremely tired, and she knew it.
Kaela steps back as she pulls out Wallie, causing a squeal to come from both children. With a light chuckle, she pops the movie into the dvd player.
Seiji claps his hands as he rocks back and forth on the couch. Wallie happen to be his all time favorite movie, not that he knew what it meant. He heard his mother say it once. Looking over her Nirendra, he smiles to her.
Nirendra giggles as she too also rocks back and forth. Wings folding around her shoulders, she waits for the movie to start and for Kaela. As Kaela takes a sit, she slips into her lap and points towards the screen as the movie begins to play.

He, likewise, didn't say anything and held her for a moment before shifting his arm to support her back, helping her to the bed. Despite her insistence, he still wasn't tired.
But she was.
And right now that was the more pressing matter.
In the other room, he could hear the delighted squeals of the kids, and, shortly after, the muffled sounds of the cinematic music as whatever movie they'd picked began to play. He felt himself smile a bit, in spite of himself, as he loosed his hold on her so she could lay down and get herself comfortable.
In the bathtub, the little one swam lazy circles, not seeming to mind there was not much there other than herself and the water for now. She had not liked being taken out of the water, she had not especially enjoyed the noisy fast-moving thing that had brought them here, but she DID like the bath. Surfacing briefly, her vibrant finned tail gave the water's surface a gentle slap, producing a faint splash before she dove beneath once more.

Laying on the bed, she instantly rolls onto her side. Opening her eyes slowly, Tinania looks up at Zhane for a moment. Taking in a slow breath, she smiles alittle at Zhane. She didn't know what it was about him, but he made her relax just being near her. Reaching her hand out towards his hand, she wraps her hand in his own hand.
Seiji feel quiet the moment the movie started. His eyes focused on the movie as it played. Even though he seen this movie nearly a hundred times already, he was still acting like it was the first time he ever seen it.
Kaela wasn't really watching the movie, course it didn't help she had in pretty much embedded in her mind. Brushing her fingers through Nirendra's hair, she chuckles alittle as she watches the two little ones.
Nirendra mind was half on the movie, and half on the tiny sound she heard from the other room. It sounded like a splash, but not of one was a big person. Thinking about to the other kid, she turns her head towards the hallway. Was she feeling better? Could she go see her?

Looking down at their joined hands, Zhane gave hers a lingering squeeze before seating himself on the edge of the mattress. Reaching out with his free hand, he smoothed a few stray curls away from her face. Even tired and haggard, she was lovely.
And you are dead meat when you get home. You know that, right?
He inwardly flinched, though didn't let it show. Fine. He could be dead meat when he got home. He'd deal with it when it happened.

Tinania remains still as Zhane's fingers brush away her curls. Blinking once, then twice, she finally allows her eyes to drift close. her fingers loosen their grip on Zhane's hand as she finally allows sleep to consume her weaken body. Her breathing was slow, but steady as it seem to match the movement of her wings.
With Seiji and Kaela so enthralled by the movie, it didn't take much for Nirendra to get free of Kaela's arms. As she slowly slips off the couch, she pauses only to look back up at the other two.
Turning away, she slowly makes her way towards the bedrooms again, her wings out behind her for balance. Pausing at the door, she stands there looking at Zhane and Tinania for a moment. Something about this seem familiar, the aura around them. They way the two acted towards each other, made her think of her parents.
Shaking her head, she looks towards the bathroom. The real reason she had decided to break away from the others. Moving with a stumbled motion towards the bathroom, she pauses at the tub. Placing her hands out, she rest them on the cold marble as she peeks over the edge to looks down at the little girl swimming in the water.
