Maziwa tried to grip into a loose skin of the calf and shook with her head. She made as little progress as her brother. She heard her mother chuckling above her and she huffed in annoyance. Leini nuzzled her daughters head in affection.
Leini bowed her head over the carcass and gripped a chunk of fur at it's tender belly. He bit down with her powerful jaws and opened the carcass for her pups.

Jua excitedly pounced into the freshly opened carcass, smothering himself in blood. Although he couldn't totally bit off pieces, he had fun knawing on them intently.
((I know you're just itching to end this. xDDD We can start winding down, yes?))

Leini laughed. "Don't get too messy," she admodished lightly. shaking her head. "We have to bring this back to the den, alright?" Leini's voice carried with the wind, her nose twitching. As far as she knew, a lion or something else could be waiting in the brush to steal the small meal before her.
She watched her children gnawing at the carcas, the insides still warm and blood still running from the abdomin. Leini's stomach growled lightly, but for now, she would ignore the sensation and feed her mate and children before herself.
Maziwa found herself clipping her tiny teeth into the tender flesh - tough against her milk teeth. he chewed viciously, sicoring her small teeth, but not getting far. A chunk tore off in her mother and sputter in an almost shock. She grinned in triumph and gobbled up the small piece she managed to break off for herself.

Jua, wasting no time, quickly ran to the back of the carcass and grabbed at its tail with his small mouth. He pulled rigorously at the heavy animal, trying to pull it back to the den. His eyes flicked up to his mother, and he wagged his tail.

Leini pucked up the calf by it's neck, holding it at the side of it's neck. She help it high in the air and started to walk into the direction of the den. She back legs drug along the ground, hanging from her pwerful jaws. Maziwa settled walking next to her mother and brother - tired from the the excitement.
