She's going through a little of a rough time right now, and could really use a special someone like this girl. She's sweet, helpful, super-intelligent, and is overall awesome. She doesn't have a Painter (as far as I know!) and positively deserves one. She is an excellent RPer and comes up with great concepts for lively characters (she even stays in character when she's on an NPC mule in the shop she co-owns!), and her art is adorable. And she's my friend! heart

Gift is an amazing person. She makes me laugh helplessly at the computer until I nearly spill beverages on the keyboard, she's an epic RPer, and I think she deserves to have a Sandpaint so she can come hang out and be awesome with us. Plus, I'd LOVE to see what she comes up with in terms of personality~ I think she'd be a great asset to the shop. Also, seems like she's been under a good bit of stress lately, and I'd love to see her get something neat for the holidays.

Similarly, as we have grown more and more addicted to the internet, our interests have always been alike. We both role play constantly on Gaia in Advanced Literate topics. We both adore genres including dragons. We both scour the forums tirelessly seeking new and beautiful images from talented artists online. We both strive to crank out colorful, unique characters and almost poetic prose in every single IC post. Most importantly, we both have acquired a love for breedable pets.
I have taken the time to nominate my kindred spirit for your event because of our sole difference: I have managed to purchase breedable pets and he has not.
Such a discrepancy is not due to want of effort. My companion has been known so whittle away hours and even weeks clicking through countless Minishops. He is neither penniless nor timid and has bribed, posted, and gambled avidly in hopes of claiming a pet of his own for years. Sadly, he is the perpetual victim of poor timing, poor luck, and a poor connection. For him, speed sales are forever hopeless, custom slots are forever closed, and raffle odds are forever broken.
Tonight, while post stalking, I noticed that he entered the Painter mass raffle. I do not intend to leave things to chance.
I am not going to claim that Count deserves a pretty pixel because he helped me through some rough patch of my life. That would be a lie. The existences we both have lived have been nothing but normal. Besides, angst has no place in the holiday season of joy and cheer. In reality, he deserves to be considered because he is an amazing role player. His writing skills break barriers; he not only consistently drafts elegant, frequent posts, but he also is incredibly flexible, capable of adjusting everything from length to style based on the preferences of those around him. In addition to his talent, he is extremely active and logs on daily.
He is also quite a fun trip when it comes to OOC. If he does somehow get his hands on a Painter, you’ll see what I mean. =x
Yeah, I apologize for rambling on for paragraphs. gonk I really did not plan to crank out such an essay… I suppose I got carried away. It’s the college applications talking, I swear. sweatdrop Also, please forgive me for resizing the font –I can not stand having long posts with big lettering.
At any rate, I hope you will think of Count when you decide on the winners of this contest because I blew fifteen minutes writing this. He may not have breedable experience, a heroic background, or hoards of buddies to come vouch for him, but maybe my words will suffice? Because I want to give him a nice surprise this Christmas so that he’ll owe me one that he’ll never forget.
