Zell grinned as the bat hit the floor and was defeated, the bomb however was not. The large grenade shaped ball of flame bobbed backwards as it floated and flung itself forward full speed at the Cadet, it was a full speed tackle that would do some good damage, nothing too terrible.
"Watch it man!"

Haiiro rolls laterally beneath the Bomb and fires at its back, firing three more bursts when he reaquires the target, while making sure not to aim in Zell's direction.

The Bomb simply bobbed back and forth as it stopped mid-air, it seemed to have gotten larger from the shots. Bombs where known to absorb damage for later use, a Self-Destruct attack was what it was used for.
"Finish it off now, we don't got the time!" Zell tapped his wrist even though he had no watch out.

He clicks the switch one more tims and goes full-auto. He empties the clip into the direction of the Bomb, and hopes it does not explode.

The now extremly large Bomb floated there for afew seconds then simply fell over on its back, defeated.
"Move it!" Zell quickly moved forward and ran down the small bridge-like land mass to the crater where Ifrit rested. He stopped there and waved the Cadet over.
"Quick quick!"

Flames poured out of the hole in the center of the Fire Cavern, a hellish roar of fire and brimstone coming from within. Just as it seemed as though the flames of hell itself would rise up and consume the entire island, the Guardian Diety of Fire, Ifrit, rose up out of the hole, its red eyes glaring down at Haiiro.
"IMPUDENT HUMAN." Ifrit spoke, and yet its mouth did not move. Being a mere avatar of the actual Fire God, Ifrit needed not communicate vocally.
Before it ever landed on the ground, Ifrit's right hand already shot forward, a blast of Fire roaring out at the cadet. The GF allowed its magical attack to distract Haiiro long enough for the fire god to land on the floor of the Fire Cavern.

Haiiro jumps back as the flame impacts before him. He reloads and sends two bursts through its wake and begins to strafe aound the Ifrit...

Zell backed up as the fighting commenced, just enough so he was out of the fighting range but close enough so that he could support the kid if he really needed a healin.
"... come on kid you can do it" He watched and tapped his foot impatiently, the kid could do it but the clock was against him.

Ifrit lifted both arms so that they were covering his face. The bullets flew into his arms, dealing some damage, but not much. Ifrit yanked it's arms away and leapt forward, doing a frontflip in the process, and landed infront of Haiiro. The GF brought both fists down towards Haiiro at a quick speed.

Haiiro makes a hasty retreat to be a little closer to Zell, and continues firing as he does, but now in single shots. He begins swearing to himself, all of the words being along the lines of "Hellfire" and "Damnation." Fitting.

Ifrit mostly dodged the shots, taking a few to the chest/head every now and then, and ran towards Haiiro. The avatar frontflipped, and threw two baseball-sized fireballs at Haiiro. It also brung it's fists down towards him again. If just one fireball hit it wouldn't knock out Haiiro or kill him, but he'd sure as hell feel it in the morning.

Zell backed up abit more to stay clear of Ifrit's attacks, too bad Zell couldent help the kid. He stood there with a small bottle in hand incase things got too rough. All he could do was watch and tap his foot impatiently.
"Wow this sure brings back afew memories ..." Zell grinned, every SeeD had to take this test, it was never really all that easy.

He dodges the first but didn't see the second as it impacts him.
But the heat and fragments are beginning to take their toll. He's been too close to the impacts, which sends molten fragments that burn his skin and he also has burns from exposure.
He gets up and shifts back to full auto... this time he keeps his aim for center mass and sends as many shot as he can, while dodging the fists and charges...

The avatar is taken by surprise when at least 30 bullets slap into it's torso. It seems irritated, but keeps on. Ifrit slammed both hands together, fire energy gathering between both palms at a quick rate. It only took seconds for Ifrit to gather what it needed to perform it's attack. The GF pulled both hands apart, causing a medium-sized fireball to form. Ifrit hurled it at Haiiro. The process of gathering energy for the attack and attacking had only taken around 10 seconds.
"FOOLISH MORTAL."
