Akiras head still ached as he listened to the words of Hikari and Lemo. He was brought back to his senses when he saw what Lemo did to Hikari. Calling out to razil Akira urged him to shut her up. "Hey, Razil could you quite down with Hikari your not going to get anything done that way! He's leaving Kurai alone for the most part so everyone just shut up!". Looking over to Lemo Akira pushed back off the cell bars he pressed himself against. now putting a calm tone in his voice Akira stepped back into his cell. "I think we all need to just calm down, we'll all get our turn for abuse I'm sure of that. So trying to test our captives patiants isn't really getting you out....so...just shut up."
Akira looked over to torsin and proped him up against the wall and sat himself down in the middle of the cell. Pulling his sword with in its sheeth from his sash. He watched as his breath froze as soon as it left his body. dispite the ovious cold Akiras body weather it well still the cold nipped at him with no end. He tried to focuus his mind so that he could think after coming out of his natural state of calm. We need to focus this isn't going to be easy we are test subjects it seems and insted of conserving energy to survive or think of away to survive. Akira then began to feel the rare suggestion of his zanpakuto chronos. He had never talked to Akira before but he'd push his suggestive toughts into Akiras mind. If Akira couldn't differentiate what his taughts were like and what was forign he would have gone crazy with in the first few weeks of achieving Shikai.
Now Chronos was out of character, he urged Akira to consider the feelings and emotions ofthose around him. your right, they have been trough a lot and anyone would be angry. i was angry not so long ago myself but this can get really crazy with out some order. You'll have to pull it together you say, well thats easier said than done.

What is your malfunction? A voice she knew she wasn't imagining mimicked the arrancar's question, chuckling darkly before fading out. Suddenly, her legs wouldn't support her. They folded awkwardly as she sank to the floor next to the cell door. She pulled in the icy air in sharp, quick breaths, but they didn't seem to make it past her chest. Each breath froze there, spreading an icy chill around her heart.
She squeezed her eyes shut, an involuntary reaction to the horrible feeling of drowning that had seized her lungs. She ran a hand through her hair, clenching it into a shaking fist. I have to get out. This wasn't simple claustrophobia. It was more the frightened rage of a caged animal.
At this point, she began to wonder if it wasn't better to surrender to her monster. It's easier to sleep than it is to feel.
[the following occurs in the span of a second, all in Kurai's head ^^ She has some... issues.. XD]
It's always dark, where Kurai find Her. But then, She's always alseep, and always securely caged. It's still dark, and She's still asleep, but there's no cage. Kurai can walk right up to her sleeping monster.
She does.
It always surprises her that her monster--She likes calling Herself Datenshi-- looks just like Kurai herself. It's like looking in a mirror, but the face is somehow wrong. A little sharper, angrier. Sadder, too. And fierce, like a wounded animal.
But she looks peaceful when she sleeps.
The little tattoo of a stylized poppy that adorns the high point of Datenshi's right cheekbone is a physical testament to the seal that keeps her alseep. It looks faded.
Kurai sits next to her monster, her hip resting against the small of Datenshi's back. Somehow, she's comforted by Her presence. She doesn't like being alone.
Kurai nudges Her softly. "You awake?" It's something a child says to a guardian after waking from a bad dream. "No," Datenshi mutters. Kurai sighs, resigned to facing things alone. She goes to get up, to return to reality. Another mumbled phrase. "But you can stay,"
She does.

((I'm not mad, my character is actually quite calm, notice my lack of iexclamation marks! xP))
Razil had let Hikari and the 9th Espada have their row for a bit, but when blows started flying it was time to stop. He stepped between Lemo and Hikari to ward off any impending blows. "Listen to me, please. I can see you loathe me for some unknown reason, and if you want to continue that, I don't mind. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion." "But yammering with an opponent such as frosty here..." he cast a thumb towards Lemo "...is pointless and will get you killed. I have no intention of letting any of my fellow Shinigami die, especially because they don;t know when to cool their heels, ok?"
Razil sighed and rocked back on his feet, pursing his lips while thinking. "Believe what you want about me, but I care for every one of you, and I find it just a bit unfair that you judge me without truly knowing me." Moving closer, he knelt to examine her neck for any wounds that would need tending. "Now where does it hurt? I can probably reduce the pa-" He was cut short as Kurai fell to the ground. His head whipped towards her and he felt a surge of strange spirit pressure, something darker...more animal-like... Something a lot like what dwells inside myself... he thought, his heart beginning to beat with dread.

Lemo saw Kurai dropping down and seemingly losing consiouness. He turned around and walked back over to her, crouching and pointed his finget at her. "Ooohh, so you are of a higher seat and this is how you act at your leisure?" he asked, with a bemused smile on his face. "It is sorry to see this is how they trained you in the Sereitei . . ." >.< He walked stood up, noticing the first hints of regret that he ever agreed to do this for Hawk. He didn't think that such a matter as trivial as keeping captives would turn into such a babysitting job.

Hirimi was coming to about then. She slowly opened her eyes to see an ice covered ceiling, causing her to bolt into a sitting position instantly and glance around frantically at her surroundings. The first thing she noticed was she was in a cage, made of ice. Everything looked to be made of ice actually. Next was the other shinigami in the cages, in pairs of two except for one who was by herself. Hirimi glnced around the cage she was in then, wondering if she was alone in here or with someone, spotting the unconsious figure of someone else inside.
Finally she glanced to where the commotion was, blinked, and watched. She made no sound what so ever, her curiousity instantly turning to terror when she spottedthe Arrancar. All she could hope was she didn't somehow draw his attention. She wrapped her arms around her knees, and rested her head on them, just listening and thinking, trying to control her terror. It was always a good thing that she usually went silent when she was scared.

KEvin walked in still wearing his hollow mask, hearing Lemo mock the Shinigami. "They giving you too much trouble?" He asked in a casual tone as he entered the room, he shut the door behind him considering this wasn't his place.

( ( actually, the doors are automatic ) ) "Eh?" Lemo grunted, as he turned to his frozen doors, whic had just closed again. "Oh, viazard... good, come" Lemo waved his hand as ifhooing off a bad thought as he walked completely away from the cages again, this time sitting down at his computer, before setting the knife and cloth pieces inside a blue-scanner looking devide. He started typing at high rates of speed, as he finished the weks worth of data-workings that he had just started when he got back from the sereitei. "I have done much since our return, and how are, uh you doing? Finding everything er, well?" he said, eyeing the newcomer slightly.

Kevin walked over to where Lemo was looking at the computer screen, and the information he was typing in. "I'm doing fine. I'm finding everything alright." He said. "The Shinigami giving you too much trouble?"

"Ugh, they are pestering me meaninglessly about nothing that concerns me. But it was Maniak's request hat I do this for him, something about Hawk's studies holds something in store for the Espada. Memories, I believe was Maniak's trip." Lemo said, looking up at Kevin from his computer screen. He then looked around them room for a second, then returned to typing.. After which he stopped and looked at Kevin examiningly before syaing, "Tell me, you were in leagues with the shinigami before, why? And why do you now join us arrancar, eh?" Then the machine beeped, through anylizing Razil's little funpack of emergency joys... drawing Lemo's glare away from Kevin.

"Boredom mostly." He said as he drew his Znapakuto looking at it making sure it had no nicks in it. "You don't seem to want to be doing this." He said as he finished his check then replacing it back in its scabbard. "I really hate it when my blade has nicks in it." He mumbled to himself.

"Well, give it to me, I can put in our reishi-transfusion module.." he ushered with his hand to a large CATscan looking machine without looking up from his computer screen. "It can fill-in your zanpakuto's cracks with spirit particles recycled into similar metal like that of a zanpakuto. It will fix it, re-strengthen it, and give it a nice-shine. I am sorry that I don't have enough customizations to rival that of what Maxioru can do with a zanpakuto, but still, efficient." Lemo motioned for him to put his weapon in the device, so that he could commense anylization from him desk still, while performing his research still.

Kevin was a little hesitant on Lemo's offer, but he was going to let him to show that Kevin did trust him. Kevin took his regular Zanpakuto out, placing it into the machine. "Alright, I trust you." He said.

As the Vizard and Espada were talking, a lone figure appeared at the door to the 'prison'. As the figure walked closer, the doors opened, making barely any sound as the figure walked in. Disappearing for a split second, Asuma reappeared behind Kevin and Lemo, the only part of his face visible being his eyes, as his gas mask hid both his nose and everything below it. As he spoke, his voice was distorted, making him sound both muffled and slightly machine-like. "I came...Lemo..."

[lol.. everyone took her little episode as passing out-- though it lasts a while in her mind, the whole thiing only takes a few seconds--just an overlong blink, really. I should have specified. But, no matter! I'll role with this, instead XD]
Kurai draws her knees to her chest, folding her arms over the top and resting her chin on her crossed arms. She sighs, then it's quiet, and Datenshi sleeps on.
Kurai's lost in thought. It seems strange to her that in her panic and fear, it's her monster that comforts her. The feral, violent, fallen thing suddenly displays a sympathy that's almost human. Is it twisted that she finds comfort in the dark? That she can relieve her pain by descending into wild insanity?
"Damaged," Datenshi whispers, curling against Kurai's side. Her voice scratchy, thick with sleep. She's fighting the seal, but it'll win out, soon. "You're damaged. It's why they locked you up to begin with, Dark Eyes,"
Kurai takes Her words silently, turning them over in her mind before she speaks again, haltingly. "Datenshi--" It's the first time she's ever addressed her monster by name. "I'm frightened... I can't breath in that cell. I feel like I'm... dying... bit by bit,"
"You are," It's not very comforting, this emphatic response. "At least, if you stay with me, you will. To them--" Here she refers to the physical world, to Kurai's acquaintances in reality. "You'll look dead. You can't retreat inside yourself without consequences,"
"I have to go back, then," She says this with uncertainty. There's an unspoken question. Datenshi doesn't answer, only shifts to a more comfortable position. "What if I'm not strong enough for this?"
Again, no response. Kurai rises, and Datenshi doesn't stir. Kurai's image fades into the blackness, and Datenshi says to the empty air, "Then it's my turn, little princess," Then, the poppy pulls her under, and she is asleep again.
[return to reality! she hasn't been out that long ^^]
Kurai's frosted eyes flickered open. Her cheek rested against the cool door of her cell, and she could feel the agitation in several auras around her. She shifted away from the wall, much colder than before, and rubbed her arms, trying to chafe some feeling into them. The arrancar had since disappeared, though she hadn't been aware of his passage.
The cage wasn't any more bearable, but being next to the door helped. It gave her the false illusion that there was a way out of this. Her breathing hadn't eased. Each inhalation burned and froze her, but somehow she functioned. It had to be enough.
"Ah.. Sorry," She whispered to Razil. He seemed worried. "I should've been faster," She didn't allude to her sudden collapse, nor did she explain the slight changes in her spiritual pressure. In any case, she didn't realize he'd noticed.

Doing something on the computer, Lemo stood, and acknowledged the presence of the shinigami mercenary, Asuma. Lemo's eyes squinted, then his face broke into a fox-grin, as he addressed the zaigou. "Well, I am proud to say, you are definately worthy of being used in the grand plan that is what we Espada do." he beamed. "I can only imagine how it has been trying to adapt to Hueco Mundo, eh? Terrain and lifestyle alike, but I assur you, it will get getter." Lemo glanced to the cells behind him, thinking about the viewpoints from their angles. He could only imagine what kind of iditoic remarks Asuma was likely to draw from the captives. He would not be a popular one among the sereitei's officers, having betrayed them entirely...prisoners tended to get emotional
