Adhara giggled, amused by Ebony's older brother. At least, it seemed that the boy was older; then again, Bailey was only about her age, so maybe he wasn't that much older than Ebony either... Discarding that thought, Adhara took Ebony's hand in her own this time, rather that letting the tentacle drag her around, and she started toward what seemed to be the nearest of the rollercoasters. "Okay, Bailey, then we'll have all the fun while you just sit at the bottom," she stuck her tongue out at him, though it was obviously in a teasing manner.
Now, Adhara wasn't one to normally go on the loopy rollercoasters. Of course, she was currently with Ebony, and Noah was taking her home. That meant that she could go on them without being sick. The small girl gazed up at the large 'coaster that the both of them had arrived at, and she trembled a bit, before looking toward the thankfully short line. She smiled over at Ebony. "Ready?"

"Yes yes!" the child agreed with a nod. This was going to be soooooooo fun!
Soon enough, the two girls were being seated in the cars, and Ebby was folding her wings in nice and tight so they wouldn't fly out and get hurt during the ride. The girl listened to the warnings and watched the tough metal bar being brought down in front of her, which she grasped onto. This was going to be fuuuuuuuuun!
Bailey sidled over to the bottom of the ride and relaxed up against a wall. He'd wait for his sister to finish her ride and decide if she liked to ride these fast-moving coasters or not.

Adhara was seated right beside Ebony, glad that the lines today weren't so long. She was rather obviously nervous, her wings folded tightly against her back, and she was sitting pressed against them, so they wouldn't get hurt on the right. As soon as the bar came down, her tentacles actually agreed with her for once, wrapping tightly around the bar, as her hands did the very same.
Amber eyes glanced around nervously, locating Bailey and watching him for a moment, before looking back toward Ebony, and then in front of the two of them. She listened to the rules being told to all the riders, and felt her stomach lurch as the ride slowly started. She swallowed thickly, and slammed her eyes shut as the coaster slooowly crawled up to the tip-top of the first hill...

Ebony didn't feel particularly scared as the rollercoaster slowly chugged it's way up to the top. However, when it first started it's rocket paced motion downwards, then her minute eyes shot full open for the first time and her hands gripped the bar in such a manner to make her knuckles actually white - which stands out quite a lot against purple.
Her beady yellow eyes stared wide was they shot down and up and around on this strange, twisty beast. She could neither find the breath in her to scream nor bring herself to shut her eyes and hide. The world was whipping past, shaking spinning, so fast! And as she flew forward, strapped into this seat, the child almost felt like she wasn't in a noisily rattling car with tons of screaming. She was in a wide open sky, being whipped forward faster and faster, out and a around. It was almost like flying only uncontrollably. She was scared and excited all at once.
And all too soon - or was it too long? - it was over and they were pulling in back at the berth. And slowly, softly, the child's eyelids drooped closed and she slumped down in her seat, quiet. So very quiet.

Unlike Ebony, Adhara felt every moment of the rollercoaster, hands gripping the bar so hard that she couldn't feel them in the cool autumn air. She was barely breathing on the ride, holding her breath to wish and hope that the ride would stop and that they would be able to get off of it. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to be happening anytime soon, and she was stuck clinging tightly to the bar in front of her, not noticing how strangely quiet her young friend had become.
As the ride slowly stopped, Adhara let her amber eyes drift open, only to see a world of swirling colour, feeling her stomach suddenly trying to emerge through her mouth. Swallowing hard, Adhi somehow managed to keep herself from puking in the car itself, waiting impatiently until it came to a full stop, and the bars came back up. Immediately, she was on her feet, stumbling haphazardly over toward the nearest garbage can, regretting her pepperoni tasting as she was forced to know what it was like coming back up.
As soon as the momentary sickness had passed, the girl raised her head blearily, realizing that a familiar presence wasn't right next to her as the girl had been. Eyes widening a bit, she ran back up the stairs to the ride, where a couple of the operators were gathered around the little purple-skinned child. Despite feeling like her insides were trying to explode, Adhi got into the car next to Ebony, shaking her shoulder a bit to try to wake her up, eyebrows knitted in slight confusion. "Ebony? Ebony!! Wake up! C'mon, Ebby, you're brother'll kill me if something happened!!" Adhara half-whined, confused given she'd never seen a person faint before, or anything of the sort.

Ebby poked her head up a little, eyes their usual softly closed state, and a slightly hazy expression on her face.
"Oh...hallo again. You okay, Adhi?" she asked, her voice a bare whisper as the little girl stood, wobbling as she did. The tot hadn't gained full equilibrium yet and was still very confused as to what she was feeling. The rush, the pure loss of everything solid, it had all been so weird.
She waved gently to the ride operators as she attempted to exit the car, stumbling just a little. "I feel tired, Adhi. Can we go sit down?"

Adhara finally understood that strange panic that her foster father had felt when she'd decided to fly off the top of the rocket ship at the planetarium. When the girl woke up once again, she felt so flooded with relief that even she got a bit woozy for a moment. "I'm okay, Ebony, don't worry," she said, smiling a rather forced smile, ignoring the fact that her stomach wanted it's contents outside her body by means of her mouth at the moment.
"Sure, we can go sit down," she child said, nodding a bit and taking one of Ebby's arms carefully, steadying her so she wouldn't fall over. Her tentacles also helped for once, one wrapping around her waist, the other holding the other side of her waist, though that much didn't make a huge difference. Carefully, she led the little girl back to her older brother, making sure that nothing bad happened to her during the short journey, especially that she didn't faint again.

Bailey was instantly on his knees, checking Ebony over again when he saw his sister stagger up. The child wasn't her usual cheerfully giggling and smiling self, wobbling about and quiet instead. Bailey gently pat her cheeks and hugged her close when Adhara released her.
"Honey, you don't look so good, and you feel kind of warm. Let's go find you somewhere to rest." the boy said, his tone soft and comforting, doing something Adhara couldn't do then - lifting up the child and carrying her. "Adhara, could you lead the way?"

Adhara fidgeted with her fingers nervously and watched the ground a bit guiltily, as though it was her own fault that Ebony was sick, or whatever was going on. She glanced up when Bailey asked her to lead the way and nodded quickly and stepped in front of the two, leading them both back to the little food place they'd been to, where people had been steadily trickling away, heading home or to go to a few more rides before the day was over.
As soon as the two were settled down, she skipped quickly over to the place where food was being sold. "Um, can I have a small iced tea and a water, please?" she asked, a bit skatterbrained at the moment, and she paid for and retrieved the drinks quickly. She walked as fast as she could back to the two, and placed both cups down on the table beside them. "I thought that maybe Ebony might want something to drink, and she liked iced tea, but water's good for being sick, so I got that, too," she mumbled, nodding a couple times before looking at the ground once again.

Bailey smiled at Adhara and took the glass of water. Holding his sister up a bit, he helped the toddler take a drink and slowly get back at least some of her equilibrium.
After a bit, she'd finished off the water and her breathing was back to normal. Now she was just taking small sips from the tea and smiling to Adhi and Bailey.
"That ride was odd...really fast..." she commented with a nod. "A bit too fast for me at this point, I think."
"Oh you think, huh? Silly girl, I'm not letting you on anymore rollercoasters till you are much bigger. You shall have to content yourself with the kiddy rides." the red boy informed her, patting his little sister's head gently.
"That sounds okay...Maybe Adhi'd like to go on something slower too? The Rollertoaster made her sick too..." the child turned her attention back to her bigger friend at that point. "Want to ride on the teacups or the carousel before we all go home?"

Despite the worry that she'd been going through, Adhara couldn't help but feel a wave of relief as her friend steadily recovered. She smiled at the exchange between the siblings, and Reena reached out to pet the girl's dark hair, while Niita simply patted her hand softly. At the mention of going on another ride, Adhara smiled brightly and nodded, turning around slowly on the spot to look at all the different rides that were anywhere close to them.
And that's when it caught her eye. It wasn't anything that she'd ever been on, decked out in festive colours, the entire round part of it rigged up with little seats that could probably fit around two people, maybe three at the most. Best of all, it was the one that stretched far, far above any of the other rides in the park, and that was how it caught her attention. The Ferris wheel.
"Think we could go on that one, Ebony?" she questioned, blinking large amber eyes curiously as one of her hands outstretched to point a pale finger in the direction of the ride that had caught her attention. She certainly hoped that they would be able to. Despite her fear of heights, that was one thing that Adhara wouldn't mind doing. At all.

Ebony looked up at the Ferris Wheel and watched it's slow, gentle pace. It was no speed demon like the rollercoaster, just a nice little pleasant ride. Nodding her head profusely, the toddler turned to smile up at her friend. "Yes, that looks like a nice one."
Bailey glanced up to see what the two mentioned and smiled a bit. "Yeah, the Ferris Wheel should be just fine for the two of you." he agreed.

Adhara smiled brightly at the approval from both parties, fright of the previous moment vanishing in an instant. She took Ebony's hand once again, and tugged her in the direction of the Ferris wheel, which was illuminated prettily by the setting sun, which also signaled that it would be time to go home soon, anyway. There was almost no line for the ride, and soon the two were in their seats as the large wheel turned slowly, lifting each seat up into the sky, before it actually stopped with the two girls at the very tip-top, likely letting some people off and other people on.
"I think I can almost see my house from here," Adhara joked, peering out into the horizon; she couldn't really see very far past the parking lot, but it was still high up. Unlike the roller coaster, however, it didn't suddenly drop from that height. Repeatedly.

Ebony craned her head for a bit till she saw, way behind her, the highest turret of her home in the distance. A small flag she and her brother Sinny had made up was flying in the breeze and she could actually just barely make out the shape.
"I can see mine. See? That's the top of it, the castle tower." the child said, pointing off towards the turret.

Adhara blinked a bit, surprised that Ebony could actually see her house, but turning to look the same way, peering out into the distance, she could tell why. "You live in a really big house, huh Ebony?" she asked, giggling a little bit as she watched the flag on the castley-house flutter a bit.
The Ferris wheel continued shortly after that, and only after a couple more turns on it, they were unloading the large ride, and various lights were slowly shutting off, street lights illuminating the otherwise dank, almost-empty amusement park. Noah and Guinevere had somehow managed to find the two of them- fairly easy, as they were the only kids with wings. Adhara smiled at the toddler she'd met that day, and gave her a farewell hug. "I guess we should probably be getting home now," she commented with a smile, having had quite a fun time that day, despite the scare after the rollercoaster ride. "I hope I can see you soon, though!" she added with a smile, waving as Guinevere led her and Noah back to the car. "Buhbye Ebony and Bailey!!"
