Jezebel smiled and felt the gem in her hands. "Thats a very pretty color. You can make a well....heart, star, or rose out of the gem. Hearts are easier. I mean we could go into animals but those shouldn't be done with someone with more eye sight and wit then me and Annabell." She laughed then sat down in the sand, making a small fire and grabbing some tools out of the basket. "Which one?"

Under her lashes, Leilani studied the other chandra, wondering what she meant by that comment about her sight. Was it bad? 'Val' had left 'Annabelle' with her, so maybe it wasn't too bad. Hmm. Settling in beside her, Leilani said, "I think a rose would be pretty, if you don't mind."

She happily made a fire and gently took the jewel from Leilani and placed it in the fire. She waited a moment before taking it out with a pair of holder (tongs) and worked it with a pick. She did the motion over and over and over again till it cooled. Then repeated the process. She felt it for a moment then handed a clothe with the oddly formed rose to Leilani. "One side is rough and the other is soft. Smoothen it and shine it with that cloth." She said with a smile. It was hard to make roses for others but Jezebel did the rose in a matter of ten minutes.
Jeze looked back into the forest as she heard a sound. It was Aiden. He was covered in water and in mud. He sat next to Leilani weakly and sighed. "I'm sorry. I'm not a very good knight. I let my feelings take charge of my work and for that...I give you this." He opened his hand and a small icy looking rock was shown. It was about the size of a small fist. "Here."

Leilani watched Jezebel work, marveling at the craftsmanship. Poor eyesight? she thought. Not possible. "That's beautiful," she said, more than honestly. She was accepting the cloth and the rose and thanking her when Aiden came tumbling out of the forest, all a mess.
Confused, hurt, guilty, and wondering what in the world the other chandra had been talking about when she'd called Aiden a womanizer, Leilani's first instinct was to leave when he plopped down beside her, excusing herself quietly, but she didn't. Something about the way he spoke and looked made her stay. It was as if he was feeling the same way she was. Except for the womanizer thing.
"Aiden..." she said softly, looking down at the stone. Had he...? He must've gone looking for it after he'd left here. "It's beautiful." So, she was a sucker. Reaching for the stone, she brushed his fingers on purpose accidentally.
"You didn't have to," she murmured, keenly aware that they had company.

Jezebel wished she could see them. She only picked up her things, that she could find then bowed respectively to them. She would say something to Leilani about the stone rose but it would be rude to step between her and Aiden.
Annabell at opened her mouth to say something but Jezebel grabbed her. "Come, lets pray." She tripped a few times before she reached forest ground and her pace slowed.
Aiden's breath was heavy and for the longest time he sat breathing, watching Jezebel. "So she is the new girl. Val told me she was blind. I don't believe it for a second. She walks like she can see...I will not judge though." He looked down at the stone and then at her. "I was so stupid. I don't know why I left." She started to shed his clothes till he was just in his pants. "That diamond is something I found when I first got here. I thought you should have it. Val can't cut it so I don't know what I can do with it. But when I think diamond I think beautiful when I think of beauty I think of you." He placed his hands on hers and smiled. "Sorry." He seemed to not be able to say that enough.

Leilani winced as she saw Jezebel stumbled on her way into the woods, torn on whether she should help or not. But she made it safely, and her attention was back on Aiden.
"She carves like a master," she said, remembering the stone flower in her other hand. "I don't know how you could do that...but what do I know?" She shook her head. Listening to him talk, apologize, she chewed her lip a little, wondering what to think. Deep down, she doubted that he could be the person that Jezebel said he was. He was...well, he was her knight, not the cuckolding lord. Carefully setting the rose and cloth, along with the seashell from earlier, in her lap, she looked up at him. With a smile, she brushed a bit of dirty hair from his face.
"There's nothing to apologize for," she finally said.

He looked in her eyes then touched the hand she had used to move some of the hair out of his face. "But..." He had words, or he thought he did, but they seemed to disappear as fast as he thought about them. "Is there something bothering you?" He saw it in her face when he first came over. He started to wonder what that girl had told her to make her be so quiet. "What did she say to you?...or was it something I said." He became worried now...What did he do wrong?

My, wasn't he observant? Though Leilani had pushed the thought that he was a womanizer from her mind, would she ever really forget what had been said? Could she ask him now, when she'd already hurt him already?
"No, nothing's bothering me," she heard herself say. "I was just...well, I was a little worried when you rushed off. I can't, won't, lie to you, but I know that..." Unrequited love is painful. Drama! She laughed a little, trying to brush off her somber mood. "And wondering what you've been doing to get so dirty!"

He laughed and hugged her. "Don't worry about it." He kisses the side of her head softly and pulled away. "I'm gonna go swim...wanna join?" He said with a short laugh and stood up. He started to strip out of everything but a soft white lower layer below his pants. He blushed at the thought of her in any less clothes.

When Aiden hugged her, Leilani felt like everything was alright again. Maybe she'd never know why Jezebel had said that he was a womanizer, but at that moment, it didn't much matter. They were both here, at the beach, and he wanted to go for a swim. She couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at him when he stripped down to his underthings and then blushed.
"Sure," she said with a grin, as if she'd just accepted a dare. She pulled her gloves off first, carefully tucking her treasures away within their folds so they'd stay out of the sand. She didn't want to loose the seashell, the rose, or the stone that Aiden had gone through so much trouble to get back to her. After that, she tugged off the webbed hose (which would so get destroyed in the saltwater), her leggings, and the corset, shortly followed by the little green dress she wore. Underneath all of that was a red-purple camisole that barely brushed the top of her thighs and her undergarments.
"Last one in looses," she laughed, though she felt a little shy herself. Taking off, her feet barely touched the ground as she ran for the water.

Aiden watched her get undressed for a whole but he couldn't help but to think of how many layers of clothes she had to go through to get to the things she could swim in.
He watched her dash off and it didn't hit him to start running for a few seconds. He could win....but where was the fun in that?
Quickly he dashed off behind her and grabbed her from behind. "What happens if we tie?" He smiled devilishly as he took ran a bit faster till he reached the very edge of where the waves had run up on shore. "Your fur is so soft." He had was on her stomach but he quickly removed it.

Leilani squeaked when Aiden grabbed her, laughing and kicking her feet a little as he carried her. And maybe she was just a little impressed with how easily he'd grabbed her.
"A tie?" she asked with a grin. "I guess it depends. Does that mean we both win?" When he complimented her, she looked over her shoulder at him, snuggling into his arms.
"T-thank you," she managed, the dratted pink spreading across her face again.

Aiden smiled and pulled her into the water. "Come on! Let's not take out time getting all wet." He let got of her and dove down into the water then popped up and took his hair out of the pony tail.
"Want to see who can hold their breath the longest?" He said with a smirk as he started to step back into deeper water.

Though he dove right in, Leilani shook her head, flapping her wings as she walked towards him, giving the impression that she walked on water.
"Sure, if you want," she said with a smirk of her own, "you first!" as she went to push his head under the water.

Aiden nearly panicked when he hit the water. He opened his eyes and looked into the clear blue water. For some odd reason he didn't resist this. He watched his hair flow before his eyes then looked up at Leilani, she was just a really fuzzy figure before him.
Soon he jumped out of the water and shook himself a bit. "Thats cheating!" He declared then went to tackle her into the water. He didn't want to hurt her so he aimed for deeper water.
