One thing I find annoying about metal is the fact that I have no long hair. Well I guess that's not really metal's problem. But I look at people with long hair and I'm like " neutral , WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DOOOOOOOOO? I have no hair! scream ". I also hate the meaningless debates people get in about bands being better than other bands, and then they get mad at each other. I mostly see this on youtube!

Well sometimes it's up to the educate to teach the uneducated. Like How Blind Gaurdian is vastly superior to Iced Earth.

My Hollow Well sometimes it's up to the educate to teach the uneducated. Like How Blind Guardian is vastly superior to Iced Earth. Precisely! And how Iced Earth is still a million times better than metalcore and nu-metal crap.

1) youtube probably contains the worst examples of any group - metalheads, rappers, crazy christians, a*****e atheists, racists, fascists, kids who think anarchy is all about chaos and destruction, etc.
2) NO, it is not up to the educated to teach the uneducated. in many cases they are not worth enlightening. it is up to the educated to teach their friends.

I still think the worst part about Metal is the "Hardcore" kids who clutter Metal concerts and get pissed at Metalheads for not wanting to do karate during shows...
