I think it's a good idea, as long as the guild doesn't get too infinitely big. You already have a lot on your plate, and I'd hate to see you add stresses by having to approve every single new RP that pops up.

I belive that a good crew-member should have at least a little of all of them. Loyalty and respect to everyone, and that goes both ways. Also, activity, and that people LIKE you.
I'v ebeen a bad crew member, and if I get stripped of my ranks, I understand. Really. But I'm busy with school and life nowadays, so I barely have time to go on Gaia. The only thing keeping me on is Margem ^^

Personally I like this guild very much already. I mean an active semi lit to lit role playing guild with an art forum!! I Love this place ^_^.
Sorry for not addressing this with my former post since all I did was answer the poll.... I guess I should have read the first post a little bit better...
Anyway I think there should be a place where we can post short stories and what not to ask for opinions editors and anything else....
Another idea (I am just brain dumping I don't care if you use these or not...) Maybe make a writing contest and spread it around Gaia. It might get some interest in the guild as well as getting a few interesting stories out of it.
Maybe there should be little word games and what not to keep people entertained..... One of my favorites is 'slightly' violent, but is great for promoting creativity... It is the kill the person above you thread. you have to come up with creative and interesting ways of killing each other. Can be quite amusing and is great for relieving stress.
Another good one is the Gaian be low me. You say something like... the Gaian below me enjoys swimming in jello. the next person responds to that and then makes up something for the person after.
Corrupt a wish is good too.... I have lots of them.... If you decide to go that route.....
lets see lets see... I don''t know what else right now. My brain has been dumped for the moment I might randomly give more later....
