"Yep! And it has some nice spots and cracks in the rock that would be great for nests." Sumati nodded not entirely sure about that last part. "No worries, no one will even try to if we say you're our friends."
"If you say so." Said the other parakeet.
"Ugh, why why do you have to be so-" Sumati started a bit miffed that the bird didn't believe him but something caught his attention. "Oh, look! That's our den there. Mom's probably inside." He said looking at a cave in the distance.

Bhek laughed as his brother got annoyed before he nudged him then leapt forward and raced toward the den. Just wait until she heard about their adventure. She'd be so proud!

Sumati smiled at his brother, silently thanking him, and without a second thought he leapt after him. They had had a great adventure and had possibly gained two new members to their family. Today had been a grand day.
