The transparent underlayers of cloth are supposed to be filmy and sort of ruffled, compared to the straightforward cloth overtop. You should feel free to add appropriately witchy embroidery to her clothing if you wish! I think this stallion has the perfect look of somber nobility to carry off the role.

A legend of a mysterious and mournful consequences, of fate and chance that once wove together around an object of clearly unnatural origins. A cloak of midnight hue, wrapped tight about the throat of its hapless host, held closed by a cursed medallion, born of bone curved twice in shape to lock the soul that it binds to itself. It is said that a mere glimpse of this eerie figure heralded that a death was soon to come. The edges of the Death Cape are tattered and worn, ever snapping and waving in a gale unfelt by those of mortal blood and mind. Even on the blackest nights, when neither stars nor moon show forth, her approach is known, for sickly glows the frayed flying seams of that dreaded cloak. Though tales were told of it being any number of large creatures, only a single creature now seemed chosen. A unicorn, fair of face, with pale braids gracing her crest. Black deathbeads are told to clatter in the silent wind when ere she drifts by. A smile of uncountable serenity is said to grace her face, and pale her eyes do gleam. As for her horn, that source of healing that her long-lived race are known for... it is said that herse has bled to black, for deeds dark and unknown. (I dreamed of the Death Cape once, some time ago. I sketched it upon waking, so vivid was the image. It is meant to be a deep, deep shade of cobalt or purple, fading to grey along the tattered edges. Upon this grey a glow of pale and faded light swirls, tracing a trail among the shadows of the night. Her mane is meant to be braided in an egyptian style, with black beads scattered discretely among them. The medallion that holds it at her throat is meant to be made of bone, with two carved swirls coming together in the middle.) Any additional note: I dressed up as a big ribbon for halloween. (I had a black dress on too but, I don't want to add that. I had painted lilies and ribbons tied all over me, I thought it was a unique costume and I really stood out from a crowd.
QUESTION:Are we allowed to do the mare twice?

Looks like it's hard to get out of too! No one knows why he's strapped in, though, I think he did something bad >.> He seems to have caught some little trinkets on his chains as well... Straggly hair, black, thick. Head case around his head. Straight jacket on front of his body, torn and dirty. His back legs have a straight jacket like thing that just holds his legs together, but it stringy and broke. (I do not have photoshop at the moment)

Name of Soquili (name the horse!): Sunny Side Give us a name for your design: Wakey Wakey Image: Any additional note: I'd essentally like a giant fried egg draped on the male base, much like the egg on that sandwich <3 If you think it'd be a nice touch the yolk could be punctured and dripping down and/or have some bits of egg shell stuck to him/around him. (actually basing this off of her sisters halloween costume two years ago XD she had an egg shell hat) Name of Soquili (name the horse!): Oaxaca Give us a name for your design: She'll drive you batty ImageDescription: I'd like her mane to frame her face with shortish bangs similar to this picture but I'd like them to be a little messier and not as clear-cut. the rest would be long and lazily draped/maybe a tad looped, like she left it where it fell. Any additional note: A bat or two should be clinging or nesting in her mane. Also a few bats should be flitting about her, and another hanging off of her tail in some manner (definitely upside down). I'd like her to have a simple black or silver bat amulet on a chain as a necklace as well as silver lower leg armor held on by black straps (where cuffs would go) with designs in the same style as on her body etched into them. If it would look nice I'd also like her to have longish feathery fur/hair around her hooves.

Any additional note:
Basically, leather straps help hold her primarily leather shoulder armor in place while the rump piece is held by sturdy vines. The only "metal" that exists on her is her face mask, the metal band on her foreleg and the small piece on her shoulder armor.
She has small braids that are intertwined with small vines and clasped by bone on the ends. Vines also exist elsewhere in her hair.
I tried drawing a bone dagger in her mouth but now that I think about it, the dagger would probably be thin, straight and pointed XD
Additional vines, beads, feathers and bones can be added to the mix XD;;;
And yes, those are supposed to be poison dart frogs on her rump armor XD;;;

Name of Soquili (name the horse!): Noctis Give us a name for your design: Follower of the Moon Goddess Image: HereAny additional note: The basic design is that she's wearing a short, black hooded cape, with the hood laying back. The cape isn't much longer than her body, leaving her legs free to move as much as she needs them to. The crescent moon fastener, now that I study it, should actually face the other way (whoops! 8D; ) and her medium length white mane is blowing in the same breeze that probably blew her hood off. The idea is that he's wearing a bit of plate armor, in the same gold color as his horn and hooves - a protector of the light, even if he is technically a dark elf. The color of the armor would probably be darker than what I have it. >>; The jointed legs and the piece that only covers the top of his back enable freedom of movement. I toyed with the idea of chainmail underneath, but I'd hate to block any more of the wonderful coloring. ^^;

The chains should be gold the closed book on the ground has a crescent moon on it and would have a title referring to one of Edgar Allen Poe's works The book on his rump would be title 'Malleus Maleficarum' The book he is stepping on would contain spells of sorts. The light purple frilly tings are frills. The thing on his chest is like...ruffles? I've seen them on old-time costumes...

Any additional note: Her mane is based off a treble clef, as seen in the ref above 8D Her mane is dark grey at the roots and fades to a lighter grey, then silver, just like the spikes on the Noise (see Noise ref). There are some noise spikes on her tail and front legs. (Kinda like armor? See Noise refs)
She wears a chain around her neck with the taboo noise symbols as silver charms on it, see the Taboo Noise symbols ref (the ones in a circle) for details. Also, she wears the Taboo Noise symbol in the centre as an silver earring. (Style like in the ref, but not as crappy, aha. Perhaps smaller.)

As a small note, the feathering is not related to Avians, but more in reference to several serpents that bear feathered wings.
