Air squeezed out of his lungs as he was held tightly but he couldn't have been happier and squeezed her back as well. When she pulled back to examine their treasure, he tucked a loose strand of hair back behind her ear.
"I'm so glad you like it. Would you like me to put it in for you?"

"I don't like it, I love it. It's just beautiful." She said with the biggest smile she had ever had upon her face. "Yes, please." She stood still and let him place the comb in her hair with a very bright expression. She was so happy in this monet she wished it would never end.

Asrai gingerly plucked it from her admiring hands and tenderly placed it in hair, hoping that he wasn't poking her at all.
"Guardians you're beautiful." He admired her freely. "And I'm glad you love it because I love you."
The urge to kiss her was becoming overwhelming and this time instead of resisting like he normally would he gave into his instincts, and leaned forward pressing his lips against hers.

"Thank you." She said with a blush. Then he was kissing her and she put her arms around him to kiss him back. She felt warmth all through her body, she had never been this happy in her life. She continued to kiss him as her mind could think of nothing else.

After what seemed like an eternity, Asrai pulled away from her succulent lips to get some air, but continued to hold her close.
While he could think of nothing better to do but kiss her, he wasn't sure where to go from here, having not planned much past his proposal. "So umm what should we do now?" he asked awkwardly. She was a girl, she would know this kinda of stuff right?

Aquamarine giggled, "Kissing was nice." She didn't mind doing that for a bit longer. "I don't know." She didn't know what to do next, she was just happy in the moment. "Whatever you want is fine with me."

Asrai raised an eyebrow and smirked deviously. "Whatever I want huh? For future reference, you might want to be more careful with your wording" He pulled her tight to his chest and then dipped her backwards, kissing her passionately as he held her there.

Aquamarine giggled before being pulled into another deep kiss. He hands flew into his hair as she kissed him back. Her kissing Rai felt like the most natural thing in the world. Almost like she should always be doing it.

Now seemed like a good time to enact the second part of his plan. Reluctantly releasing her lusciously perfect lips, Asrai held her close to his chest again. Looking around for the rune he'd painstakingly made with large stones to be certain that they were not moved by the motion of the water and moved them into position.
"Hold tight and close your eyes for a moment my love" he whispered into her ear as he activated the magic of the rune, teleporting them both.
Asrai smiled with pride as he surveyed the scenery when the arrived at their destination. The sound of water lapping softly against the shore and dripping from the rocks above echoed, the pale bluish green light still illuminating the vast cavern.
"Do you know where we are" He asked, turning her around so she could see but still not letting go. He didn't want to ever let go.

She shut her eyes and felt the familiar rush as they teleported to a new spot. She opened her eyes and gasped. "Yes, I do!"
It was the spot they found a while back. It was beautiful. "It's just as lovely as it was when we found it the first time." She smiled up at Asrai and gave him a hug.

The naiad smiled. "Except now its got some improvements. " He guided her attention around the cavern. "Over here is the kitchen." In the corner, there was a stack of pots and pans that he'd raided from HQer's next to a large fire pit and a basin of water.
"And over here is the bedroom." He pointed to a shallower part of the lake that had been sectioned off by a curtain of seaweed that he'd hand braided with strings of seashells mixed in.
Turning back to her, he asked. "So what do you think. Will you live here together with me?"

Hugging her back, Asrai swung her around in the air. "You've made me the happiest guy around."
Asrai picked up one of the strands of the curtains. "Yeah I did. It was pretty easy though really" he said downplaying the number of hours it took him to make and the number of cuts he'd received trying to smooth out any sharp edges of the shells. He hadn't imagined braiding would be so difficult, the girls always made it look so easy!
"Oh and I also made a trail through the cave that we first came through so you can find your way out easier should you ever need to leave and for some reason I'm not around. There's markings on the walls and underwater there's a trail of white rocks for you to follow." He grinned a little sheepishly. "I got a little lost trying to explore the cave making sure it was all safe."
"Before we officially move in, is there anything else you think you might need? What about your stuff?" He glanced sideways over at the bookshelf he'd made out of rough planks of rock which was filled with his favorite books and Nerkmid, his well worn plushie. It seemed rather silly to bring it along but he couldn't bear to leave it behind either.

Aquamarine looked around taking in all in. "This is just so wonderful." She hugged him and then ran around to look at everything. She looked at the path, the shells, just everything.
"My stuff?" She didn't have much. "Yeah, we can get that." Maybe later, this was all she needed right now.
((She could get it in the next rp with the family. biggrin ))
