She suddenly came to the realization that her eyes were brimming with frustrated tears. Sometimes it seemed like everything she did blew up in her face, like this stupid attempt. Why had she thought she could get a boyfriend this easily in the first place? The waterfall might be beautiful but she no longer had any wish to see it. She no longer had any wish to do anything that was going to keep her in the company of others for any longer.
"Nothing's wrong!" She snapped the words in a trembling voice that gave away the lie she told. She glared at the waterfall and then whipped her head back around to glare at Ame. "You just don't understand! You don't understand anything!"
She took a few quick bounds away, towards the edge of where the forest began once more. "Good bye!" She shouted the words in his general direction and then bolted off. As she ran she looked down and saw the blue eye markings on her legs looking back up at her. She hated them. Why did she have to look so stupid? Why did the only stallion to ever like her markings have to act so stupid?
It was too much for her to deal with at the moment and she wasn't going to try. Instead Padma ran, ran and tried to let the wind cool the frustration that was simmering within her.

Ame wanted to know what was wrong, he didn't want to feel like a burden to anyone. And even though she said nothing was wrong, he knew something was wrong. The way she said it, the tone. It was all wrong. What had he done to make her feel this way? He felt so bad, saddened. He stepped a few steps closer to her, but stopped himself. He didn't want to make things worse. She then turned and spoke again.. He never seemed to understand.. Why was that? He thought he understood plenty, but he was wrong. So said Padma... Then she shouted it.. He didn't want her to leave. He wanted to understand the situation.
"Wait..!" He somewhat shouted back, but it was to late.
She had disappeared in the mist of the waterfall. He couldn't see her anymore. What had he done? How did this day even end like this? He just stood there, so lost an confused. So distressed. Would he ever see her again, would he ever understand? He had no idea where this would go now, with her. He just stood there, until he couldn't anymore. Walking off in the opposite direction, he was left to think of the day he had.
