In short, it basically says that God has already determined the ultimate fate of an individual at birth, in particular whether he/she will be awarded with salvation after death.
Total bollocks, if you ask me. Makes no sense to me, theologically.

Total bollocks, if you ask me. Makes no sense to me, theologically. Well, if God is all-knowing, he'd know everything a person was going to do with their life before they were even born, so wouldn't he know all along whether they were going to get into heaven or not?
