Xarn Major faaco indeed...but on traditional note, i do beleive my undying loyalty deserves some form of promotion and or title increasement So it does! Major is sufficient rank to be made a Commissar. You are now a "political officer" with the rank of Major but the title of Commissar. It is your responsibility to keep this place active when I am not around, and note any seditious behaviour to email me when you see it. Keep the ideals of Glorious Fascism alive while I am working on Anime Boston. I am, after all, a very busy nerd. Er, dictator. Look up historical Commissars to learn about your creepy new position. The russkis used to use them. thank you sir i am ever so gratefull....... so in all, i am no longer a soldier, but a military personel who reports to the government

i think we need to instate a way to tell whos in charge of whom...i know xarn is top, then its our good freind don.... but after that whos in charge....we dont seem to have enough activity amongst the hierarchy to be run by two people, no matter how marvelous those two are

I think what we really need is activity period. I've now returned to the Internet and as such shall be infinitely more active than in times past. I still know not where our Glorious Leader might be however.
