Twizted Humanitarian hmm... a martial arts man such as yourself should understand that if you cloud your opponents mind with anger you have the clear cut advantage. Then I have something to gain, do I not? But I don't if I'm enjoying the match/fight.

In every fight there is something to gain, for that is the purpose of fighting. Man did not fight from boredom, he fought for mates and/or food to fight for the sake of fighting is quite foolish, one should avoid engagements when there is nothing to gain, for one day you may have died for nothing.

What if I fight out of a love for fighting? Or if I fight for skill? How would making it end faster feed those desires?

WillWintter What if I fight out of a love for fighting? Or if I fight for skill? How would making it end faster feed those desires? when your back is to the wall someday and you meet your match you may realize that dying for nothing is really not worth it.

I've died before, it's not too bad. Plus I'm totally at peace, yet still aware all the time.

I would rather live, that die, yes death may not be so bad, but life is surely better.

WillWintter How would you know till you die? I don't look to die, but I'm at peace with it. I want a family before I die.

I would like one, but if my time comes before that I know I did what I could before I had to go.

WillWintter I would like one, but if my time comes before that I know I did what I could before I had to go. thats all I want out of life, a job and a family. I've got one, if I die before I get the other I have failed my primary objective as part of a species I will have not reproduced.

WillWintter So it's your dedication to your species? in a sense yes you could say that. Reproducing is the main goal of every living organism that exists.
