Haha honestly, I thought the name of the band was so clever! It's not like it is presented on his cd as 'Serj and the Flying Cunts of Chaos'. He is making a jab at the real FCC-Federal Communications Commissions (probably spelt wrong, sorry). They are in charge of censoring your swears, etc in the media...so Serj is making fun of them in a way by changing their name into something that needs to be censored.

That's a good point, it's just I would like to talk to my dad about him and his band, so it would be a little awkward, but that is a great point.

Haha just say Serj and the FCC, and if he asks what FCC stands for you could either day you don't know or that he's making fun of the real FCC, but not go on.

You know, not many bands take it into consideration that people under 18 listen to their music as well.
Exept for maybe BalckTide since they themselves are only 16 year old boys.

Exept for maybe BalckTide since they themselves are only 16 year old boys. I think they do know actually, but they are trying to promote rebellion (System and Rage).
