Deilita shrugged when that was said and stopped when he got under the ship. "Meh, what can ya do. Things happen, life gets better, then gets worse, I don't know...but in any event..." With a snap of his fingers, the zipline that was used to get up into the ship came down and Deilita grabbed onto it, but didn't move when he looked at Vidori.

"Hey, you need any help getting Enty on the ship? I can lower the ship entrance for you so you don't have to struggle to get him up with the zipline." He said, then waited for her response.

Vi cocked an eyebrow at him. "I think I can manage..." She smiled coyly, taking the zip line from him. Holding Enty with one arm, she tugged the zip line with the other, sending her up with ease. She had gotten physically stronger over the past year as well. She had started off doing small feminine jobs like waitressing or cleaning here and there, but worked her way up to repairing engines and speeders for a local mechanic who saw how fast she worked on a couple's broken down speeder on the side of the street. She had learned so much in her short period of time with him, and she was eager to get back home to show Dex and the others how she had improved. If they asked what she did and saw while she was away... would she tell them of how she never left the city limits of Veratia? Despite the promise to see new galaxies and beautiful marvels? No...She would simply say she honed her skills so that she could move up in the world. That's what everyone else was doing anyhow. Why should she chose a life of romance and adventure when she was surely not cut out for it. With a sigh, she stepped off the zip line at the top of the ship, not stirring Enty once. She sent it back down to Deilita, awaiting him to join her.

Deilita merely watched as Vidori went up into the ship via the zipline and sighed when she sent it back. In the deep recesses of his mind, he could tell that showing up in Vi's life again was going to be rather troublesome. He wanted to be there for her again like before, show her the galaxies like he promised, but the only thing he did, was toss her to the side and let her fend for herself in a planet she knew nothing about. It frustrated him, but how could he come back to her like this, it wasn't far to her and asking for a second chance wasn't fair either. No...he'd have to just take her to Druis when she was finished and just let her live her own life from that moment on.

But over in the shadows nearby, the eyes of a female killer, ablaze with the intent to kill and a decent amount of insanity, watched this scene unfold before her. She saw her target right there, and was holding herself back from killing him on the spot. "Oh...oh, I see you Deilita. Heh, you think you could hide from me? No...no there is no hiding from death, just embrace it....embrace it like you do the one you love...maybe I'll kill her first..." A twisted smile appeared on her lips as she watched Deilita zipline upwards into the ship after Vidori, waiting on the perfect moment for an opening.

((And so, the plot thickens.))

Vi smiled when he joined her. "So where can I put Enty for the night?" She asked, rocking the little ball of fluff in her arms. She looked around the ship, memories flooding back to her as if she were here just yesterday. She remembered finding Deilita slightly drunk in his chair, half asleep. She remembered their first kiss, their first night together...
How she longed to relive those memories, but look at her. She had Deilita were so awkward now, they couldn't seem to get too close now. That killed her and made her angry at the same time, but she'd never say so. Not yet at least....

Deilita smiled softly and walked ahead a bit before answering. "Yeah, just put him in one of the rooms, doesn't matter where." He then walked over to the kitchen and took a seat at the table in the middle. On top of said table was a bottle of water, which Deilita proceeded to drink out of before setting it down. He would wait for Vi to come back to him before saying what he felt.

Vi nodded before heading to one of the few rooms she remembered. She placed Enty on the familiar smallish bed, remembering how she had spent the night with Del, so shy, so naive, just wanting him there with her. She smiled absently, touching the cot lovingly before making sure Enty was comfortable and turning to leave. She joined Deilita in the kitchen before standing in front of the small sink. She saw her reflection in the counter and frowned at the various smudges and frown lines. Sighing She unwrapped her hand and began washing the small wound out, cleaning up her hands and wiping her face off a bit before speaking. "So...Deil...." She leaned against the counter, not really sure what to say next.

Now, now was the time to make her move, now was the time to strike, and with this thought in mind, Sveriana ran full speed for the ship, her long red coat flowing behind her and while her feet tapped lightly on the ground beneath her. She smiled as she ran, thinking of the ways she would kill both Deilita and Vidori, it would be easy prey for her. Soon she was at the bottom of the ship where the zipline was, and with a powerful push off the ground, she was up in the air and had clung onto the open hatch that led into the interior of the ship. There was only a smile from Sveriana as she looked at the corridor ahead of her, knowing that it was only a matter of time before she would end lives.

Silently, Deilita looked down at the table and took a small sip from the bottle of water near him. When he finished, he looked up at Vidori, bottle still in hand, and sighed softly before standing up walking up beside her, leaning on the counter beside her. "So...after you're done helping these guys, you're gonna head back to Druis, huh?" He said this rather sadly, as if he would never see her again if this came to pass.

Vi seemed to think a moment before shrugging. "I'm not sure yet...It's crossed my mind but-" She furrowed her brow. But what? Shouldn't it be cut and dry? Why did she have to doubt herself? She sighed, looking up to him, studying his features, seeing the small subtle changes a year had made on him. She hated how he could contort and manipulate her emotions...but at the same time she loved it. "I'm just not sure yet..." She settled on saying, still looking at him.

Deilita merely sighed to this answer and looked at the ground. He was surprised that she could even think about this, but maybe there could've been a chance for a second try. Sure things were grim when it came to their relationship, but at the same time, they were really good with each other, and one little argument shouldn't have changed that fact. He would just have to be careful from this moment on if he really wanted her to stay. These were the things she wanted to tell her, but before he could say anything, the sound of slow clapping came from outside of the kitchen, followed by a woman coming to the doorway.

Sveriana giggled like a small schoolgirl as she walked into the kitchen area, looking at both Vidori and Deilita with a deathly intent in her eyes. "Oh...so touching. Two lovers unsure of their life, their minds contorted between staying together and falling apart. It's like something straight out of Shakespeare..." She chuckled once more as she watched Deilita get in front of Vidori protectively.

"Who the hell are you? And what are you doing in my ship?" The female merely laughed and looked at Deilita with the same insane look in her eye. "I've come for your head Deilita, and my name isn't important. You will know me as your...Angel of Death. Basically, I've been sent to kill you, and since your lover is here and a potential witness..." Taking off her jacket and putting it on a random chair, she pulled out another chair for her from the table and sat down in it. "...I think I'll just kill the both of you. Oh, and if you like, I can give you a running start, I love to hunt my targets down. It gives me such a thrill...." She laughed at her twisted joke and looked to Liani with a deathly smile.

Vi reached out, touching Deilita's arm confused. "What'd he do to piss you off so bad?" She smirked, trying to act braver than she felt. Though her grip on Del's arm gave her fear away to him alone. "Or who's pissed off enough to have him killed?" What on earth had Deilita been into that would cause anyone to want to kill him? Vi's dual colored eyes studied the strange woman who had just randomly appeared, trying to be ready if she made a move.

Raising her index finger, she shook it gently and stood up, her twisted smile never leaving her face. "Tut tut, I can't tell you such sensitive information. Especially since you both are about to die. Now I do recall giving you a head start to run, so I don't know why you both are still here." She laughed once more, her red eyes filled with insanity as her laughter filled the ship.

"Vi...I want you to run. We gotta get off the ship and try to find Lorey and Richard. There's no way Harry is going to say that he's responsible for this. And we'll pick up our conversation later. Go get Enty and run, I'll catch up and hold her off if she gets too anxious..." He whispered these words to Vidori, hoping that she would go and run so she could find safety. It would be hard to do anything if he were dead, but if this woman was out to get Vidori and him, he would be damned if this Angel of Death would get Vi.

"Del..." She was silent for a moment, staring at him. She wanted to argue. She wanted to fight her with him. But she had a feeling that he was right. With a determined look on her face, she leaned up, and kissed him on the cheek. "We are going to talk later...don't be stupid and get yourself killed ok?" She whispered back before taking a step forward, and with incredible force, she flipped up the table into their "guest's" face, using the small distraction to run.

She shook Enty awake, trying to explain as they headed for the exit. God Del...be ok...please be careful...You cant just come back into my life and then die on me.... she furrowed her brow jumping down through the hole, without the zip line, Enty on her back. She landed wrong ,twisting her foot, which hurt like hell, but she didn't care, she had to get the others.
So despite horrid pain, she sprinted as fast as she could towards the hotel.

*lol I'll edit a post at Damian's house, saying she had been all over trying to find them. And you can do what you please with Sveriana. >w<*

When the table was flipped in the girl's face, she fell out of her chair, onto her back, and laid there, still for a moment, before kicking the table up and slowly standing to her feet while popping her nose back into place and her neck in a few places as soon as Vidori left the ship. Sighing, she quickly ran up to Deilita, and before he could even do anything, she had him pinned on the counter.

Coughing a bit, Deilita held the woman's wrist tightly and tried to beat her arm so that she would let go, but Sveriana's grip on Deilita's throat was like the jaws of life. With a smile, she threw him out of the kitchen and into a nearby wall. "Hmph, your girlfriend wasn't very wise to piss me off. I was going to kill you quickly, now I'm just going to make you suffer..." Deilita quickly stood up and tried to run away from his killer, but before he could get too far ahead, Sveriana was behind him and had pulled him back by his shirt, then slammed her fist right into his face.

Reeling back, Deilita shook his head a bit and got into his fighting stance, which was a weird version of Jeet Kun Do. Hopping around for a moment, Deilita threw a few punches and sent a roundhouse kick towards Sveriana's face, and although the punches hit her in the stomach, she grabbed his leg, then slammed hers into Deiltia's chest, only letting go when the heel connected with it's target, which caused him to stumble back where the zipline hatch was.

Unfortunately, before Deilita could get his guard back, the assassin had kicked him again in the chest, knocking him back a bit and making him fall down the hatch that led to the landing pad with a loud and painful thud. He had fallen on his back, and his cries of pain could be heard throughout the area. As he tried to crawl away to stand, he was dragged back a bit by Sveriana, who had jumped down carefully from the ship, and walked up behind Deilita before he could stand. It was quite obvious that she was far from done with him.

Richard climbed into the seat of the very slick speeder, pulling out and heading for the city limits. "Let's see what this baby can do shall we?" He smirked, revving it up and taking off at an amazing, most likely illegal, speed. Vi was on edge, keeping mostly to herself as she rubbed her foot thoroughly. Richard sensed her tenseness and glanced at her in the rear view. "He's going to be fine..." He assured, giving her a small smile. He couldn't imagine what was going on through her mind, but more importantly, he hoped he was right in telling her that.
Enty had been busy jabbering away to Richard, to Vi's ears, sounding like a mic of anger, adrenaline and savage.

But in what seemed like too long, they were finally back near Deilita's ship. Vi was the first to get out, seeing what seemed to be a losing battle between this Angle of Death and her Del. "Deilita!" She cried, watching him getting a savage beating made her stomach turn. She started to make a move towards them when Richard held her back.
"Don't be an idiot!" He scolded, keeping her from running into what could be her death. Richard had dealt with mercenaries and assassins before. Most of them were cold blooded killers, but there was usually a way to reach their 'hearts'...if they seemed void of even that, there was always the alternative. He kept his hand on his gun. Though it's always the alternative... He thought to himself.

By the time Richard and Vidori came up, Deilita was on the ground, breathing heavily and coughing up blood while Sveriana had minor scratches and bruises and a very pissed off look on her face. With a sigh, she shook her head and walked over to Deilita while he was knelt down and trying to get up, then looked over at the speeder that pulled up with his so-called rescue.

"Oh look, it seems like your friends came back to watch you die. Keheheheh...." Finally standing up to his feet, Deilita rushed Sveriana with quickness in his steps, but unfortunately, the assassin merely pulled him forward and slammed her knee into his diaphram, causing him to cough up more blood and fall to his knees. Standing him up once more, then dusting his face off, Sverianna proceeded to slam her fist into each side of his jaw, then sent a powerful kick to his chest, which knocked him back and made him writhe in pain.

"Heh, you're not even a challenge. I gave you time to run away with your girlfriend. What a fool...it's a shame you won't be learning from your mistakes..." She said as she lifted him up by his collar, then looked over at Vidori and Richard with insanity in her eyes. "Looks like you both are just in time to witness this man's death. Don't worry, I'll be over there to kill you both very soon..." She said with laughter in her voice as she slammed her fist into his stomach again, then threw him to the ground, letting his body become limp and lifeless as he was knocked unconscious.
