History: He died centuries ago, and has worked his way up in rank over the years by proving himself to be loyal and strong, though not the brightest bulb in the bunch... Powers: Dark Magic User Strengths: Close combat, hand-to-hand combat Weaknesses: He can't use weapons worth s**t. He prefers his hands. Appearance:  Extra: He's a bit of a womanizer, and spends his free time flexing for his female demon companions. Personality: Is he really stupid, or really brave? But he has a strong sense of justice nonetheless. A scatter-brained workaholic.
History: Nathan was a college sophomore when he met Elaine, who was desperate for a taste of life outside the draconic status quo. Of course, she didn't tell him any of this, and tricked him into buying a pair of one-way tickets to Mediterranean Europe (an impressive feat for a student living off of noodles, pizza, and cheap soda). That was only the beginning. It was Elaine who channeled Nathan's passion for engineering and programming into something profitable, Elaine who convinced him to invest in marriage, Elaine who decided they wanted kids, Elaine this, Elaine that.... See a pattern?
Of course, in the meantime, their little financial endeavor grew, and Nathan hired a few people to help out (one of them being Krauser. It was the only time Nathan hesitated before signing a contract.) I won't go into more details, only that Nathan is very proud of everything Ialo's done, including failures. He willingly, and without Elaine's consent (which cost him about 800,000 euros in hospital bills) gave the company to his oldest son. From there, it was Nathan's bright idea to retire and sail the seven seas (a childhood dream), exploring the coastlines of the Southern Hemisphere.
Powers: None. ******** none.
Strengths: Technology, makes excellent bait, and could probably buy the United Nations on a whim.
Weaknesses: Relies on his wife to protect him.
Appearance: Gray hair, but you can still see that it used to be dark brown. Hazel eyes, average height and weight for a man his age. Used to wear a suit and tie all the time, but now has discovered Hawaiian shirts, much to Elaine's and Ialo's dismay.
Extra: Wears a pendent crafted from one of his wife's scales. It contains some magic, enough to fire a few spells in self defense and grant the wearer good luck and safety. In Nathan's case, a ridiculous amount of luck and safety. Also, Enlil is not his last name. He pretty much just picked a bunch of letters out of "Nathan" and "Elaine" and scrambled them until something cool came out. Nathan's original last name was Harrison.

Username: db3789 Character name: Alec Leaton Race: Human Gender: Male Age: 25 Occupation: Teacher; Spellcasting Personality: Alec is a really down to earth kinda guy. He loves to make jokes, but unfortunately tends to make fun of others in order to make people laugh. He has been working on this though and has been making fun of himself just as much as others. He truly loves teaching and will help any student who comes to him with a problem. History: Alec grew up in a fractured household. His father was a drunk and his mother was insecure and meek. The one thing he learned from the way his father treated his mother was that he did not want to grow up to be that way. That's why he ran away at the age of 13. He had discovered his powers the year before and decided that he had had enough when his 13th birthday rolled around. He spent the better part of his life traveling and doing street acts to earn money for food. He knew his father never got a decent education, and Alec wanted to make sure he did, so he spent most of his free time at the library. Throughout his life Alec made sure that he was never rude or disrespectful to anybody unless they had done something to deserve it first. Powers: Elemental Control (Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Steel, Lightning, Ice, Wood, Light, Dark, Twilight, and any off shoot or combination of the previous.) Strengths: Is very determined, kind, and understanding. He's extremely logical and intelligent at the same time. Weaknesses: Has an extreme fear of moths. He's not sure why, and he doesn't really care so long as he never has to touch one of the hairy buggers. Appearance:  Extra: Likes to do street performance styled acts when he has an audience. This usually means class time will be punctuated with random firework effects and light shows. He also has a pet wyvern named Onyx, who is very mischevous and often gets Alec into trouble.

Occupation: Head Ancient Personality: Patient and understanding on the outside, on the inside he's ruthless and as bright as they come. If he likes you, you'll never have to worry about another thing for your whole life. But if he doesn't much care for you...I'm sorry. History: Once upon a time, God wanted someone to watch over the devil and his demons in hell. So, he gave the task to his most trusted holy advisor, Eldest. Though Eldest was alone at first, over the millenia he acquired six more members of the group of advisors, and so the Ancients were formed. However, being exposed to so much evil magic ended up corrupting the angels, and slowly but surely it warped them, turning them into a rare race who could use both white and black magic. Somehow, someway, with their overpowering black magic, the devil and his minions managed to cast the Ancients out of their position of power, and so the devil reigned. Outraged, God cast a not-so-holy curse upon the Ancients. Never again would they be in power until a child of prophecy fought and won against the devil. It would be a human child, a girl who had harnessed black magic. One of these prophets would only come about once every hundred years. Well, that didn't sound too promising, and it turned out that it wasn't. For too many years to count, the prophets had either rejected the Ancients, run away, or died. Just when Eldest was starting to believe no prohet could ever pull through, one human girl stepped forward and shouldered the responsibility no one else would. It had been the first time in over a hundred thousand years that a prophet had accepted the mission, and Eldest watched as she trained day after day, learning and mastering the techniques in the Book of the Ancients. However, Eldest didn't see, not right away, what was right in front of him. He didn't see that their prophet, the girl he favored above all others, was slowly going insane, spiraling into a deep, dark depression. He hadn't been able to stop her when she'd jumped off a cliff, but he had been able to do something afterward. He had grieved as he'd pulled her soul from her body, had stripped her soul and seen what had become of his 'little warrior' while his back had been turned. Then he'd tried to make things right again. So he and the other ancients had wiped away their magic trails. as well as hers, taken on human forms, and put her soul in a new body. They erased her memories, determined to raise her right and allow her soul to heal. Character name: He has many; originally, he was known originally as Katsuo, but now he takes the name Adolf. Race: Pureblooded Wolf Yokai (denomination of demon) Gender: Male Age: Around two thousand years, he believes, but he has lost track. He looks like he’s in his twenties, though. Occupation: N/A; might apply for a job at Mystic Fountain…maybe. Personality: Generally serious, he doesn’t relax much, but he is (or tries to be) kind to people. Sometimes, though, they just rub him the wrong way… History: He was born as the second generation of Yokai, over in Japan, sometime around the western world’s equivalent to the time of Christ. He spent much of his life there, living mostly in secret since the Japanese people have great fear (and thusly aggression ) to Yokai demons. He took to traveling and simply doing whatever catches his interest about a thousand years ago, and continues to do that to this day. Powers: Extremely strong, able to run at the speed of light, demonic magic, advanced hearing and sight, able to transform back and forth from his demon stage at will. Strengths: History (the subject), crowd control, memory. Weaknesses: Strong scents, loud sounds, bright light, and the strange allergy of red dyes (in food). Appearance: (albeit, he's a bit older than as depicted in the picture, and he no longer wears Japanese clothing, in favor of western clothing. Like suits.)  Or, in demon form, imagine this... only about twenty feet tall.  Extra: He actually seems to prefer his human form to his demon form despite being weaker. He’s also Athena’s Godfather. He seems to have a fondness for suits, for whatever reason.

Username: Regulus Sadalsuud Character Name: Masaki Andoh Race: Human Gender: Male Age: 18 Occupation: Student, Senior; Professor Assistant. Personality:Masaki's personality is anyone's guess. It is generaly agreed upon that he is exceptionally talented and very intelligent. He performs briliantly on written tests and on pretty much every task that require mental prowess. Likewise, he is exceedingly gifted with his powers. He has displayed time and again a great level of control and precision with the use of his abilities. This said, those two traits were constants of his character and easily deduced. Not so constant, is his personality. It is unknown whether he just does it for fun, suffers from dissociative identity disorder or whether he's just outright moody. What is seen, is that his personality changes completely in accordance to the weather and the elements around him. History: Unknown. That's all that is known. Around seven years in the past, during an eclipse, a small reality distortion took place in Scandinavia. Minimal, as the ripling of the fabric of reality may have been, it was enough to reach and disrupt a neighbooring dimension. This caused a small gap, a hole though which matter was slungshot between the parallel dimensions. Among dirt and stones, Masaki was whirlpooled to the Scandinavian forest. The travel had it's fare- it costed him his memory. The unconcious boy with amnesia was taken in by a "local" who had witnessed the scene. A man who taught at the Mystic Fountain High School. Powers:Elemental Lord - Masaki borrows power directly from the elements, which closely tied to them. Very multifaceted and versatile, they are deeply influenced by the location and time. Likewise, he can also draw power from the light, be it solar, lunar or starry. Strengths: His powers are heavily seasonal. The more extreme the weather, the more potent the magic. Mirroring his powers, he is a versatile and adaptive person, capable of fitting into any situation. Weaknesses: Given how elemental and seasonal his powers are, they are very dependent of the surroundings, since he cannot produce any element from himself. In addition, the weaker an elemental presence is, the more time he would take to gather and harness its power. He is very much human and possesses all the weaknesses that come with the pack. Then she's your worst nightmare. She's a well of knowledge when it comes to magical creatures, but she's a bit clueless when it comes to her own species. Humans remain a constant puzzle to her, and one she never tires of trying to solve. History: Gia lived the first ten years of her life in the state she was named after before her parents divorced and her mother began moving her all around the continental US (Plus a brief stay in Mexico, but no one likes to talk about that). She discovered what she could do at a very young age, so it was always very natural to be able to converse with her neighbor's dog. When she got tired of pretending to be somebody she wasn't, she applied and got accepted for the position of Magical Creatures Professor at MFHS. Strengths: She knows the most random trivia around, and can spout it off at convenient times. Weaknesses: She tends to be a bit of a bleeding heart, and, as logical as her mind is, it tends to fall for most sob stories. Powers: She's a psychic, and a telepath Appearance:  Extra: Outside of the public eye, she prefers to live in careless comfort, which means sweat pants and oversized tee shirts.
