Saedah clung to the strange one as he shifted and she looked up at him her maroon eyes observing him in a quiet manner. She was brave? The idea of being brave brought a very very small smile to her lips. And he was happy because she had come out?
Now looking at him, she wasn't so afriad to look him over. He had..big wings.and was fluffy. She wasn't fluffy...she wished she was fluffy... "Fwaaaffy.." She said with a coo reaching a small hand to touch Geia's long wing feathers.
Kuyoja nodded his head, still a but unconvinced that he was the right person for the role of 'fatherhood'. "You are right...perhaps I let uncertainty cloud my judgment." He replied softly, it wasn't like the instructor to show weakness or signs of uncertianty.

Ligeia smiled, giving a little wiggle of his wings as she pet them, "Do you want a feather of your own? I can give you one if you like, after we go and say 'hello' to our Daddies." He offered her, hoping that offering a potential treat would make her more likely to want to see the others.
Orpheus grinned, it wasn't often that adults thought he was right about things he thought to himself as he sipped his tea, "Well there is no time like the present to try to patch things up with her. The biggest tip I can give you is to smile. She might think your made at her if your always looking so serious."

The man stared at Orpheus as if he had just been asked to give the girl his right leg. He....just wasn't one for...emotions like that. He lowered his gaze to the ground and folded his hands behind his back. He then moved to watch Orpheus drink his tea. He was at least enjoying the tea...
"....Smiling..." he echoed wondering if he was even capable of doing such a thing.
Saedah looked at Ligeia with bright wondering eyes. She ...could have a fluffy? But...that meant she had to go ...looking over her shoulder she peered warily at the other two 'daddies'. She...didn't want to see them. Couldn't this one...just be dada? She reached out for the wing again.
"Fwa...fwa....dada.." She repeated the tips of her fingers brushing up against the feathers. "pease?" she added hoping this way she could get the feather without having to see more people.

"I assure you, it isn't painful." He said as he finished his tea and set the cup down.
Geia nodded, pushing up to his feet with Saedah in one arm as he reached over to his wing with the other and plucked free one of his long, primary feathers. He lifted it up to show it to the snake girl, "See, this one is all yours."
He started over toward where the adults were sitting, "Maybe I can talk to them for us, you can tell me anything you think of that you want to tell them?" He suggested to her before he reached where the adults were sitting, "Hello."

Saedah clung to Ligeia and began to make a fuss when they approached the other two adults. She didn't want to go over there, and she made it well known as she burrowed her face into Ligeia's chest and shook her head over and over.
"nwooo..." She pleaded with the one holding her. She wanted the feather...but...it wasn't worth it to have to meet the other two.
Kuyoja looked up as Ligeia approached, the little girl was protesting at being brought over but was certianly allowing Ligeia to hold her. So...perhaps all he had to do was...try harder.
"Hello." He replied softly. He didn't want to scare her more.

Orpheus gave a smile when he saw the little one in Ligeia's arms. His boy seemed to do really well with small children, "Come sit with us? There is tea and dai... kuku buns." He said to the two kids.
Ligeia nodded, moving sit down on the arm of the sofa next to his father and settled Saedah on his lap and held the feather out for her to take it if she wanted it, "Cuckoo Buns?" He asked, picturing the bird in his mind, "Sure."
Orpheus got one and held it out to his son. The owl took it from him and took a bite before he held part out to Saedah, "That's not bad." He wondered if the stuff in the middle was made of Cuckoo.

Kuyoja watched as Ligeia sat with the pink haired little girl and he wondered just how he had been able to coax her out. But he was happy to see her out and at least be with someone.
Saedah reached for the feather and then clutched it to her body and burrowed her face into Ligeia's chest, she peeked out of the corner of her eye as she noticed the strange food being offered to her. Her little tummy growled giving away the fact she was hungry, but...there were people watching her!
Clutching at Geia's shirt she only shook her head over and over again.
Giving a bit of a sigh he knew she wasn't having a good time of this. "I...will go see if I have...some juice...for her to drink...I doubt she would enjoy tea." He murmured and slowly went to stand and move to the kitchen.

Ligeia gave a little giggle as she shook her head and her stomach growled at the same time, "Its alright, there are lots of Cuckoo buns." He said, wondering if maybe she were just shy. She didn't seem like she liked big groups of people. He thought on it before he lifted a wing up to wrap it around her, shielding her from the eyes of Kujoya, Orpheus, and himself then lifted the bun up for her again, "At least a little try? Its yummy. I think it has cuckoo in the middle."
Orpheus couldn't help but laugh as his son described what he thought was in the middle of the snack. He turned to watch Kujoya leave and shook his head, this was going to be hard... she should be curled up in her father's lap instead of Ligeia's.
It was good the owl was able to get her out of hiding but at the same time now she was clinging to him and would be sad when he had to go home.

Looking around her eyes wide she noticed the large wing coming to sheild her...well...it wasn't nearly as scary now. She looked at the food being offered to her and she took it in hand. It felt strange, sniffing it she made a strange face as icing sugar got on her nose. Taking a small bite she nibbled at it, and didn't pause. She was hungry.. and it showed as she slowly devoured the daifuku bun in tiny bites.
Kuyoja came back a small cup in his hands the contents a mystery. He noticed the owl boy had a wing out and sheilding the small girl in his lap. He moved over and offered the cup to Ligeia to offer to her. It was soon aparant that there was milk in the cup.

Ligeia took the cup from Kuyoja and slipped it under the wing shield and offered it to Saedah, "Here is some Milk your Daddy for you. Its very tasty too." He told her before asking, "Would you like another Cuckoo bun?"
Orpheus watched the two kids before looking over at the other teacher and then back to the two kids. She seemed to be eating and drinking at least, that was a good thing. Even if it might have been better for her father to get her to do so.

Saedah looked to the cup and then to Geia, his face was friendly and she reached for the cup, taking it unsteadily spilling some of the contents on Geia and herself. She went to drink greedily, she was thirsty...so thirsty...and it did taste good. She took great gulps tipping the cup too far and spilling more of the contents down her face and onto her red ribbon tied around her chest.
"oooopsy..." She murmured as she took the cup away from her mouth, she looked down at her chest and then to Geia and realizing she had spilt on him she dropped the cup. "Sowwwwweeee I sowwee Swaedwa soooowwwwwee." She pleaded with Ligeia for forgive him, she hadn't wanted to make a mess.
Kuyoja saw the cup drop and he caught it easily with his reflexes. He then cradeled it in his hand as he listened to Saedah plead with Ligeia to forgive her for something she had done. Perhaps it was becuase she had dropped the cup? He looked to Orpheus briefly wondering if he knew what had happened.

The owl gave a squeak as the cold milk soaked into his clothing, luckily he didn't mind to much the cold it was just a little surprising since he couldn't see what she was doing under his wing. He opened his wings, fluttering them wrapping to try to dry at least them off.
"Its alright Saedah, its not that bad." He tried to assure her as he looked over at Kuyoja, "Ahhh, do you have a towel?" He asked of the teacher.
Orpheus couldn't help but give a little grin as Ligeia continue to watch after Saedah and seemed to be unbothered by the fact that he was covered in milk.

Kuyoja had watched the scene these were the most words he had heard the girl speak aside from the word no and crying a lot. With a nod of his head the lean and rather imposing man moved off to gather a towl for the boy to use to dry off.
Saedah seemed to think this was the end of the world by the way she carried on. Not only was she covered in milk but so was Ligeia. And she liked him...he made her feel not so scared. Taking her already soppy end of her ribbon she pressed it to Geia as if hoping to make things better.
She was crying again as she was making nothing more than a bigger mess. And despite being wet she moved to clutch to Geia's shirt as if she was afriad he was suddenly going to decide to hate her.
"Geeewaaa." She managed to say inbetween hiccups and tears. She was clutching to him rather strongly. Her eyes shut tight as if afriad to open them.
Kuyoja returned with the towel and he paused as he heard Saedah crying again. Taking i the fact she got easily upset he really did wonder if having her stay with him was such a great idea... He offered the owl boy the towel without a word, though his gaze lingered on the small form clinging to him.

"Awww... Saedah its alright, its just milk." He said, wrapping his arms around her and snuggled her close forgetting for the moment that he was damp and worried instead about the girl who seemed very upset at the moment, "It was an accident, just a bit of milk it won't hurt anything we just need to get us dried off is all."
Ligeia looked up at Kuyoja and gave him a smile before reaching out with one hand to take the the towel from him, "See, look. Your Daddy brought us a towel so we can get cleaned up." He told her and set to drying off Saedah first.

Still clinging rather forcefully to Ligeia's shirt the little girl only managed to sob in reply. She finally got enough courage to see someone be near someone and she does this!
When he basically pried her off to clean her, her boy just quivered from her crying, she watched with big doeful eyes as Ligeia went about cleaning her off. Her little hands went to clutch at one of the owl boy's fingers possesively.
"Gweeeah..Sae soowy.." She hiccuped again.
Kuyoja watched the proceedings wondering how the boy was dealing with the situation. Saedah had been very upset but he seemed to have been able to calm her down by just speeking to her softly. Shifting on the spot the stiff man wondered if this was going to work at all....
