Tibia called after her, "We'll meet you back at the house!" She put her hands on her hips and hoped something good would come home for dinner, she hated fish. She stuck out her tongue at the thought and regained composure. She undid the ribbon around her neck, reusing it as a hair tie to keep her own hair at bay.

Finally she offered a hand down to the other, "Come on, it won't take her long to grab something. We can beat her home. "

Hope nodded as she got up to fallow her. "Are there many of us left?" She had to ask out loud.

She merely shrugged, "Probably, just not in this area. From what I've read, there are a few herds. They more than likely just keep to themsel-" Before she had a chance to finish her sentence, a little fluff-ball with wings sprouting from the form and a golden tail flailing behind came out of nowhere and bounced on her head in aggravation. The little Angelic Imp was hungry, having been left there for the day by itself. The little imp was their visitor on a number of occasions.

Hope gave a blink to her, "What happened to.." She asked out loud as she hid behind the older Kentauride.

Yuritsuki remained statue like for a moment, saying nothing but only listening. She felt Ganon’s hand at her side, a very brief reassurance that only lasted for a moment.

The blinded kentauride lifted her head towards the trees and the life that surrounds them. The sound of Nature has already told Yuritsuki more than she can bear. To hear Her suffering was already a burden on the heart.

Yuritsuki stood on all fours. With one last hark towards the lake she gently slipped into a walking gait towards the herd. She was listening to their breathing. They were all tired, and Yuritsuki just came to realize just how weary she had become herself after the long travel. She wanted so much to rest.

Aress ran quickly throughthe shallow waters of Gambino Island, jumping over the dock behind Gambino Outfitters. She landed back in the water, creating a large splash. She trotted towards the sand, and shook off her body once she was on the dock area. She looked around, and turned around, walking inland some. She turned back around, and began to run towards the dock. Once at the end, she jumped, flying far before hitting the water.

She began to swim, heading towards the Port of Gambino, and hit the bigger island. She crawled up and shook off her body, "I love swimming." She fixed her hair, pulling it down some to dry before quickly putting it back up. She looked around, and settled in the grass, tired.

At last she neared the end of the trail, and could hear the boar just ahead of her. Her large ears swiveled to pinpoint the noise, and she raised her bow slightly, creeping forward carefully. All her attention was focused on her quarry, hunting being one of the only times she was completely serious about what she was doing.

A twig snapped under her hoof and she froze as the boar turned towards her, its little eyes gleaming with a vicious light. Snorting, it charged towards her, and she barely managed to get off a shot before moving quickly away.

Luck was with her however, as the arrow had lodged near enough the beast's heart that it killed it. She pulled the arrow out and cleaned it on a large leaf, sticking it back in her quiver before slinging the boar onto her back and trotting off in the direction of their home.

Tori trotted to the edge of the lake, looking into the water sadly, her one-eyed reflection glaring harshly back at her from the depths. She saw that she was skinnier, her coat dusty. It had been a while since she had seen her reflection, so this tired, worn creature was a shock to her. She sighed softly.
Tori had never had many friends in the herd, she was awkward around others. So, being alone like she was was now was no suprise to her. She often wondered what it would be like if she just simply left the herd, but she knew she never could.

"I'm tired, Ganon," she muttered keeping her voice low as the other centaurs went about their own business, "My body wants me to stop this foolishness, but... I just want to find a place free of them. Free of those murderers...." The leader closed her eyes sadly, it wasn't like her to admit weakness. However, she felt the need to get some stuff off her chest, so the chieftain spoke to the only person she trusted. Opening her eyes she took in Ganon's image again. Her childhood friend meant a lot to her for he never let her down before. He was the one who gave the herd strength. He was the pillar of the herd, supporting them through everything. Kuma was merely the roof, trying to protect them from harm. For a moment, she stayed silent, watching him with a thoughtful expression. It wasn't too long before she got up on her hoofs once more.

"We need the stronger hunters to go for food," she said, brushing back thoughts of relaxation, "The colts will be hungry and the elderly need to get up their strength."

Yuritsuki came before Kuma. She could be as discreet with her words as she wanted, but Yuritsuki could hear them even if she tried her hardest not too. “I can hunt with my bow, just like the other hunters,” she said, taking the feathered bow from her belt and holding it before her.

Even if Yuritsuki was blind, she could be an invaluable marksman if others would just give her that chance. If it was Nature speaking to her, Yuritsuki didn’t need eyes to find her target. Although it must have become repetitious, Yuritsuki would always ask Kuma if she would let her hunt with the other centaurs at least once.

Yuritsuki waited patiently for Kuma’s answer, like a rock she stood there quietly hoping. But would Kuma let Yuritsuki, who is without sight, hunt with the others using a projectile weapon? Yuritsuki lowered her head worrying over the afterthought that perhaps asking might have been futile attempt after all.

The enormous Arabian destrier moved closer to Kuma as she spoke to him, pressing his forehead to hers, close enough that she could speak quietly enough to even be unheard by Yuritsuki. Strong hand, lightly furred, stroked along her upper arms, and when she stood again, he moved back and climbed to his hooves as well.

"Right," he said, and he perked an ear. "By your leave, Chieftess, I will lead the hunting party. I'd like to take Yuri. I'm not sure we'll need a third, except maybe as backup..." Ganon himself had trained Yuri quite a lot with the bow, standing at her side, reaching around her and showing her how to hold it, teaching her how to pull it back without striking her own arm with the bowstring, teaching her how to fire without twitching and ruining one's aim.

"We'll be scouting the area as well. When we return, we should be able to lead you to the river, and we can make camp there." He waited for confirmation, gesturing to Yuri to join him.

Yuritsuki turned her head slightly towards Ganon’s voice. She nodded and let her bow rest to her side then positioned herself behind Ganon. He, who was the one that trained her even though she could not see. She learned to use the bow even in eternal darkness because of him.

Yuritsuki nodded her sincere appreciation for Ganon. Leaving him and Kuma to speak, she disclosed a small satchel of something and let it rest in her palm, feeling the rough texture of the fibers with her thumb.

Quickly, the silver kentauride snatched up the imp, holding it firmly in her arms-well, as well as she could on to the squirming thing. It finally sighed, fluffing out it's feathers and obviously ticked. Tibia patted it's head before peering behind her to answer.

"She went to get us food. Of the two of us, she is definitely the better shot." She chuckled, " I can't even hit the side of a castle wall. Believe me, I've tried."

Aress looked around many bushes until she found her trusty fishing rod. She trotted over and layed on the wooden dock. She had dug up some worms and held them on her forelegs. She threw out the line, and hummed happily to herself. She would fix the worms on her forelegs, feeling them trying to wiggle away.

She felt a pull on her rod, and quickly began to pull, reeling in the little creature. She pulled back, and saw the fish jump out of the water. She smiled and quickly pulled in the last bits of string. She pulled the fish from the water, "Mmm, you're perfect for eatting."

Anju trotted down the Durem streets, her wings resting lightly on her back as she made her way home. Her fur and wings were as black as a raven, except for three of her hooves which were white. She wore three feathers in her hair, two black and one red, that sat lazily behind her golden comb. She wore a simple necklace of a star, that sat neatly on her red top. Lastly, was her red and black staff that she always had with her to remember her past.

She was a simple kentauride in her ways of acting. If she was sadden, she normally showed it. If happy, it would show too. Right now, Anju was hungry. Though she loved Durem, not only did it give her pride over her fur color, and also loved the humans that dwelled here, food was scarce for her kind. She sighed, using her staff as a walking stick as she made her way out of the towns and to the small forest area on the outskirts of Durem. "I will go hunting soon enough." She said softly to herself, as she sat down in her makeshift home of grass, branches and other things she could find to make a grassy den.
