SuperSaiyanCrose Anise Puppet Master Like there wasn't enough games for the Zelda series, now it's going to be a movie. Hmm... reminds me of the Mario Movie before it became a game series. I feel guilty for laughing at that. Why? If you like the Zelda games enough for it to be a movie, then I won't stop you.

I thought the trailer for the April Fool's Day joke was really well done, and if they could keep that kind of quality not to mention do the storyline at least halfway right I won't mind them making a movie out of it. However with other movies there is a problem making games into movies. A lot of it just doesn't fit.
I could see them making Legend of Zelda into a Miniseries, however, as that would give them time and stuff to do the different temples, and the final temples for fighting Ganondorf.
A lot of games would be better off as a miniseries, as most games do encompass so much stuff within them (especially really good ones) that it would make most sense to have them as a miniseries to encompass all their awesomeness, not just a small taste.

Chapter 3: ............
Chapter 4: Hyaa!
Chapter 5: Hunh!

It would definitely depend on which game they're basing the movie off of if they did it. And the plot would have to be a good one. Who do you think could write a half-way decent one?

I don't believe that they're making a Legend of Zelda movie unless I see it with my own eyes. I didn't believe the April Fool hoax ...
I think they should make a movie though, one where the plotline and timeline actually MAKES SENSE. I'd like to see them find a way to clean that all up ...
Though, I'm one of those that don't whine once the movie comes out and it's nothing like the movie/game/whatever. That's because it would be a different version, making it different anyways.

 heart 3nodding heart IGN - Zelda Trailer -- This would be the IGN trailer that everyone was so crazy about. I didn't care that some of the special effects looked off, I was so excited about it, even if I did have trouble believing that it was real. And when it was revealed that it was an April Fool's joke, I admit I was a bit crushed. I'm a huge Zelda fan so the thought of a Zelda movie is awesome to me. But like another poster mentioned earlier, there is a fan made Zelda movie in post-production that is taking super long for them to finish and release. Fan-made Zelda movie
